I called Chris based upon Yelp reviews. I've had terrible issues with landscape drainage for several years. I called on a Sunday and he came out to take a look at the problem that afternoon. A few days later I decided to use a very reputable plumbing company that had successfully resolved other plumbing issues for me. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem. I scheduled Chris to come out the following day. He showed up with his top of the line equipment and totally solved the drainage issues in less than two hours. Chris is very good at what he does. I'm convinced that he saved me several thousand dollars by me not having to rip out a patio and driveway to replace the drainage system. I highly recommend him.

I called Chris in afternoon on a Saturday. He was able to come out right away. I had roots in my pipe and septic. He explained everything and showed me everything on the camera live so that I understood what we were dealing with. He was able to take care of the problem. He spent the time and went above and beyond what we originally talked about to help me fix my problem. He stayed after dark and it was his wife's birthday to boot. He did not try to upsell me on anything and believe me that happens a lot.

Another shout out to Rodney at Acme Plumbing. He replaced part of a sewer line in my front yard. He worked non-stop until the job was done. And when he was done, you couldn't even tell he had dug a huge hole in the yard!! Great company, professional and efficient worker, reasonably priced.

We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. I had a terrible drain backup in my kitchen sink. Chris came out after hours and saved the day. He first tried to snake the line, running about 75' of snake through the line. Nothing. Guess what that cost me?? NOTHING. Chris wouldn't charge me, because it didn't work! Even though it was after regular hours, cold and dark!! The drain pipes needed to be hydro flushed. Boo.....well, Chris gave me an unbelievable deal, then climbed right back up on the roof (due to my clean out being under the kitchen sink, he had to access the drain line from the roof vent) and fired up the hydro flush. It took a solid 30 minutes to clean the pipes, but once they were cleared, it took only a few seconds for the water and gunk to drain away!!! Absolutely the best plumbing experience I've had and in an emergency situation at that!!!
