Accurate Leak technicians Howard and Chris came out today and competed my whole house filter change out, Enviro (best ever) also installed a laundry room sink faucet and were able to trouble shoot my gas line that feeds my fire pit and outdoor fire place. Water had entered the gas line and restricted the flow, Howard and Chris were able to extract the water and complete the necessary repairs. Could not be happier with the professionalism, experience, knowledge and just got the job done! Everyone I called regarding the gas line problem would not even come out.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This company saved me so much time and saved me from getting ripped off over $5,000 from a corrupt/incompetent plumbing company! I had a plumbing company sent by my home warranty come and diagnose the cause of a leak in my house. The plumber diagnosed a slab leak using a pressurized test. This company was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. First, I required me to first get an asbestos test before any estimates can be made to fix it (that's fine, I don't want anyone's health in jeopardy. I shelled out the $550 for a professional test, it came back positive in the joint compound). Next, I had to have an asbestos abatement company remove my drywall so they can test the manifold before they could even write up an estimate - then after its tested and they figured out how to reroute it, I would have to have more drywall abated to reroute the line. This would be over $5k just to open the walls! I might as well repipe my house for that. I asked the owner/manager Elena if they can do sound detection (because I've seen it before) and she literally told me ""there is no magic sound equipment that allows us to hear water running in the ground."" Clearly, she thought I was stupid! After some arguing back and fourth, I decided to call AAA for help. Mind you, by this point - I'd been living in my house for a week with no water (because we kept it off unless we needed it) and the water damage had expanded from the entry way now into the kitchen/dining area, living room and hallway.

AAA sent out Accurate Leak Locators to basically confirm the ""slab leak"". Oscar and Roy were dispatched to help and let me tell you a couple things about my SUBURB experience with them:
FIRST: they were extremely professional. They arrived right on time and were very patient with me as I tried to explain everything going on in my layman's terms.
SECOND: they explained everything they were going to do before they did it, and explained why it needed to be done. I appreciated this because as a homeowner, we are destined to run into issues like this again sooner or later - and now I have first hand experience to make sure it's done right the first time next time.
THIRD: they got right to work and let me tell you - they knew EXACTLY what they were doing! These two gentlemen were clearly extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste a second. BTW we had a great LOL moment when they pulled out that 'magic sound equipment' the other company swore didn't exist!! HAHA
FOURTH: they accomplished what the other company couldn't and accurately diagnosed the issue - which wasn't a slab leak at all. Turns out the plumber from the other company didn't isolate the domestic line. He took the pressure reading from the wrong water valve/outlet (whatever they are called). The pressure dropped because I have a sprinkler leak and the source of the water leak in my home was actually my AC unit. Oscar and Roy pulled me aside and showed me everything and why the plumber was incorrect and how it should be done.
FIFTH: They didn't just leave it at that! These guys went above and beyond and even helped give me some advice on the next steps I need to take to get my AC fixed!

I am so beyond grateful for these gentlemen for all of their knowledge, professionalism and kindness. To make things even better, I emailed the company ""info"" website on the business card to let the company know what a great job Oscar and Roy did. Well, the next morning I got a personal call from the owner himself thanking me for the positive feedback. This company is 100% about customer service and I'll be using them for all my leak detection and plumbing needs in the future! Thanks Accurate Leak!

Gabe and Cory came to my house today to repair a couple of issues. They are friendly, personable and efficient. I am very impressed with their knowledge and they took the time to show me the issues as well. It's hard to find professionals like Gabe and Corey. We still have a couple of minor plumbing issues to fix and I will define be using Accurate Leak again and requesting Gabe and Cory to be the guys to come back.

We had a leak and had a plumber come by. He couldn't find the leak and stated he would call his leak detector company, but unfortunately his crew was booked for another week.

Our landlord called around and this company was UNFORTUNATELY available. These guys tried to UP sell everything and anything. Basically guaranteed the leak was in the garage, without even looking at things. The guy Gerry said I bet my life that the leak is right where the main line is because he's been doing this for 25 years.

We had the original plumber come, through during the leak detecting, so they could discuss these things among professionals. This was another bad idea for Accurate Leak. Apparently they wouldn't even give the original plumber the time of day for what he was doing and said that the report will be at their office. There was so much tension from the accurate guys that it's not really what we paid for.

These guys are good at selling and if you go with their network of plumbers I'm sure they will treat you better and give you the ""accurate"" information you want to hear with of course their ""accurate"" payment of an upsell.

We requested to get the report, but guess what they said there's a leak! Wow! Thanks for that information but where is it???? They stated they would send their plumber to do the work. WTH! Office stated that the leak is there and needs to be fixed. Landlord asked the original plumber to call the office of the accurate company and they gave him so much inaccurate stuff that it was a joke.

These guys are a thieves and the MGR at the office was not even helpful. Basically you pay for them to find a leak and they won't tell you unless you use there network of plumbers. Then they keep everything in house. Of course, you need to submit your credit card to them before they show up because they will run the card no matter what. Basically once they get there accurate sales pitch in full force.

I recommend and highly suggesting staying away from this company, as they are accurate leak locators that give only accurate information to their plumbers and not the actual customers that pay for their service.

They plan on accurately charging customers for locations that are not the root cause of the leaks. Update- we waited for the original plumbers leak detection company and guess what Gerry the leak was in the bathroom and not the garage?.

We should have waited the week instead of getting charged for useless information and an awkward pissing match from the accurate guys.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.

Thank you Gabe & Adam! My home had a mysterious odor. Based on the google search of skunk and burnt rubber odors, it came up with sewer gas leak. The guys came out and heard me out, which I know can be hard to do when customers do there own research and think they are experts. He heard me out courteously, validated my concerns and walked me through checking what and where the odor might be coming from. They scoped my drain and thankfully it was not a sewer issue. We did figure out it was the dog that got skunked and a ceiling fan that was on its way out. The experience was pleasant, and the guys were genuine, courtesy, and mindful of the Covid19 procedures. I will definitely recommend Accurate in the future. Thanks Guys!

We had water coming out of the wall by the water heater. Several of the companies we called on the weekend said we'd probably need a new water heater. Accurate was the only one that came out and tested. They found that we actually had a leak in the wall. Fixed it and got our water back on. I would recommend this company to everyone! ACCURATE INDEED!!!
