I called because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. They were able to get me scheduled for service the next day. The service guy showed up on time and was very pleasant. He fixed all my problems in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price. I received a follow up call from Jim the same afternoon. I will absolutely call them again for all my plumbing issues. Highly recommended!

Fast, efficient and reliable. I have worked with other plumbing companies who I feel overcharge and don't actually fix problem. I have now had Chris send his crew out to fix problems that were not fixed by other plumbers as well as new problems. I have always felt the work is great and appropriately charged. I also feel safe giving access to my house with no one home. Hard to find good companies and this is one of them! Highly recommended

A-Accent Plumbing is a very impressive company. I asked them to install a Tankless Water Heater as well as a PCV and attend to a clogged faucet. In all cases the crew they sent out represented the company well, performed the job efficiently and left the job site immaculate. If you want it done right with excellent customer service after the job is done, I have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing needs

Our drains slowed. I attemped to remove the PVC trap under our sink and the old glavanized pipe behind crumbled into my hand. We have a home warranty, but they denied coverage since I was the one who ""broke"" the pipe. The company they sent out quoted me a price to fix the problem, which didn't include the repairs needed for paint, drywall and reinstalling a bathroom vanity. I decided to get a 2nd opinion.

I called Accent and they came out same to day to assess and give me an estimate. The estimate was about 1/2 what the other vendor quoted. I gave them the job.

The next morning, Jim was at my house and started work. He worked diligently the whole morning and completed the job in 2 hours less than estimated, which ended up saving me even more money. Additionally, he was able to do the work without having to cause and damage to the walls outside of the sink cabinets/vanities, so I have no additional repair work to do!

This was all around a great experience, especially having just come off a terrible one with my home warranty and their vendor. Jim at Accent will definitely be my go-to from now on.

Called Accent because they were close to my house at 32nd St and Camelback. I had an issue that my main water line to sewer was blocked- causing back up into my 2 bathrooms. Plumber fixed the issue with 2 toilets not flowing and it was fixed short term. 1 day later the issue has reappeared- so primary issue was not fixed- I have attempted to call them back to see if they will honor the fact I paid them $360 and core issue not addressed ( primary clog in main line that was not properly fixed) Thus far they have not returned my calls. To be clear- they did fix the immediate issue - but primary cause of my problem was not properly addressed. 03-18-19

We've used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We're always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we're grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again!

Amazing customer service!!! Steve spent time with me on the phone and answered all my questions and kept me performed on what was possible wrong with our faucets. We have been using A-Accent plumbing for years, and with a 70-year-old house, we see them at least once a year. It is very easy to get an appointment, and they always call when they are on their way. They are a family run business and they actually mentor trainees. This company has done some huge jobs at our house (replacing a portion of the main drain due to tree roots) and lots of minor jobs. They are true professionals.
