Run! I had to sue them. They installed everything incorrectly and I have to pay another plumber to fix it all. Shower drain - installed wrong. Shower valve- installed two inches left of center. Entire tiled wall needs to be removed to fix their faulty workmanship. Owner refuses to call me back. Legal action.

I had two simple jobs of two hose bibs that were leaking when in use. Their price was reasonable when compared to other quotes I received. Service was prompt. The plumber that arrived was polite and did the work in a reasonable time. One hose bib was a bit difficult to solder because of water. He was resourceful and able to get it done. I called the company to let them know that the employee did a good job.

I hired them to install a utility sink on my laundry room and the plumber did an excellent job! I was given a quote prior to the service and although the installation was a bit more complicated/took longer than expected; owner was still very reasonable with the price. It is an honest company and would definitely hire it again.

Though the plumber did install exactly what I asked - a valve on the exterior of my home- he broke a sprinkler head and didn't inform me. The sprinkler head was behind his right foot as he kneeled down. Though I saw it from my window what occurred, I waited to se if he would inform me of the incident but never did.

I contacted this business to get a quote because my mom had been without hot water for a week. They sent out a plumber immediately after my initial calle and charged me $50 for it. However, I kept having to contact them for a quote. I was told I would receive one by Wednesday and when I didn't I attempted contact again Thursday and Friday with no answer. By Saturday my mom let me know she installed it with a different plumber. In the future, I would advise this business to let customers know when they are running late rather than ghosting them. That extra level of communication can mean everything.
