I called Gabe on a referral from another plumber and I am very glad that I did. I needed a sewage ejector pump replaced in a rental house on a Friday afternoon so that my tenants didn't have to deal with the smell of raw sewage and water leaking into the bathroom. Most plumbers won't even touch this kind of job (two told me that on the phone). Gabe said that he could come out the next morning and take care of it. To my surprise, he called back and came out that night to take a look. He figured out everything that needed to be done and came back first thing the next morning to complete the job. He told me how difficult a job it would be after looking at it because the basin was under the floor. Despite all that, he finished the job quickly and even gave me a military discount. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Accolade Plumbing to anyone that needs an honest and reasonable plumber.

While visiting family in San Diego, my 3 year dropped a miniature tube of Play Doh down the toilet. I'm sure we won't be invited back anytime soon! We called one plumber and they refused to provide an estimate over the phone. The landlord suggested Accolade Plumbing. Jay provided us a basic cost to snake the toilet immediately. Straight Shooter. Jay installed dishwasher, disposal, and new faucet at my house last week. He determined that the existing drain pipe under the sink was too high and would need to be moved down to work correctly. I think a lot of plumbers would have just installed it incorrectly and then let a problem slowly develop over time.
Jay made a 2nd trip to my house to make sure everything was done the right way. I can tell that quality is real important to him and he does his trade the right way. Fair pricing too.

Another very successful visit by Accolade plumbing. A previous plumber (only called because Jay was booked at the time) snaked the drain for two hours, left a horrible mess, and accomplished nothing but clogging the drain further. Accolade took one look at it, described the problem, was patient while we got a hold of the landlord, then fixed it in half of the allotted time--not to mention he didn't leave a huge mess.

After he left, my husband looked at me and said, ""Now I see why he is the only plumber you want to use.""

This was my second experience with Gabe and nothing changed...he is amazing. I had a leak in the hot water line, this time going to my bathtub. I called Gabe at 9am on a Saturday, he was out within an hour. He had it fixed within 40min. I wish all businesses took the same level of pride that Gabe does. The level of service he provides is second to none.
