Call to see if they had the tools and ability to find my sewer clean out on the outside of my house. Called and talked to Rob I believe his name was. I asked if they could find the clean out and how much that would cost. He responded with we can do a whole home inspection and they WILL find it then. I said I didn't need a full home inspection because we had only bought the house 1.5 years ago and am already handy. He said yes the inspection will find it and sense the tech is already there you might as well do the whole house to see if you may have missed something. He said it would be $57. When the tech got here was super friendly and attentive. After explaining to the tech that I really just needed to find the sewer clean out and didn't need to do a whole hose but if he did find something then it was a good catch. He said np... Here is where the bad reviews starts. After not being able to visually find the clean out. He made a call to the sewer side of the company. He said give me a few min and returned to the can... after about 20min he came back and said that there is some services package I could buy.. to find the drain was going to be $870..... I was floored by the fact that anything I had said before was not listened to. Nor was I given the level of service promised. I did pay the $57 but will never use ace again.

Had our main panel catch fire and a guy came out early the next morning and fixed and replaced everything thing damaged and did an incredible job!!! Couldn't be more happier with this company and how fast they responded and how amazing of a job the guy did!! We are so happy with the results highly recommend Tommy he was absolutely the best I've ever seen.. answered all our questions and did such a great jOb!!! Thanks Again Tommy and Ace solves it all!!

$1906 for two techs, two hours total. Yes, that's $476.50 per hour. Ridiculously overcharged us for what we got! Two plumbing technicians came to rough in set our new tub. 2 bags of drypack, level and set. They also tweaked the new valve to make sure it was installed properly. They knew that we needed to have this done so that our bathroom remodel could proceed and they """"raped"""" us on price. I was out of town. Inspector was coming the next day. Felt taken advantage of Felt beaten Felt like we had no other choice to move the project forward. Am disgusted about what they did to us Charlie Depari is a good guy, but no $30-$35 per hour techs, loaded down with tools and a truck cost $1906 per day to run. $457.50 per hour! Per tech!

I wish I looked at yelp before I went with Ace! I had 5 smoke alarms installed. They charged me over $1000! I looked at the price of the smoke alarm online, and the most expensive one of $60! So basically they charged me over $200 per alarm. I will never recommend them, they are thieves! They justified the price because they said anyone can just change a smoke detector, we send the """"best"""" electrician and all their electricians are licensed and certified. Also they justify it because of the warranty. Listen I don't care if you send me the best, this is bad business practice. Yeah it's true, anyone can change smoke detectors, I would have done it myself if I didn't have a physical disability. So absolutely anyone can do it, that still does not justify the price of a $30 smoke detector to $200 just because you send the best electricians who know what they are doing! I saw what he was doing, it was nothing but drilling and plugging things in. It didn't take more than 45 mins! Avoid this company at all costs!

Scam. We were getting a quote for other work and had a leaky faucet. I figured it was a 10 minute fix (I did another one in about that time), so I asked to have it priced too. A quote of $267 to fix a leaky faucet. I could buy the entire faucet assembly 3 times over for that price.

One star to get this started. So i call for the tuneup special... guy somes tells me stuff, prescribes solutions, send photos of 'my hvac' and gives me a crazy price. Tells me best to change system. Hmmm. Called for 2nd opinion because something seemed off. Of course some stuff was repeated with diagnostic solutions provided etc. My son comes and takes pictures of mt hvac, same angles. Guy showed me pictures of different system. Not mine. Disgraceful practices to take advantage of elderly people

Very pleased with the work that was done at our home. Matt our technician was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything, and I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure to buy extra things that you don't want at the moment. The work was done quickly and clean. The only negative I can give is that we scheduled the work online, for a certain window of time, but when they called to confirm the details we were informed that there was no time frame other than between 8am-5pm, so we had to wait all day long instead of the two hour window we wanted. But Matt's candor and the end product more than made up for that fact. If we have any more electrical work needed, we will be calling them again.

I had a WaterCop system installed. It shuts The water off whenever the sensors detect liquid. There was an issue with one sink dripping and the plumber said the water lines from the sink manufacturer needed to be replaced. Ace installed them a few months later the same sink gave a leak warning. Orlando checked all of the connections and found no leak. We then started to problem solve and discovered the origin in another area.

STOP READ THIS! I am a real helper see my many reviews from over the years, I say it the way it is no BS. You can see I rip them down or build them but I tell the truth. ACE Solves it, let's call there reviews for what they are, the suck lol but after reading them and the fact I'm giving five stars. I can see the problem. For starters I'm strictly talking about my A/C hvac system, nothing else. I had a different company come out and for $85 they were everyone's worst idea of a scam hvac company. I found Ace accidentally and was in emergency situation. One negative was when I called they said they would have somebody out later that day that they were extremely busy with a slew of calls because of the extreme heat after calls later in the evening they offered for the person to come out at 11 PM at night I said that's OK. We rescheduled for the next day in the morning. They came by afternoon, I'm just giving full disclosure I could say negative things about how delayed their arrival was on the same token. I'm a realist and I know that when you arrive on the job, sometimes things are much worse than what you anticipated so you can never promise or keep a real tight schedule if you feel free to throw the first stone, Mark, you want to remember that name because this is who specifically I am giving this reference to. Showed up like a win maybe one too many monster caffeine power drinks lol but he was very polite and he got down to business ASAP. I could tell immediately he was a pro. I found out he had 24 years in the business, I was very satisfied with the in-depth analysis he did and testing. To be short, I found the problem in about 20 minutes and had it fixed in about 40 minutes.. the last company that came which I will say was Frank Gay HVAC told me my initial fee was going to be $85 for diagnosis and would be $1000-$3000 and that could just be initial testing. It could be much more. When Mark from Ace, they had an initial $65 diagnosis fee, which is removed if you go ahead with the work which I did my total cost when he was done was a few hundred bucks.. my advice is to ask for Mark specifically I have added some pictures so you can identify him. I cannot say enough good things about Mark other than I strongly urge that you give him a shot in general. I do not trust HVAC people at all, but this was a very good experience for me, I hope it will be for you. See the pictures.
