We moved to Elk Grove and found the water here a bit harder than we're used to. A local friend suggested a water softener system from Costco, which they paid $8k for...too rich for my blood. Wife said we had to have soft water so now it's my job to figure it out.

Bought a water softener system with a whole house filter and under-sink water filter system from Amazon for under $800, off to a good start. Then researched the installation process and determined that I didn't have the chops for it, time to bring in the pros.

I requested a quote from 6 different plumbers, mostly with many reviews and excellent ratings. Most quotes came in at twice the price or higher. One quote came in lower but they wanted to cut corners, softening just the hot water in the house. AccuFlow was not the cheapest quote, but was the best quote for the scope of work they committed to.

They planned their work so that they didn't interrupt our water supply in the house any more than 30 mins. Mikey and his teammate got the job done in about 4 hours. Other plumbers suggested that I would lose water for as long as 8 hours. Mikey also called the water softener company and programmed my water softener system, something I did not expect as it was not part of the scope of work.

I can't imagine that the plumbers at twice the price would do a better job, in the same time period. Mikey stands by his work, to be free of leaks. Everything looks great. Could not be happier. My silkier and my wife is happier.

Our tankless water heater went out late night on Thursday 4/1/21, the next morning I called a competitor (I haven't needed to call a plumber so I wasn't sure who to call) and they were able to come out that day. The competitor's tech was there for almost an hour and said that it was an electrical issue with the outlet that was used to plug the heater's controller into. This diagnosis was given even though he ran an extension cord to another outlet as a test. he said I would need to contact an electrician. I did not believe this for one second since the controller had power but I was going out of town for the weekend and decided to wait until Monday. I called Accuflow Plumbing and even though they were busy they were able to get a tech onsite. The tech found the issue quickly and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement part shipped as soon as possible. The part arrived on Wednesday and a tech was able to come out that day to replace it. We now have hot water and cannot thank Accuflow enough for getting it fixed so quickly. They are now my go to plumber for any future needs and have already scheduled them for the recommended maintenance service on the unit. I HIGHLY recommend Accuflow Plumbing!!

Mike showed up 10 min early to help us with a kitchen upgrade (faucet and new drains). He was quick, courteous, and even wore booties in my house! Reasonable price and efficient! Also gave us a quick quote for replacing our hot water heater, which was also very reasonable!! Thanks Mike!

I would recommend this company a thousand times! I was absolutely blow away by the response time I had after reaching out to set up a sink install and repair on my running toilet. Went on Yelp to get an appointment from some plumbing company in Elk Grove i used for my last home. Accidently sent quote requests in yelp to all local plumbers.
Accuflow responded back first.
So i figured why not give them a try.
Glad i did.
Very happy with their service and communication.

They unclogged my shower drain fast.

We heard a loud ""boom"" from the water heater and rushed out to find the gas and flame on high. Very scary! We called a couple plumbers, but they don't service the Thornton area. Lucky for us, we contacted Mike with Accuflow. He found there was a recall on the water heater and gave us a phone number to contact the manufacturer.he let us know that it was not going to blow up, it wasn't critical. Mike called us back later that day to find out what was happening. The next day, we still hadn't heard from the manufacturer, and the gas and flame were still raging. We contacted Mike, and he was able to send someone out within a few hours, and on a Saturday.They quickly fixed the problem, and at a reasonable rate. As this is a weekend, we still haven't heard from the manufacturer. Thank you to Mike for his prompt service and the call back.
