Jay is the BEST. He knows what he's doing and gets it done in a no nonsense way.
The previous tenant in my home is a plumber, so my landlord likes to use him since he knows the house. That plumber told me he was never able to fix the running toilet while he lived here and to tighten the faucet of my bathroom sink would be a big job, requiring him to take the whole thing apart. He had already done a shoddy job replacing the shower knobs, so when I had a sink job, I decided to look elsewhere and found Jay. He came out to remove an outdoor iron sink, moved it by himself, and got it done quickly. Then he fixed the sink in the no time (without taking the whole thing apart), and stopped the toilet from running in a snap. I didn't feel jerked around or milked for money. Plus, he is a good guy who I feel safe having in my home as a woman living alone.
I HIGHLY recommend him!

Gabriel just left, having fixed a clogged toilet and a toilet which used to run every few hours. The last time he came, he totally rebuilt a toilet in the master bedroom, which had been running for years and which no one else could fix. That toilet has continued to work perfectly for some time now.

Gabriel is THE BEST PLUMBER I have ever used. He takes off his shoes before entering the house; he works quietly and efficiently; he explains the problem and how he plans to fix it; then he explains how to avoid the same thing from happening in the future; and his work is excellent. I can't recommend him highly enough. I live in LJ, and there might be closer options, but I will never call another plumber.

I want to say Jay is just awesome! After a long day at work my husband I came home to a flooded house due to a busted flex hose under the sink. Well after business hours two plumbers we called refused to come out. Thanks to the great reviews on Yelp we thought we'd give Jay a try and he agreed to come out and fix our lines and angle stops so we could get our water back on. His price was so resoanable especially for after hours. He was quick and didn't try to upsell us into unneeded products. He is a great guy and I will be using him for all my plumbing needs!

Jay fixed the problems the other plumbers left incomplete. I sent him my address as he requested and did not hear from him. So I had somebody else over and then he showed up as scheduled. Jay was quick, professional, has proper tools and cleans up afterwards. And he is very polite.
