Raymond with Ace Pelizon Plumbing did a great job. He fixed issues with an older toilet. He provided a reasonable rate and fixed the problem without having to replace the entire toilet. He was able to do this on the same day. He arrived on time and was very professional.

Completely unprofessional. I schedule an appointment asked to confirm the day prior and an hour into the two hour window I receive a text to change for an emergency. Excuse me, I haven't had hot water for a week, this was your first opening. Just be straight forward, the call before me accepted your fee and you blew me off. You may stand behind your work but you have no integrity. Karma has it's way. Thank you for nothing.

Horrible service - Scheduled an appointment between 9-12 was no show no call. I took the day off to meet with the Tech to repair the water heater. I called at 12:05 because I hadn't received any call or text regarding my techs arrival. I was told they couldn't come today Afterall and could possibly come tomorrow.

This is horrible. Having had wasted a day waiting for a tech and now having to search for another company to come. Thank goodness I found Daley Plumbing to arrive the same day and he is certified to handle my brand water heater.

Called to have my water heater fixed. I reported to the customer service rep the error code that I was receiving. I waited a day and they sent out a technician. The technician was here for 5-10 minute, didnt do anything that I didnt try to do, then told me I needed to buy a complete new unit. I called customer service again and they said he was a ""newer"" technician and that they would send someone else out the following day. The next technician was very friendly and helpful, he had worked at my house previously, he was even working in the rain which was greatly appreciated, however my report of the error code was again ignored and a different part was replaced on my water heater. My water heater went out again on a friday night and there wouldnt be anyone to service me till Monday. Same error code. Another technician comes out on monday. I tel lhim the same thing with the same error code. He does not call Rheem to report the error code but he gets my water heater going again and tells me that they will have to report the error code to rheem the next time it goes out. Why not do that then and there? so a few more days go bye and surprise, water heater goes out again, same error code. Today they send out the first technician who didnt even attempt to fix anything and he actually calls Rheem to order the part. Pelizon refuses to expidite the shipping for me even though, had they done their job right day one, I would have hot water and not be in this situation. I call the manager, who then calls me a liar when I tell him this is the first time any of his technicians have called Rheem and its been the same error code this whole time. He tries to feed me some BS how they are plumbers and they are doing me a favor for even trying to fix my water heater. What does it say directly on the home page of their website? ""water heater repair"". After getting into it with the manager he offers a complete refund on what ive already paid and to call someone else. That was honestly the best part of the whole experience. The manager then called me back a little later after going over the notes and apologized to me and admitted fault. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR WATER HEATER REPAIRS.
