Accent Plumbing came to my house to install a garbage disposal. The replacement was to be with the same or like type of disposal. They came with the smallest (tiniest) garbage disposal that I've ever seen. I priced it (it cost $40). The one to be replaced was an Insinkerator. I asked for a bigger disposal, they left (6/17/22) and never returned. They are now refusing to service my request.

Home warranty Co. sent the plumber to fix our leaking sink. Efrain was the gentleman that came to our house, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the sink quickly and there were no issues. If we need plumbing services again we'll definitely call Accent plumbing.

I may change this review if / when they complete the job. For now it's frustration to the hilt
AHS - They were 2nd plumbing co because 1st one sent did not/ could not show up.
They showed up on Friday for 2 issues. Bathtub overflow stopper, and flusher.
Technician said my tank needed replacement and soonest he could get part was Wednesday!
I which I can go to Home Depot for $150.
To date they have not submitted their request & evaluation to AHS!

Got a few estimates from various places on Yelp and they were very high. I had used Accent a while back and remembered Accent has an hourly charge so called them. They did the repair in 30 mins and charged 1 hour minimum - which was still less than the on line quotes. Since he was here and I paid for the hour I showed Sergio a few other issues and he was very helpful with advice. Great experience. Will definitely use again.

I was nervous after reading all the reviews, AHS is my home warranty insurance. I'm so happy with the service provided by Sergio!! He was reliable, kind, patient and so detailed! He left my house to go buy the part for my sink! I appreciate it him for that. He left my sink clean and in order, garbage disposal back in working conditions! Thanks Sergio.

Worst and most stressful experience I have ever gone though. 13 days without a water heater and still waiting.
I am unable to reach anybody at American Home Shield at any of the 20 different numbers provided and Accent Plumbing doesn't care.

Accent Plumbing is still waiting for heater shipment to arrive since 6/7/2021 and in the meantime it's 95 degrees and I have had no water for 13 days.

i have received two letters in the mail stating out of pocket expenses with no explanation of why. Accent Plumbing claims they need access to a neighbors unit to do work that will cost me more money and will not install new heater unless I remove washer dryer prior. I could not find anyone to help within a two week period and Accent being a plumbing company refused a separate payment to help me remove small stack washer and dryer which doesn't need to be removed to install a new water heater.

in addition, water heater leaked to the downstairs unit and insurance liability claim cannot start work on those repairs until Accent Plumbing removes the leaking water heater from my unit.

I called my plumber who came by to take a look and can do the job without accessing a neighbors unit or removing the washer/dryer.

AHS and Accent Plumbing are scammers and have the worst customer service. Please be careful,

I would not recommend this company if you want your plumbing fixed. If you like seeing a repairman come back 3-4 times to fix what was apparently already ""fixed"" then sure. Do it right the first time and stop wasting my time and money. I still don't have hot water and it's been almost two weeks. Shameful.

Thought this would be a 5 star review. We called our home warranty and they sent these guys out. We had no hot water for 3 days and let's just say that's rough with 3 young kids. Thought it would be a great and easy fix as all the Yelp reviews are great. I just shake my head, as this is so not the case.
Sergio came out and showed up at 4:45 (window of 12-5 ugh). Worked for about 20-25 min and said it works great. ""Should have hot water in 20 min"". He was right, 20 or so minutes later we had hot water. I took a shower, my 14 year old took a shower....great! Woke up today and my husband took a shower, NO HOT WATER. tried to run water for dishes, no hot water.
So now we are stuck at at impass. Sergio claims he fixed it, it worked for an hour give or take. And it's Sunday so it's closed. My young kids do not have hot water again.
To say the least, I am extremely disappointed, esp since all the Yelp reviews told me how great this company was.

Our home warranty company sent out Accent Plumbing for a second opinion. Efrain and Jr. showed up to our house on time. Having recently been burned by the first company the home warranty company sent out, I was a bit on edge and wanted the whole assessment process documented via videotape. They were open to it; however, my anxiety was immediately put at ease.

Efrain was the lead technician and quickly identified the leaking pipe, answered all my questions, and was able to fix the issue in like half an hour. He was professional, competent, and a great communicator. There was no upsell or non-covered items. Both technicians were respectful of our place, kept things tidy, and worked efficiently.

I would happily use Accent Plumbing again in the future. They even helped me to feel a little better about home warranties, which is definitely saying something!

Submitted a service request via American Home Shield, and was assigned to Accent Plumbing. It was late in the day, so I wasn't able to call them until the following morning. Was able to get an appointment the next day, though the rep said he'd try to fit me in the same day if there was a cancellation. There ended up being no cancellation, but it was still appreciated.

Efrain and an apprentice showed up on time the next morning. Fixed the issue quickly and was able to put everything back under the sink before I told him I could do it myself. Still, I appreciated both the quick fix and the willingness to put everything back proactively.

About as smooth as a home warranty service request as one could hope for. Definitely hope future claims are assigned to these guys (though also hoping there won't be a need for many claims!).
