Great customer service! All of the positive reviews Lived up to our expectations!! Accidentally flushed our engagement ring down the toilet and Mike helped us so much. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't so quick to dismiss our issue and send someone down to make an inspection for $50 just like everyone else.. I know that if I ever need any future plumbing services, I will be calling Accuflow . Thanks guys

Our main water pipe was leaking and we were so scared it was going to cost an arm and leg but Mike, who answered the phone, was able to talk out some possible scenarios which helped ease some of the worries. Mike was able to send someone within a few hours to look at the leak. It was a loose pipe and they were able to fix it within an hour or 2. Very courteous, informative, affordable and professional will definitely call them again! And... it didn't cost an arm and leg. Thank goodness.

Big liers . I don't know who are the people who gave them 5 stars . Maybe there relatives because for us they spent 5 minutes and charged like $130 dollars. So stay away people don't go for there reviews.

I called them on emergency, they show up within 30 mins and problem fixed.
Service charge is a little on a high but to be considered its emergency we are happy with it

Excellent customer service! I called on a Monday for a non-emergency bathroom faucet replacement. Mike scheduled an appointment for the following day and completed the job with courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic service! The office staff and the servicemen were kind, courteous, and professional. Loved that they made sure I had done everything a ""normal person"" could do before scheduling a service call and that they checked to see if my water heater was still under warranty! Five stars for yet another good service experience with AccuFlow plumbing. Mikey and his team are always prompt, professional, and fairly priced. We appreciate their good work. This last week, our dud of a water heater, finally went out, and so I called Mike first thing. In the process our house main valve broke too!
