Bought a new washer Best Buy was unable to install due to plumbing issue called Frank and they were here within the hour replaced the faucet and installed the washer and rehooked up the dryer. Run! I had to sue them. They installed everything incorrectly and I have to pay another plumber to fix it all. Shower drain - installed wrong. Shower valve- installed two inches left of center. Entire tiled wall needs to be removed to fix their faulty workmanship. Owner refuses to call me back. Legal action.

I contacted this business to get a quote because my mom had been without hot water for a week. They sent out a plumber immediately after my initial calle and charged me $50 for it. However, I kept having to contact them for a quote. I was told I would receive one by Wednesday and when I didn't I attempted contact again Thursday and Friday with no answer. By Saturday my mom let me know she installed it with a different plumber. In the future, I would advise this business to let customers know when they are running late rather than ghosting them. That extra level of communication can mean everything.

Knowledgeable, determined, informed. Found a hidden leak, investigated the extent and kind of piping used in construction, and repaired the defect. Much less extensive repair than having to repipe the house.
