My son flushed a juice box down the toilet. I tried to snake it, didn't help. Called Bill Howe, they tried but couldn't get it. The guy said I needed a new toilet b/c if he tried to go from the bottom he'd crack the porcelain.

I removed the toilet and pulled juice box out myself. However, the flange was rusty and beyond use. I had trouble replacing it so I looked on Yelp and saw 42 Five Star reviews. I called and Jay is the man!! He tried to talk me through and text me with advice and asked for pics to figure it out. When I gave up, I asked if he could come out. He came at 6pm after I got off work. He fixed the toilet and helped me install another. It was fast, easy, professional and cheap.

I will call him EVERYTIME and recommend him to EVERYONE.

UNBELIEVABLE! Much like unicorns and Big Foot, I didn't believe the ""Honest Plumber"" really existed. Until now that is!
I am a home-owning single mom and plumbing repairs always scare the bleep out of me. I know how easy it is for people to take advantage of the fact that I know absolutely nothing about the inner workings of my home. Not to mention the fact that I have to allow a ""strange man"" into my home while I'm there alone.
So when the shower in my upstairs master bath started leaking, I put off fixing it until I noticed the 3 foot spongy water stain forming in the ceiling below. At that point, I was convinced that the next time I showered I was going to fall through the floor into the garage below and decided it was time to take out a second mortgage...or sell my first born...and call a plumber.
I found Gabriel on Yelp. He came out first thing the next morning and was everything every other Yelper has said about him. Professional? Check! Honest? Check! Affordable? Check! Not only did he do a fabulous job and charge me a tenth of what I thought he would, but he also had the nicest, calmest personality. I immediatly felt comfortable allowing this ""stranger"" into my home. I am now a customer for life and have already started recommending him to all my peeps. THANK YOU YELP!

We had a situation where our sewage line was backing up. Looked at Yelp and Found Accolade Plumbing (Gabe). Called him and explained the situation and he was able to quote me over the phone. In addition, he came over after standard business hours. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. His diagnosis was ""spot on"", and less than an hour after he arrived, he was done. Gabe epitomizes the small business owner that is using hardwork and commitment to build his clientele. I can't say enough good things especially with the way other plumbing companies quote, and then work.

It's a Saturday, Jay answers his phone on the 2nd ring, comes over within half an hour and he diagnoses where the leak is. We're thinking it's going to cost an arm and a leg to fix the problem because of where it is. He listened to determine where the pipes were in the wall and they were exactly where he punched a hole through, which minimized the repair that will be needed on the wall. He came up with an alternative solution which works great! I'll give an update if it fails to cure the problem but I'm extremely happy with the service and savings we got using this Yelp favorite! Thanks Jay!

Amazing! Jay came over for a ""simple"" gas line installation for our dryer, and he ended up staying the whole day due to unforeseen issues. Long story short... Jay went way above and beyond for us. The quality of the work was stellar, and the price was less than I expected. Quality work and affordable. We will definitely be using Jay in the future.

I can't say enough about the good service Gabriel provided us. My mom's pipes in her slab broke and leaked up into the house. We contacted Gabriel he gave us a quote over the phone that was reasonable. He came out within a couple of hours got some of the water running in the house. He came back the next day and had the whole house up and running in two days. My moms house is old and made of solid concrete not an easy one to work on. He actually had more work to do than expected but he was still able to keep the price down. He did not gouge. I would highly recommend him.

I called this morning about a leaky hose bib that had suddenly started gushing water into my back yard and he was over within a half hour of the call ready to work. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes for just a little over half the price I had paid another less agreeable company last month. The other company's worker ticked me off so I didn't have them do both at that time. Gabriel was courteous, competent and affordable. I'm going to have him put in a new hot water heater in a couple of months.
