Requested install of bathroom vanity and faucet provided by me. Quote was 4x of what the bid I accepted. Worked out to $850 an hour for the install. I would not recommend them based on pricing alone.

Unless you have money to burn call any other electrical company. This company really takes advantage of your situation. We called ACE Solves It All to get a service man to replace an outlet. When he arrived and checked it out, he said it was a breaker. He had us sign a quote for $329.17 before he would proceed. The entire replacement took him less than 20 minutes. I checked on line later and the breaker was worth $39.00 After that he sat around and talked for an hour before we could get him to leave. I feel that being senior citizens we were taken advantage of. I have found that we were greatly overcharged and want to lodge a complaint to try to protect others and give them a 'Heads up' in dealing with unscrupulous service people. We understand that everyone has a right to make a living but why on the backs of fixed income elderly? We at fault for signing the proceed quote.

$1906 for two techs, two hours total. Yes, that's $476.50 per hour. Ridiculously overcharged us for what we got! Two plumbing technicians came to rough in set our new tub. 2 bags of drypack, level and set. They also tweaked the new valve to make sure it was installed properly. They knew that we needed to have this done so that our bathroom remodel could proceed and they """"raped"""" us on price. I was out of town. Inspector was coming the next day. Felt taken advantage of Felt beaten Felt like we had no other choice to move the project forward. Am disgusted about what they did to us Charlie Depari is a good guy, but no $30-$35 per hour techs, loaded down with tools and a truck cost $1906 per day to run. $457.50 per hour! Per tech!

IF I could select a 0 stars - I would. The worst customer service ever, and the worst technical service. Called to have unit cleaned. Technician would not clean it, told me we had to buy a new one! wouldn't be liable for taking apart to clean. Basically came into my home to sell me something, nothing more. Used the old 'vacuum cleaner salesman techniques to tell me how bad my unit was. Not in the house 5 minutes before the sales pitch started and the technical visit ended. Called another AC Service company with INTEGRITY who came to my house the next day and performed the service I requested for a minimal & fair service charge. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE - call STAR A/C if you want Honesty and Reliability.

They are RIP OFF Artists. Don't ever use them. To take off and reset a toilet 429. 600 to route a 20 ft stack. They were there less than a hour. My tenant was there so I didn't have a choice. Don't ever use them. These kind of people should be shut down.

This company is the worst. We were given an estimate on 2/8 for a broken water pipe that was causing a flood in the bed room. We were told they could be out first thing Monday morning and it would be a 1 day job. They were paid the deposit to start and we were scheduled for Monday. Well, Monday comes and they call and say they can't make it. One of their other jobs took longer than expected they would be out Tuesday.Ok, fine things happen then, here comes Monday evening. All of a sudden everyone has the flu and they can't make it until Wednesday. Nope! Not acceptable after being told they can refund our money they are miraculously better and able to do the job. As of today, 3/2 we still have drywall cut out in the rooms and ceiling. Someone has been coming forever to replace and it still hasn't happened. Someone showed up Monday and said they would be here Friday with the inspectors to get everything done. No surprise, they did not show up. On top of all of that I get my statement for the remainder and its $2,000 more than it should be. After 2 phone calls about this, it still has not been corrected. Save yourself sometime and find someone else to do your work for you.

My conversation with ACE Solves it All (believe me, they don't!) Since ACE Solves it All did not bother to contact me back regards to my continued air conditioner (which I purchased from ACE; I had no other choice than to call one of your competitors. They came out and evaluated the entire system and as it turns out ACE sold me a substandard 3 ton system (Rudd) with only a 2 ton return vent opening. They also found out there was hardly any coolant in the system, which is what I kept telling your tech every time and he kept telling me """"there was coolant"""" if that was the case why then did he have to keep topping off the unit with gas? The tech from this other big company found other issues with the system, a system that is only 5yrs old. He documented everything for me and told me about the substandard work ever time the ACE tech came out. Bottom line is that now I have to spend approximately $2480 to have to the unit you people installed fixed. Believe me I am going to make sure my experience will be shard online to the good working hard people of Orland to think twice before calling for your services so they do not suffer the same consequences I have suffered with ACE.

on july 6 I called to explain all that I needed done inside my mobile home. I will give them one star for being almost prompt but only to over charge me thousands of dollars for something I don't believe I really needed that two other electrical companies have (unafiualy) have told me I paid 4,000 to much.now they are refusing to send to me the work order that I have phoned then asking many times because they did not do one thing on that order they know that what I called about was never touched after ted found 5,288.00 work he led me to believe must be done befor he could do anything I ask to be done he then had the nerve to tell us that NOW ALL YOU NEED IS AN ELECTRICIAN. He was quite right because he was more of a crook than anything else.yes I am going to the news and an attorney.with this company you cant be careful,you need to get more than there openion

I called and asked about replacing an outdoor spigot. I was told they could not give me a price over the phone (fair enough), and it would be a $59.00 charge to show up. How expensive can it be? The answer is very. The front side of this business is very professional, but the back side is highway robbery. After coming out, the service tech told me """"He just works for the company and these are not his prices, they are generated right in his software automatically""""...... I should have known something bad was coming and I can't say anything more than, I was speachless. He puts Spigot in his tablet and it auto generates a price (which could have been estimated on the phone). It was $500!!! That is a $10 part...$50 at most if you want the fanciest one you can buy. He said it would take him 15 minutes. Even if they mark up the product 100% and use the most expensive one you can buy, that is $1600 per hour for labor at $400 per 15 minutes!! The technician was great. He was friendly and answered all of my questions and I have no issue with him. But $500 for a $10-$50 part change that takes 15 minutes is ridiculous. Be doing this one myself. $59 lesson learned.
