I wish I would have found ACCU-Rooter sooner. Jim and Tony showed up early, took extra steps to help me fix my problem, cleaned up after themselves and were fairly priced. Don't hesitate to call them, they will take care of you and if they can't they will point you in the right direction.

I have used Accu-Rooter on numerous occasions. They are fantastic! Lately, I had a problem with my air conditioning not draining (it flooded my bathroom) so I called Jim at Accu-Rooter and left a message. Within a few minutes I received a call back. Jim was actually on vacation in Mexico but took the time to return my call and recommend another plumber. He even called the other plumber and described my problem. What other contractor do you know would call you while on vacation and help you with your problem? I know of none. I can't say enough good things about this company. Efficient, professional and very reasonable. Accu-Rooter is my plumbing company for life!

How funny these two guys live on my block and I used some one else for years. My neighbor recommended them I feel are honest and have fair prices. The just clean the drains, no major replacing of pipes but they do a fantastic job and I always get my rebate back from the City of Burbank. Highly Recommend!

Brothers, Jim and Tony, have helped me out of several tough situations. A vintage, imported faucet set needed new ""inner"" parts and they figured it out. They took the time to investigate, problem solve and come back twice. I appreciated that after other plumbers said it couldn't be done. They came to the rescue again when a contractor (who was later asked to leave the job) couldn't install the plumbing properly. I know that it's a pain to clean up other people's mistakes but Jim and Tony handled it well. Also, a mystery leak was fixed quickly and simply. Another plumber in the area would have been charging me hundreds if not thousands of dollars to make this a very big deal and a big profit for him. I've had horrible experiences with that but the Accu-Rooter guys always take the simplest route first and they fixed it on the first try.
They are on time, reasonably priced and just nice guys. They are careful about what they do and clean up after themselves.
I highly recommend Jim and Tony.
Don't get price gouged by the other crooks in the plumbing business!

Jim and Tony came out and fixed 2 toilets and a shower valve for a very reasonable price. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. No up-sell, very honest. I would recommend them and if I have another problem I would use them again.

A termite inspection identified a leak under my elderly mother's house. Her go-to plumber retired a couple of years ago so she called Kenney's Plumbing Supply and they recommended Jim & Tony.

They showed up AHEAD of schedule. They had to take things apart, rooter out the problem, put things back together, etc. All under a house in the Hollywood Hills. They were there for about 2.5 hours but got the job done and the cost was at the low end of the estimate that I gave my mom yesterday. Definitely a good value for the work.

But on top of that they removed their shoes in the house, put them back on going under the house. They were polite and didn't pressure my mom to do all kinds of ""extra"" things. I even asked her to have them check the water heater [which I think is on it's last last last leg] and they told her it looked ok and to call them if it started dripping. Considering this WH is 15 years old, they had an open door to get her for another $1,500 - but THEY DIDN'T.

They are now on her immediate on-call list if there is a plumbing issue.

My shower would not turn on so I contaced Kenny's Pljumbing and they recommended I call Accu-rooter. They arrived on time, were pleasant and professional and very reasonable as far as the price. I recommend them,

Our gas water heater was making a loud vibration that rumbled through our house. The only way to stop it was to turn the gas to pilot which meant no hot water. We had a local plumber who was scheduled to come out at 3 and he called just before 4 to say he was going to be late (no kidding). Eventually some other guy shows up with his girlfriend and says the plumber can't make it so he sent them. I had to show the guy how to turn off the gas. He looks at the unit ( which is 3 years old and under warranty) and says you need a new water heater, plus new brass nipples, new ball cock, etc.. It will take him and his girlfriend 4 1/2 hours to swap it out but he can't do it for a few days. I told him to just leave.

We called Kenny's Plumbing and Dereck was very friendly and told us to try ACCU-ROOTER run by brothers Jim and Tony. They showed up, were very friendly, found a leak that had allowed water into the air intake. In about an hour they had fixed the leak with a new brass cap, dried the air intake screens and interior base and I had to ask if it was on because it was now so quiet. We not only recommend these guys from ACCU-ROOTER and Kenny's Plumbing but have scheduled them to work on a bathroom tomorrow.
