Chris came out on Thanksgiving when my family had a drainage issue. He rooted out the problem and got the drain working on this busy holiday time. He even did a free camera inspection to explain to us the problem. He took the time and had the patience to explain thoroughly what our issue is and what we can do to remedy it. I highly recommend his company and he is the first drain person to take the time to do this (on a busy Holiday nonetheless)

He called before he arrived and even accommodated my unexpected change of plans by switching my appointment time. We were really happy with Chris. He came out on a Sunday, fixed a bad clogged drain quickly and gave us some tips. He charged $100, which on a weekend is well worth the money. We appreciated that he came out on a weekend like that. He did a great, thorough job with the drain too.

I had a nasty main sewer blockage on a Sunday morning (of course it would be Sunday!). In a panic, I called Chris' Rooter. Randy from CR showed up at my home less than 90 minutes after my call. He cleared my drain and ran a camera through the pipe at no extra charge. He showed me what was causing my blockage on the camera monitor and suggested it probably should be repaired in the not-too-distant future and gave me an estimate. He charged a very reasonable fee for unclogging the drain and was gone within 30 minutes of his arrival. I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend Chris' Rooter.

Had no need for a second opinion or quote: we were very comfortable with him and his being upfront and direct. Having issues with pipes, plumbing and sewer lines is never easy and most often is super expensive. If you're like me, you know nothing about this area. Chris is a super man in boots. I finally called a professional. Chris came out the same day and fixed the problem. He was a nice gentleman and even made sure he had the area cleaned after he solved the problem.
