Horrid. Called a week ago to get the pool solar heating replaced. Earliest Appointment today between 8a-12noon. After waiting 4 hours, I called them. They said they called this morning (LIED) and with no explanation, referred me to another company. Obviously the new company won't make it in time for my July 4th Pool Party BBQ tomorrow. The company is horrid. Could have not accepted the job 7 days ago. Imagine if my AC was out and they didn't show!!!

Please do not use this company! We had a Roman Tub which the faucet needed to be changed. The worker said he would get a quality faucet at Ferguson Plumbing Orlando. He did not leave any packaging or instructions which would have come with this """"quality faucet"""" after he was done. When I looked at the work the next day I noticed the faucet says Glacier Bay which is Home Depot's cheapest brand $79. When we called the office they keep saying the man installed a American Standard faucet with a 10yr warranty.They will not admit the man went to Home Depot ! We have pictures to show the brand name. They refuse to send any kind of documents about the product. They will not answer emails or phone messages. The man was there for 2.hrs . The charge was $1600 ! I believe this company took advantage of this homeowner who happens to be an Asian woman who does not completely understand the costs associated with and the language involved.

Had an appointment time from 8-12 it is now 1 nobody here. I call the company they say they do not know how long he will be because he is at another customer. Took the morning off from work now I will have to miss the entire day. I am some sort of vip customer since I paid for some yearly membership. I can't imagine how I would be treated if I wasn't VIP. I guess I'll cancel my membership!

They are RIP OFF Artists. Don't ever use them. To take off and reset a toilet 429. 600 to route a 20 ft stack. They were there less than a hour. My tenant was there so I didn't have a choice. Don't ever use them. These kind of people should be shut down.

Ace Solves it All is the worst AC company. They are located at 1692 Dolores Drive Kissimmee. I have Stage 4 Cancer and should be focusing on my health and recovery but here I am dealing with this foolishness. We got ripped off. We paid for a maintenance plan and had issues with our AC. Called them to get it fixed. We were charged over $600 and they had to come back because the original repairs failed. They came back a 2nd time and guess what our AC has been broken for over 2 weeks. We canceled our maintenance plan due to poor customer service and requested a refund and it's been over a month as of today nothing. I sent my request via email and have followed up several times. Each time they keep telling me they are waiting for it to be approved. I was called last week and advised I should receive my refund by the end of the month. As of today nothing. I called today and requested to have my refund today and was told again it was just approved on 2/23/18 a month after the original request. Again an example of poor customer service. Why should it take this long to approve a refund you are not a fortunre 500 company. You had no problem in taking the funds for the maintenance plan out of our account immediately and no probelm in taking the $600 for the AC repair immeidately but I got to keep calling and getting frustrated over a refund. Today I was told that they were waiting for the owner to sign the check which he only does on Fridays. Again that makes no sense. Supposedly I can call tomorrow and speak with Julie to see if the check was signed so that I can picke it up Well I don't beleive this is going to happen. LIke I said bad service and worst customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I used Ace for several jobs around my new home. Plumbing and Electric. I called them recently because one of the GFI plugs are flashing red and I tried the breaker and changing out the plug to a new one and nothing helps. When I called them they tell me they never did that work in my kitchen. They had it as a 20 volt being changed out. I have a brand new circuit box so I know they did not do that job. I explained that they came out and did the work in the kitchen replacing plugs and they said no they do not see that at all on their work order history. I do not know what the electrician wrote on his paperwork because I sign the tablet every time and I saw it as electric plugs changed out when I signed. If he changed it later I do not know. All I know is there have been problems with this company and it's workers all along. Do not use this company. They will cancel appointments, send people that try to up sell you, and send people that do not know how to do the job. They have a guy named Mannie that has a degree in business and is a plumber. He has no idea how to fix pipes or install pipes, he stands around trying to up sell products the whole time his partner does all the work and they few things that he did work on were wrong and he had to come back and fix them again.

I guess Ace does solve it all. This company heard my cries for help and went above and beyond. They actually talked the manufacturer into sending me a whole new 80 gallon water heater and installed it correctly, with a warranty on the installation through them and then removed my old one. IN THE MEANTIME, they """"loaned"""" me a smaller water heater (installed it, removed it, everything) to hold me over til my new one got there. They did that on their own dime, and I appreciate that. Thank you, Ace.

My wife and I purchased a Heating & AC System in late June '17, based upon the benefits of 15 SEER rated system shared by the Salesman. The salesman is NLE and a 15 SEER system was NOT installed. Yesterday an Installation Manager tried to """"hardball"""" me. Called to speak to the owner and have not received a return call. :(
