I have an older property that had a kitchen drain not draining. They set the appointment quickly came the same day cleared the drain.... but the next day there was a leak under the sink that wasn't there before. They scheduled return the next day and stood by their work -repairing the new leak. No extra charge. I really appreciate their ethics in business makes me devoted for life to a great company. R and R was the best.

Usually not the type to write reviews. However, Ace Plumbing & Rooter went above & beyond with exceeding my expectations today. Booking was very quick and easy. Jose Ramirez had flawless communication with me throughout every step of the process. I threw in a curveball because I could not physically be on site. Jose laid out his plan of action, and was able to quickly identify the problem with our toilet. Through his expertise, he was able to recommend options of how we were able to get this solved efficiently, and quickly. They have definitely retained me as a loyal customer and I will be using Ace again in the future.

Don't hesitate to call Ace Plumbing with your problems. This is my second time working with Ace Plumbing and each time, the technician has been incredibly consultative and customer-focused.

Most recently, I had an issue with a water heater. Franco not only came out on the same day to examine the issue, but he also brought in additional team members to expedite the solution when he realized we only had a limited window of availability. Something that normally would have taken 3-4 hours was resolved within 2-3 hours. Huge thanks to Franco, Israel, and Justin for your quality work and service. I had a clogged kitchen sink, and called Ace. Within an hour, Jose arrived, gave an estimate, fixed the problem, and checked out my bathroom sink as well. He was skilled, friendly, even patient with my curious cat. I'd use the service again if needed.

Ace was diligent and accurate in diagnosing and documenting the problem, including scoping the line with a camera to provide a free estimate that they honored and exceeded.
