I called Accurate Leak Locators and Plumbing to help me resolve a problem I was having that seemed to begin with my air conditioning leaking water off the roof of my house. :( Anthony, the technician, was able to identify the problem easily which was a second line under my sink in my upstairs bathroom. This is where the air conditioner runoff flows. (I had no idea) Because the sink was backed up, it caused the water to back up and drip off the runoff pipe on the roof of my house. He cleared out the pipe and now the dripping has stopped. He was also able to repair a faucet in my laundry room that no longer worked.
I was very happy with the customer service I received and how Anthony explained everything he was doing while doing his repairs. He also gave me some preventative tips for my plumbing and water quality. I highly recommend their services. Professional and effecient.

AVOID this company. Dishonest and sneaky. Misrepresented their services, wasted my time and money, and charged my credit card without my authorization.

I spoke to a lady over the phone telling her that rain was coming in through the stucco wall and had damaged my wood flooring. The lady proceeded to schedule an appointment and said they needed a credit card to secure it. The day before my appointment, they called to reschedule me because of a plumbing emergency so the needing a credit card to secure a day/time was just an excuse to get my card number, as you will see below.

Two men came and I showed them the corner where the water had come in after the heavy rains that occurred months before. They listened and nodded as I explained how I needed their help doing a water test. I thought this would mean opening up the dry wall and spraying water from the outside in an orderly fashion to see how it's coming in. Instead, they walked around my unit and tested the water line. They turned on the shower on the 2nd floor which is nowhere near the area of the water intrusion. They eventually told me everything looked fine and that the damage is due to rain. Duh. When I pressed for a more ACCURATE explanation they said possibly from the window. I asked if they can confirm this by spraying water, opening the wall, etc. and they told me that they do not investigate anything related to rain water.

This is an important detail that they just forgot to mention? I was very clear upfront that it was due to rain. They had two chances to walk away, either over the phone or when they first arrived. Clearly they cared more about collecting their $275 service fee than whether or not they were the right people for the job. I wrote on the work order ""to be discussed"" in the signature area, the two men angrily left, and then the next day I saw that they charged my credit card without my consent.

My worst experience and I paid dearly for it. Please don't make the same mistake. Go elsewhere for help even if you have a plumbing issue. They are a dishonest company and don't deserve anyone's business.

I have to express my gratitude for the team sent to our home today. This experience (slab leak, ruptured pipes, re-pipe, insurance) has been very stressful. Gerry and Andrew were so kind and explained the process thoroughly. Honestly, I do not think we could have asked for a better team.

On the office end of things, Becky was thorough and patient as I asked probably 25+ different questions and scenarios-- and on more than one occasion! She was clear about the charges involved as we embarked on this journey as a self-paid customer. Ann, who also answers the phone, was courteous and promptly responded to our general inquiries.

This business of leak detection comes at a time when homeowners find themselves in a less-than-favorable situation. I can only imagine the tone that customers must address these kind people with during the course of an interaction.

Broke things and rude person. Was DISAPPOINTED with this company and especially the owner. We had a slab leak and at first the company was great. The first crew that came out fixed the issues by capping the problem. Very friendly. Then when the second group came to repipe the line. That is when all went down. The second group was goofy around while working. I was okay with it if they were doing the job. Fine. But when they left I did a walk through to see since they did not do it with me. They just handed me a
Paper and told me my faucet had less pressure and that was that. So I walked through their work which I should have done when they were there. They broke a cabinet door, cracked a cutting board, used my own personal ladder without asking, left
Trash and such in the garage, never cleaned up, and left their tape on the group.
I called the company to see if they could come back and fix and clean. They sent them back. They did it and that ok until they handed me the phone and TONY the owner was on the phone. He was so DEGRADING. He was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was so shocked. Telling me I didn't know what I was taking about. Telling me my house was old and I did it. I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED by his tone and how DISRESPECTFUL he was in all senses. I will NEVER use this company again.
Worse part of this is when I called the next person in charge about this situation, that is when I found out he was the owner. So I bet no action will take place.

Unfortunately my husband and I woke up this morning to water leaking from our family room and kitchen ceiling. Servepro recommended Accurate Leak Locators, who came out to our home immediately and fixed our problems. The Technicians Gerald (Gerry) and Anthony were absolutely incredible. We are so appreciative of how they took the time to explain things and had given recommendations for future repairs that may need to be addressed soon. It was a pleasure having them in our home and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

So we found out that we had a slab leak in our new home. I was able to get my insurance to send out a plumber. They sent Accurate Leak.
Jeremy and his team came out the first day. And were able to investigate the leak and fully determine where and what could be down without cutting into the concrete. The work was going to be to much for the time that was left in the day. Jeremy was upfront and knowledgeable about what he could do and what may change within the scope of the repair when they actually dig into the concrete. With the help of the front office I was able to get an appointment for them to come out the next morning.
Jeremy and his team was there on time and was able to get straight to work since my insurance had already approved it. They were able to reroute and fix the pipe. It ended up being a bigger job then they thought. Thanks to Jeremy and the company for sending out an extra team to help get the work done that day. It was a trying time with the water coming up from the floor and Christmas just around the corner. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to doing it right and doing your best to not inconvenience my family and I.

Two gentleman arrived promptly and ahead of schedule. I had asked for early as I had to get to work and they were able to accommodate me! Thorough and knowledgeable Gerald and Andrew (I think) were methodical and meticulous as they pinpointed my issue. They explained in a way I could understand, experts start to finish! People were certain I had a slab leak which is very costly but I was able to save some major cash as I just need my AC serviced, no big deal!

Highly recommend this company if you need a quality job done by conscientious professionals!

Called and spoke to Liz I believe her name was. I was trying to refer a customer over to them for a leak detection service and repairs. She rudely asked ""And who is this?"".. Sorry, but you need to hire people there with better customer service and phone skills. I have the capacity to refer multiple jobs to you, but now, consider that opportunity gone! I hung up; no thanks!

Accurate Leak Locaters have gone above and beyond for my family twice! Both time they came right away, were dependable, so kind, caring and willing to to what ever to help both my mom on one occasion and my dad on another!! Unbelievable that there are businesses with a small business heart still out there!! You have to call them for all your plumbing needs- they are quick, precise, and caring and won't charge you crazy rates like ""WeCare"", who we will never go back to!

They came to my house and incompetently diagnosed a leak which caused my insurance company to deny my claim, They said the leak was in the shower drain, but the actual leak was a pressurized leak in the wall. I would not recommend this company to anyone
