When I had a leak in my house I was unsure of what to do and how it would work with my insurance. I was referred to accurate Leak and they were extremely helpful. They walked me through the process step by step and worked directly with my insurance company which made things very easy for me. They fixed the pipe quickly and the right way! We had water coming out of the wall by the water heater. Several of the companies we called on the weekend said we'd probably need a new water heater. Accurate was the only one that came out and tested. They found that we actually had a leak in the wall. Fixed it and got our water back on. I would recommend this company to everyone! DO NOT work with them. Inspector recommended this place when my toilet leaked. They fixed the leak but then afterwards, the toilet never stopped trying to fill the bowl. Called them back to fix it and apparently the fill valve is now broken and it wasn't their fault; claiming they do this all day and there's no way the new broken part was because of them even though it wasn't broken before they touched my toilet. Then said they were going to give a discount to fix the toilet. THAT THEY BROKE. Now I have to get my toilet fixed AGAIN but finding someone else.

My insurance company sent Accurate Leak Locators out to find the leak in my shower. Howard and Michael came out and I could not have been more pleased. On time, courteous and professional. Howard made sure to introduce himself and give me a business card before entering my home. He said I should always know who is entering my home. They were here for 2 hours checking all my water outlets and thru diligent investigation and frustration found the exact cause of the problem. I think these two men were fabulous. Howard is superman in my eyes!!!!

We had a sudden leak in our attic and AAA sent out this company to get the leak stopped. Mike Falco came out and determined we had multiple leaks in our attic because rats were eating at our water lines. He was very through in his work. He was able to get the leaks stopped so our family of 6 could continue to stay in the house. He handed us his business card and said if we had any questions or concerns to contact him. About 2 hours after he left we heard a leak from another room. I called Mike back and said he would be out first thing in the morning. He came back out and found additional leaks. He was able to fix those leaks so that we could continue to stay in the house with the kids. He was very knowledgeable. We appreciate you taking your time to answer all of our questions and your concern over keeping us in our home till the insurance adjuster made contact with us.

Typical slab leak scenario, u stumble out of bed to the Bathroom and step in a puddle of water soaked carpet. First thought , ""what the bleep??? Second thought oh no.... bleep third thought ,$$$$$ not to fear ... called the insurance company ($5000 deductible wasn't cool. So out of pocket we went,,,, took Nationwides recommendation... that's when Jerry from Accurate Leak Locators showed up at 5:15 pm and - didn't charge after hours, Found the location of leak within 5 minutes. I called back next day received a quote and scheduled for following day. Jerry and his associate arrived promptly with a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. They staged the area, jack hammered a small hole and fixed the leak, replaced cement and off they went in less than 4 hours. Jerry was professional , reassuring and quite skilled at what he does. I don't write a lot of these (i should) but I felt compelled to do so with this company! If u have the unfortunate burden of a leak, feel confident in your choice with leak locators.

Our family has use AL for 3 occasions now. Recently a leak has occurred from our dining room light fixtures when the upstair sink/shower is on. This is the same issue that they came to fix about 10 months ago. At the time AC said there was no piping problem. They would also guarantee it for 1 year. They charged 275 dollars for the inspection and said it was a shower enclosure problem. Now the the same exact leak happened again in the exact same light fixture. Just by leaving the upstair faucet on for 3 minutes, water will leak out of the dining room light fixture downstairs. I called them to come out and check the pipe again but they want to charge me again for the inspection. They refuse to honor the 1 year warranty. Also the lady Becky on the phone didn't even want to try to understand the situation and just aggressively dodging the idea that they would guarantee anything at all. So I highly recommend to avoid using their services. It's dishonest to guarantee for 1 year and refuse it 10 months later. We have been a loyal customer to AL for all our family houses plumbing need. I guess I have to look for a new plumbing service now.

A good plumber is hard to come by but the referral we received for Accurate Leak did not disappoint. Mike Falco came out to repair a leaking pipe in our bathroom and we could not be more satisfied with the service we received from start to finish.

I spoke with Teresa in the office several times and she was patient and kind enough to answer any and all questions I had. When Mike came out he was just as efficient as Teresa and very knowledgeable about not only the repair we needed but was informative and in advising of additional items we might want to address in the future.
