Again, as always, Philip amazed me with his great service. I have a tenant whose toilet would not flush down. Its always hard to figure out what the problem is but Philip had to put a scope in and see why it wasn't flushing down properly and low and behold it was cracked deep inside the toilet where the water should flow down. Philip was amazing and got the toilet fixed by having to replace the whole thing. Philip is always professional, on the dot with his assessments and a great guy! Thank you Philip for always being the best! Lorraine

If I could give Ace Plumbing & Rooter 6 stars I would.

Feras (Russ) and Rafael U. were totally great! They were kind and incredibly professional and turned my totally crappy morning into a really nice day with their patience and expertise. They came highly recommended by my next door neighbor. They were respectful of my home and put on shoe covers before entering. They went to work immediately and solved the problem quickly. I would highly recommend them as well and if I have any plumbing emergency in the future, I'm happy to know who to call.

My house had a sewage blockage. The phone line work really well, and they made an appointment to come out the next day on Sunday pm. The gentleman who came on Sunday ran a little late but he was courteous and professional. He tried for a long time and could not resolve the problem for us. I was disappointed but he was professional and said he no charge would be incurred until problem is fixed.
The problem was he said he would return the next day after 5pm with more equipment to fix the issue. I waited till 8pm and he explained his work day was so backed up that he had to reschedule.

I called the next day to the office and they schedule me with Russ the same day. Russ was very punctual. He listened and diagnosed the problem quite promptly. He did a good job to keep me informed of whats going on. The problem was fixed. In addition, he did a good job to make sure the work area was clean and tidy.

5 star to Russ.

Overall 4 star because of the hiccups with the first guy who came and the fact that he did not come back as promised on Monday. I have to say though he tried hard and was courteous throughout the process.

Based on reviews I called on Sunday at 2pm. Phyllis - with thorough knowledge and warm people skills scheduled Jeff to arrive at 3:15pm! NO EXTRA WEEKEND CHARGE before 4pm!!!!!!!! In 46 years of marriage, I have never scheduled an appliance nor service repair with such a quick response - and ON A SUNDAY!!! Jeff arrived right at the scheduled time, was polite and respectful throughout his job, and professionally unclogged my kitchen sink!
A short while later I went in the basement and found the laundry sink (directly beneath my kitchen sink) was clogged with black water. I called, Phyllis answered immediately and called Jeff who returned and snaked the basement sink, provided informative info, and there was no additional charge!!!!!! Ace Plumbing has employees with OUTSTANDING PEOPLE SKILLS - thank you Phyllis and Jeff and OUTSTANDING PLUMBING SKILLS - that you Jeff!!!! I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE READING THIS TO USE !!!!

I have had Ace Plumbing and Rooter Service three different locations for our family and their response time and service has always been prompt, precise and very fair in estimates . Carlos and his crew have attended twice with excellent results and recently Damian responded to our plumbing issue with common-sense solutions and outstanding follow up and service . The crew that came was extremely neat and professional . I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing and Rooter for any and all plumbing needs for home or business. Tiana , Tolly and the office response team are also extremely courteous, diligent and prompt to respond. All the services of ACE employees have been the best I have experienced , and I would gladly contact them for any future plumbing or repair needs.

Ace plumbing did a great job in replacing our water heater that suddenly went bad. Our water heater was originally replaced 5 years ago by Ace plumbing. Owner & CEO of Ace Plumbling, Jon, along with longtime Sr Technician Joel & Ace plumbing administration took care of it! They researched took care of all the warranty processing and paperwork and within one day installed a brand new, under new warranty, water heater! The new water heater was even a higher model than the last one installed! (Commercial Grade Model).
We are so thankful for the quick response, replacement, but especially for the level of customer service we received from Ace Plumbing! It was truly 1st class, we felt like royalty with the type of service Ace Plumbing bestowed to us.

Joel of Ace Plumbing was exceptional. He helped locate and find the cause of our leak and laid out all of our potential items to fix in a level-headed calm manner that put us at ease. As our house is an old house in the Parkside, our pipes were still original to when it was built in the 1920s. Luckily Joel and his crew worked diligently to repair our old pipes and replaced our old rusted out water heater. In the end, he gave us very fair prices and maintained a sense of professionalism that is very rare nowadays. If you manage to get Joel, just know that you'll be taken cared of.
