Tremendous service, I only have one plumbing company in my contacts and it's ACE Plumbing! There's a reason they'r called Ace, because they are tops at what they do! Had to have a lateral pipe installed from my garage to the sewer line in the street, and Joel Ledezma and Rafael Menendez made this big job painless! 4 days in and out, (with inspections) other companies have made some of my neighbors put up with doing this work for months, horrible.
Yup, 5 stars - highest rating, if I could put 10 stars I would!

Russ and Francis came through to save the day!! During corona virus washing your hands is a must. My sink went out right during the pandemic, Russ and Francis fixed my sink really quickly. Exceptional work ethic, efficient, clean, highly professional and knowledgeable. They were very timely as well, and that's not easy to find these days. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up.

Called Ace on Weds because the Best Buy installers could not install my new Bosh dishwasher because of a leaking valve. They gave me an appointment on Friday, Leo was the technician who performed the replacement of the valve and installed my dishwasher. Leo was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job replacing the valve and installing the dishwasher! Our faucet was also failing so we had Leo replace the kitchen faucet and he did the work the very next day. Thank you Leo for the great job you did for us!

It was easy to set an appointment. They came out within 48 hours. Russ was my technician. He called to advise he was running late from a previous appointment; deeply appreciated! Managed my expectation. Russ had face mask/gloves/booties on to enter our home; the right thing to do during this pandemic. I want to profusely thank and compliment Ace Plumber Carlos Romero who did a fantastic job. There was back up in my shower and my toilet was clogged up, and it was late at night, so I was in a bit of a spot. I called Ace and they sent Carlos. Carlos started his day at 730 am, he had a tough job out in the Avenues before he got to my house around 1115 pm. He was done in a little over an hour and 15 minutes.
Carlos did a quick survey, figured out what needed to be snaked, took the toilet off, snaked out the clog, replaced the toilet and cleaned up immaculately. Needless to say, Carlos proved to me that he is definitely an essential worker!

I had been putting off a major plumbing issue that is part of living with a 100 year old house, namely replacing the old clay pipes that connected my house with the main sewer. I had called ACE before to root out the sewer line when I had back ups in previous years during which they ran a camera and spotted a ""belly"" in the system which introduced roots and be a continual nuisance. Finally, I could no longer put off the inevitable and called ACE replace the old clay pipes. It was a major ordeal: breaking up sidewalks with a jack hammer, digging deep trenches swapping out old system for new. ACE did a great job and although the work was pretty extensive, they did it quickly and efficiently so any interruptions were minor ones. The plumbing is working beautifully and I expect it will for some time.

Scotty and his team were fantastic, friendly, professional and safe (his team work masks, were respectful of social distancing rules etc).

They did a great job on a complicated job -- properly diagnosing and repairing a faulty sump pump setup.

Scotty and Carey were just the answer. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, very clean (changed their gloves, face masks, and shoe coverings before they came in our home) and were efficient.
