Jim and Tony came out and fixed 2 toilets and a shower valve for a very reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. No up-sell, very honest. I would recommend them and if I have another problem I would use them again.

A termite inspection identified a leak under my elderly mother's house. Her go-to plumber retired a couple of years ago so she called Kenney's Plumbing Supply and they recommended Jim & Tony.

They showed up AHEAD of schedule. They had to take things apart, rooter out the problem, put things back together, etc. All under a house in the Hollywood Hills. They were there for about 2.5 hours but got the job done and the cost was at the low end of the estimate that I gave my mom yesterday. Definitely a good value for the work.

But on top of that they removed their shoes in the house, put them back on going under the house. They were polite and didn't pressure my mom to do all kinds of ""extra"" things. I even asked her to have them check the water heater [which I think is on it's last last last leg] and they told her it looked ok and to call them if it started dripping. Considering this WH is 15 years old, they had an open door to get her for another $1,500 - but THEY DIDN'T.

They are now on her immediate on-call list if there is a plumbing issue.

My shower would not turn on so I contaced Kenny's Pljumbing and they recommended I call Accu-rooter. They arrived on time, were pleasant and professional and very reasonable as far as the price. I recommend them,

Our gas water heater was making a loud vibration that rumbled through our house. The only way to stop it was to turn the gas to pilot which meant no hot water. We had a local plumber who was scheduled to come out at 3 and he called just before 4 to say he was going to be late (no kidding). Eventually some other guy shows up with his girlfriend and says the plumber can't make it so he sent them. I had to show the guy how to turn off the gas. He looks at the unit ( which is 3 years old and under warranty) and says you need a new water heater, plus new brass nipples, new ball cock, etc.. It will take him and his girlfriend 4 1/2 hours to swap it out but he can't do it for a few days. I told him to just leave.

We called Kenny's Plumbing and Dereck was very friendly and told us to try ACCU-ROOTER run by brothers Jim and Tony. They showed up, were very friendly, found a leak that had allowed water into the air intake. In about an hour they had fixed the leak with a new brass cap, dried the air intake screens and interior base and I had to ask if it was on because it was now so quiet. We not only recommend these guys from ACCU-ROOTER and Kenny's Plumbing but have scheduled them to work on a bathroom tomorrow.

My old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and I was installing a new dishwasher too. I called Accu-Roooter and they were super friendly on the phone. I scheduled for Jim to be at my house a 9 a.m. and he and his brother Tonay were there right one time! Both of them were super friendly and courteous. I even have a very curious 5 year old who wanted to see what they were doing every step of the way. I could tell Jim was a family man just by the way he treated my son. I couldn't have asked for a better response or job well done....all at a a very reasonable price!

Following positive reviews on Yelp, I called Accu-Rooter when we had a sewer line blockage. Jim & his brother Tony arrived within a couple of hours and swiftly got to work and cleared the blockage. Great service and very reasonable price.

Jim explained that the area we live in - Hollywood Hills - is very susceptible to tree root problems and he recommended a six-month service to keep the line clear. I will certainly be using him again.

Jim and Tony were amazing! They really saved us after our water heater died. We had received a quote from another company over the phone and then showed up and wanted to charge us double! We called Jim late in the evening and he and his brother came out first thing in the morning and charged a very fair price. They did a great job and were very friendly! Will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

Jim and his brother Tony arrived soon after my call to them. Truthfully i was trying to track down my old rooter expert when I was recommended these guys from a person who works at a local plumbing supply. Ok- these guys are more expensive then the d-bags who will come out- poke a hole in the blockage - and then try to up sell you the hydro clean and camera scope. Then bail without truly finishing the job.

Anyway, our neighborhood is notorious for roots that come from the city parkway trees. So rooter trucks around here are like lowered BMWs with no badges: everywhere.

Jim and Tony broke thru the blockage. Re-rooted the pipe, dragged a mop sized thing of roots out and then did it again. All with the best machine made for the task- this German made giant rooter. I happily paid them about 3 times the amount of these lesser jokesters. Knowing full well i won't need to see Jim and Tony for awhile.

Money well spent. Thanks guys for doing what I asked with ZERO complaints and no unnerving end of the world diagnosis that my sewer line is doomed forever without dropping a grand for hydro or ten times that for a new line...

I wish more fans came on here and reviewed, I would have found them earlier. I spent a whole day trying to find someone to unclog my sink. So grateful for the arrival within the hour! Thanks for the hard work and reasonal charge.
