Our pool pump began leaking and our pool maintenance person said we needed a plumber. We contacted AccuFlow based on their reviews here and about 20 minutes later they reached out to us. We exchanging texts, images, and phone calls and set up an appointment the next day. It was a little more complicated than expected since the original installation mixed PVC and ABS pipes, but overall they finished the repair without any major hassles. We'd definitely hire them for our next job.

I had an issue with my tankless water heater. Found out AccuFlow came recommended by the manufacturer. Mike responded immediately to my inquiry and said he could get a tech out immediately. Talk about fast service. Mikey and Nick came to the house and were able to flush the heater and get rid of all of the sediment which appears to have been the issue. Great to deal with such carrying people who know how to run and operate a business. Not overpriced like other local companies and they were in and out very quickly with a resolution. They will be my go to for any plumping issues that arise in the future. Mikey also stated he would schedule me for maintenance in the next year to make sure that I am taken care of. Make sure to make AccuFlow a priority contact for any maintenance issues.

My hot water heater went out on Wednesday I attempted to replace it myself but I foresaw some technical challenges ... decided to call a professional to get a quote from a professional and called AccuFlow just to get an idea ... Mike answered my call on the first try spent his time explaining in detail every aspect of the job EXTREMELY informative! Mike asked me if my water heater was down which I answered yes and he scheduled me the next day first thing in morning!
I already knew what the parts would cost which I researched so I felt I would know a good price when I heard it after Mike quoted me $2,199 I was so impressed that I didn't even bother calling anyone else for an estimate.

I can not give Accuflow anything above a 2. The employees are polite and hard working, but at the end of the day, you also need knowledge and trouble shooting. We called for a clogged kitchen sink, and they showed up on the same day in a timely manner. They got to work and kept at it for about 2 hours. At the 1 and a half mark, they seemed like they were sure they got the job done. They ended up letting us know to keep running hot water down the drain and do some dish soap to help clean the pipes. It seemed like the clog was fixed, but in reality, the clog was just overflowing out of the washer drain out in the garage. So 260 bucks later still have a clogged sink, and we can't use our washer without overflowing into the sink and spilling onto the garage floor. Can't give credit when the job wasn't done.
