I requested a price quote to install a water line for my new refrigerator's ice/water dispenser. I was quoted $400. I thought that was very expensive, so I shopped around, at got it done for $75. It took the plumber 20 minutes to do it. At first the person answering the phone didn't know what I was asking about. When the plumber called me back, he came up with all the reasons why he wasn't willing to do it, then when I asked him how much he might charge, he quoted me $400. Boy, you really tried to gauge me on the price, thinking I would fall for it was even more comical! I won't be recommending you to anyone!

Wanted to give kudos to Ace Pelizon for helping us service and replace our hot water heater ignitor. Though we had set up an appt for the day after, the customer service rep did put on her notes that if a tech was available the same day, if we would interested??? (yeah, no hot water is no good!)... They called the same day saying that a tech was available... Gary came that afternoon and repaired and replaced the faulty part and was in and out in an hour and we have hot water again! I would not hesitate to use AP plumbing again!

Excellent customer service!!! I had a leak late in the evening and called my insurance. I was given a referral for another company that did not offer 24 hr service. I called AP and got immediate service as their 24 hr service is unbelievable. I was kept in constant communication about what time they would arrive. I never felt forgotten and felt that my urgency was understood. When Jake arrived he was extremely professional and respectful. He clearly explained the issue that was causing the leak and walked me through what I needed to do to get the issue resolved. His patience and work ethic was clearly demonstrated throughout his time here. Although it was late, he took his time and I didn't feel like he was rushing through the job.
Thank you AP for your assistance, from the time I placed the phone call to the end of the job. Excellent customer service by ALL!!!! Will definitely be calling them when I need further work.

Ace is the place....Ace Pelizon has great customer service, from the office help to the plumbers in the trucks. They came the next morning after we discovered a leaky upstairs toilet bubbling down a kitchen wall one evening. Kevin gave me straight answers and wonderful service. Ace Pelizon also referred a great tile man to help solve our toilet and flooring issues. All fixed, professional, punctual, polite. Will only call them with any plumbing problems in the future.

My big petpeeve is when they tell you between 1-4 and they get there at 4:30 after you take the day off to wait for them.

Straight up, I told AP to forget it if its their habit to do so. I got a promise that they'd call 15 mins before so I knew exactly when he would be here-- and they made good.

Not the cheapest... But you get what u pay for, they were on time and fixed the clog.

I have a laundry hose bib leaking, I looked online & found Ace Pelizon. I looked at their website, if you make the appointment online they will waive the service charge, which I believe is $48.50. So I send my request online, I got a quick response from Ana. She was friendly, helpful, professional, & responded right away to all future e-mails... We set up the appointment for the next day, I believe the gentleman they sent out was Kevin.

Kevin arrived put booties on over his shoes to protect my floors. I showed him to the laundry area, when he turned back around he noticed dirt on the floor, right away he said did I do that. I told him no, my son did that. Kevin then picked up his feet to look at the bottom of his shoes/booties, you could tell he was ready to take responsibility for it.... But really my son did it that morning when we were walking out the door...

So Kevin takes a look at the problem & tells me what he can do, gives me a couple options, & tells me the cost. He explains the problem in plain english which is appreciated. I tell him I've been holding off on it because my intentions are to flip the laundry hook-ups to the other wall, he gives me a price on that as well.... I didn't end up getting the repairs done since it would be best to hold off until I am ready to have the hook-ups moved to the other wall.

I wouldn't hesitate to give Ace Pelizon plumbing a call. The online request was easy to submit, the technician was on time, honest, and wasn't trying to scare me into getting the work done like some other places. I felt Kevin was genuinely there to help.

While not actually using their services - I want to commend them on their excellent customer service. The service I needed - they did not perform - so they took the time to give a reference for someone who could perform the work. That really shows a company that goes out of their way to assist - A rare find these days and I will be calling them when I need plumbing work.

We've had Ace-Pelizon out many times over the years. They did all the plumbing for our remodeled bathroom and have made a variety of repairs other places in the house. Very reliable. Reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. In fact, I just did :-).
