Paul came out to help with a very difficult job on an older Roman faucet that had a steady drip. There was no access to it in the house so he went into the crawl space just to discover the access down there was unacceptable due to the HVAC. He was determined to help me and came up with a brilliant way to stop the constant drip without having to cut into the tile or anything!! Contacted Yelp for my need to troubleshoot/replace my water heater at my house in Pioneer and Paul was one of the first to reply among 3 others. Looked up his company review on Yelp and I thought, can't go wrong with this guy. He provided me a quote via text message which was great since it saves time for both of us, the quote was very fair. He came to troubleshoot my water heater situation and we both decided it is best to replace the unit since it is 7 years old. He installed the new unit and hauled away the old one. Very professional and came in 5 minutes before our agreed upon time. I am a fan of this guy and his work I thought was great! Water heater working and I am a happy camper!
