I would not recommend this company if you want your plumbing fixed. If you like seeing a repairman come back 3-4 times to fix what was apparently already ""fixed"" then sure. Do it right the first time and stop wasting my time and money. I still don't have hot water and it's been almost two weeks. Shameful.

Thought this would be a 5 star review. We called our home warranty and they sent these guys out. We had no hot water for 3 days and let's just say that's rough with 3 young kids. Thought it would be a great and easy fix as all the Yelp reviews are great. I just shake my head, as this is so not the case.
Sergio came out and showed up at 4:45 (window of 12-5 ugh). Worked for about 20-25 min and said it works great. ""Should have hot water in 20 min"". He was right, 20 or so minutes later we had hot water. I took a shower, my 14 year old took a shower....great! Woke up today and my husband took a shower, NO HOT WATER. tried to run water for dishes, no hot water.
So now we are stuck at at impass. Sergio claims he fixed it, it worked for an hour give or take. And it's Sunday so it's closed. My young kids do not have hot water again.
To say the least, I am extremely disappointed, esp since all the Yelp reviews told me how great this company was.

Our home warranty company sent out Accent Plumbing for a second opinion. Efrain and Jr. showed up to our house on time. Having recently been burned by the first company the home warranty company sent out, I was a bit on edge and wanted the whole assessment process documented via videotape. They were open to it; however, my anxiety was immediately put at ease.

Efrain was the lead technician and quickly identified the leaking pipe, answered all my questions, and was able to fix the issue in like half an hour. He was professional, competent, and a great communicator. There was no upsell or non-covered items. Both technicians were respectful of our place, kept things tidy, and worked efficiently.

I would happily use Accent Plumbing again in the future. They even helped me to feel a little better about home warranties, which is definitely saying something!

Submitted a service request via American Home Shield, and was assigned to Accent Plumbing. It was late in the day, so I wasn't able to call them until the following morning. Was able to get an appointment the next day, though the rep said he'd try to fit me in the same day if there was a cancellation. There ended up being no cancellation, but it was still appreciated.

Efrain and an apprentice showed up on time the next morning. Fixed the issue quickly and was able to put everything back under the sink before I told him I could do it myself. Still, I appreciated both the quick fix and the willingness to put everything back proactively.

About as smooth as a home warranty service request as one could hope for. Definitely hope future claims are assigned to these guys (though also hoping there won't be a need for many claims!).

American Home Shield sent this company after I asked for a second opinion. Here's the story
I read a lot of reviews on here that people were upset that additional charges were made to replace a water heater. I probably would have felt the same, but the first company that was sent over wanted $1,300 worth of charges for noncovered items. I had already gotten several quotes to replace the water heater, so I knew this was BS

I called around a few more places and did verify that because the code has been upgraded, even though I bought my house just two years ago my old water heater was grandfathered in and additional items like an expansion tank and some other valves were now required.
Still, I knew that $1,300 was ridiculous and they were adding things that we're not necessary, such as a new recirculation pump, when mine was brand new.
So by the time accent Plumbing came, I knew what to expect. They are quote came in $800 less than the other company. For example they said I did not need a drip pan because my water heater was in the garage and if it leaked, it would not ruin the house. I really appreciated this honesty.
So while there was still nearly $500 in uncovered items, I actually think this is what happens when you have to put in a new water heater with the new code.
Sergio and his coworker were courteous and respected social distancing with this coronavirus, and they even came back out when I thought I was smelling gas. In sum, they were very professional and courteous.
As I stated at the beginning, I may have been very upset by the additional charges, but after my diligence, I truly believe this was necessary as part of the new code. And the fact that the quote came in $800 less than the first company shows that the first company where the true scam artists
so if you're making any kind of warranty call from American Home Shield, do your diligence know what to expect if you think you're being taken advantage of.
I do recommend Accent Plumbing and they are an honest company with good service

Sergio and Jr came to our house and get right to the job.It only took them 5 minutes to clear the stoppage we have on our kitchen sink. The previous plumber DRAINCO, did a terrible job and was there to sell us to do the clean out which will cost us around $850.My wife had sleepless night on this issue and it was a good thing that I asked for a second opinion and rightfully, Accent Plumbing did an excellent job!!!

These people got sent by American Home Shield to replace my water heater. Since apparently AHS pays them very little, they try to recoup the loss by gouging the customer with made up ""non covered items"" at ridiculously inflated prices, totaling over $600 in my case - for something that is supposed to be covered under AHS's home warranty plan I pay for! They even tried to charge for a recirculating pump that I already had in perfect working condition, which is completely dishonest. They're total crooks and I will report them to the BBB.
The good reviews here have to be mostly fake. Shame on them.

I just had Accent here to clean my main line. I have to do this a few times a year because of roots. I first had some kind of new owner insurance but that was 20 yrs ago and I no longer have that insurance and I've called Efraim and Luis and Sergio a hundred times over the 20 years and they've never let me down. They're the co. that moved my main line to a different and easier location to get to. They've always showed up within the time frame given and I call the office to get an idea of the actual likely arrival.

I had a leaky flexible hose in my kitchen sink. American Home-shield sent a plumber from V n son, he tried to assess the problem but in the middle of his diagnostic, he said he cannot do the work when someone is watching n left. Then I was sent Efraim from Accent plumbing, he diagnosed the issues n fixed it in no time. Changed the flexible hose as well as strainer basket which was second issue I had. I am glad he didn't mind me looking while he did his work!! Efraim was very professional, he knew what he was doing and completed his work. I m glad AHS uses accent plumbing. If I need any plumbing work thru AHS, I will definitely ask for them and request Efraim.

On the first visit by Accent Plumbing sent by American Home Shield, the plumber, Jr, did not turn off the main water line before starting the inspection. Water went everywhere and he didn't even know where the main shut off was. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A CATASTROPHE WITH WATER LEAKING BEHIND THE WALLS. BEWARE. Then he sent me this text when my part was ready. See photo. I have 24 hours to book an appointment after my part arrives or I lose the service charge AHS collected for Accent Plumbing? Unreasonable.
