Paul is a stand-up professional! He came promptly and gave me a fair up front quote for the work. He was direct and friendly and was able to repair and patch the wall with no issues.

We had a bunch of difficulties with the gas company as well and he went above and beyond, speaking with the company and city officials on our behalf to try to expedite inspection and get things turned back on. He also needed to grab some equipment for the testing and rather than charge us through for them, waived the cost and kept the tools for himself. Definitely going to be calling him again in the future.

Paul is an absolute professional!!! Rats chewed through two PEX water lines in the attic and the water was leaking to the point that I started seeing wet spots on my ceiling.

I noticed the leak Sunday late afternoon and I put out the requests through Yelp. After about fifteen minutes he called me up and I told him I had two water lines leaking in the attic. He immediately told me to shut off my main water valve which prevented a costly dry wall repair. His cool and calm professional definitely helped me out in this tough situation.

Out of the four companies that contacted me, he was the only plumber who told me to shut off my water. That truly helped me out since I was in panic mode and it was Sunday late afternoon.

We set up an appointment for the very next day and he showed up right on time. He repaired the lines, tested them and told me if I needed anything else to let him know.

His price was reasonable and his workmanship was awesome. I will use Paul and Access Sewer for any other issues that may come up. I highly recommend!!

My tenants notified me the sewer line was clogged in a very bad shape. I created a sewer line repair project on Yelp, Access Sewer was one of the few company to reach out. Paul is super communicative and informative. Service was requested in the morning and he was able to get there by the afternoon and give us a summary of what's needed to fix quickly. The work was done in 2 days. Paul also provided a post-repair inspection report with video to make sure I'm informed. He understands my situation and work with me on a payment term. I will recommend him and his service for any sewer works.

The very old main sewer line to my septic tank collapsed yesterday. I put it out to bid on yelp late afternoon and Paul messaged me almost immediately. Within a few minutes and a couple texts, he gave me a very reasonable quote and said he'd be here first thing in the morning. Paul showed up exactly when he said he would, laid down a barrier to protect my lawn, and got to digging. By noon, he had dug up 12' of pipe, replaced it along with the old busted cleanout, backfilled everything, replaced my lawn like it never happened. Not sure how he could have done any better? Maybe brought breakfast? 10/10....would recommend!

Paul with Access Sewer is amazing!! He came out Labor Day weekend because we had sewage backing up in our yard. He showed us on his camera what the problem was. Gave us a quote in writing. Replaced a twenty foot section of pipe that was root damaged. And when he finished, we couldn't even tell where the four foot wide trench had been!! Our weed barrier, mulch and gravel at the base of our fence looked immaculate. We will be using Access Sewer in the future!
