We were referred here by a good friend. Unfortunately they were supposed to be here at 1pm. Didnt call or show till 2:30pm. A call would have been nice, but there was nothing. I went and got pizza because we had been waiting for awhile and were hungry. Coming back I couldnt park in my own driveway or on the side of my house and asked them if they could just back up a little so i could park. The way the neighborhood is shaped I couldnt park anywhere else. The comment that one of the guys made was uncalled for. If its such a hassel that they dont wanna be there or do the job we could have gone through someone else.


They were fast to tell us whats wrong and which parts to get so they could fix what we needed. We had to reschedule for them to come back because we didnt have everything they needed. They were very knowledgable about everything.

Although they did an okay job, I cant recommed them and I dont think we would be using them again. They left us with a leaking shower that wasnt leaking before. We called and the guy sounded inconveniced that we had a drip. He asked us if we wanted him to cancel his other appointments to fix the drip. We said no because we didnt want to take away from someone else who was waiting. He said he would try to fit us in the morning around 8am but he had other appointments. The morning came but he didnt and neither did a call. Finally showed up at 4pm. 2 days wasted sitting and waiting around wondering when they were gonna come. Time managment seems to be very poor along with communication.

They didnt spend a whole hour which we paid for the first time and you would think if their work wasnt right they would not have a problem coming back and fixing it or checking before they leave. A customer shouldnt have to make a choice whether they cancel someone elses appointment or not. Putting that on us wasnt right. They should allow enough time to get the work done or if something were to go wrong to fix it. Also if your gonna be 1 hour and 30 minutes over an appointment time at least call.

I called Accent plumbing after we got an astronomical quote from George Brazil and had another plumber bail on us. They were able to come same day and we had quick, professional, and affordable service. Highly recommend!!

These guys are THE BEST!! I had an amazing experience with them. My husband and I had two other plumbers come to the house and they couldn't fix our issue and was trying to charge so much. Accent plumbers came in and took care of us, found the issue and within 2 days they had everything back up and running perfectly. Tim was the plumber that came over, super friendly and knowledgeable guy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Dan Cifelli arrived right on time this morning to repair a leak in my kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the excavation that needed to be done to reach the drain pipe in the wall, and when finished later in the day, explained what he did to fix the problem plus further work that might be needed. As another recent reviewer stated, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and I had no hesitation in trusting him to rip open a hole in the kitchen wall to fix the leak. I will definitely use A-Accent again and will happily recommend them to others!

They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldn't get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. I'm an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didn't charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

I had three sinks back up in my kitchen and garage. Called and got it taken care of the next morning. Plumber Jim was highly experienced and knowledgeable and personable, too. He fixed the issue is less than an hour and I couldn't be happier.

We have used Steve many times over the years. Just recently we had a water heater go out. I called Steve late one even and Steve was out the next day. He replaced the water heater. It was an easy process. His prices are very competitive and his services is second to none.

It was obviously apparent that Steve is experienced and a true professional. He went the extra mile to do work that insured a quality installation. I found A-accent through a referral to do a quick hot water tank issue. They called me right away, came over right away to evaluate my problem. They ended up installing a Mac Daddy tankless system for me which required running a new gas line, installing a condensation line, a much bigger project than any of us anticipated. They had at least 5 guys in and out working to get it done. They were all polite, professional, kept me informed of progress and issues as they came up. The owner also solved my water pressure problem without charging me and unclogged my garbage disposal. I highly recommend them for emergency problems and I'm sure they would be great for routine maintenance also. Thanks guys!

I needed a new toilet at my retail shop. After seeing that the original toilet from 1952 would not stop leaking and my water bill got up to $78 (usually 15) I bought a new toilet. I called some guys on craigs list and then I called Accent plumbing who I used 4 years ago to install a new TOTO toilet in our home. They also replumbed all the old cast iron pipes to copper in my house back in 2001.
I read the bad review but though what the heck...they always did me well so I will give them a call
. So long story short they took out the old toilet and perfectly reseated the new Kohler toilet and the whole thing was done in less that 2 hours and they were right in line dollar wise with the quote a gotten from some guys on Craigs list.(who I was not sure about)

I also learned that the two bad reviews they got were from an employee who is no longer there. So I waited 5 weeks since they did the install of the new toilet to write the review and all is well and perfect. The plumber who worked on my job was named Shannon.(Irish ) He is older and experienced.
I think that if you talk to people straight and tell them what you expect of them...then they will deliver as you requested. They did a great job. Plain and simple.
