Had a leaky faucet/pipe in my bathroom. Called another plumber, their estimate was $900 because it would be a 4 hour job. On top of that, they wouldn't be able to fix the leak till the next day. The next day came, but the plumber did not.

Today I called Acadian at 8 AM. I was a bit worried because they charge for their estimate. 10 AM rolls around, the leak is fixed (they even had to drive to get a part), they cleaned up their work, most importantly the total bill was only $240.

I hate dealing with tradesmen because I know nothing about plumbing etc. but with these guys the whole process was quick and painless.

Eric and his team are fabulous from calling the office for a service request (Tina is awesome) to having the guys in our home taking care of a list of tasks. Tina and Eric were very responsive, super polite, and in great to deal with. I had a PEX water line leaking at a fitting and it could have required Sheetrock demo to make the repair. Eric and his helper were able to make the repair without having to remove Sheetrock. I highly recommend Acadian!

I recently bought a house and during the inspection period, roots were found in my drain pipe. I made an appointment with Acadian Plumbing, and they were here two days later and fixed the issue within an hour. It was easy, affordable, and they gave me advice on how to keep the roots out. Highly recommended.

Acadian's crew showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools. They were masked as is necessary these days and the work was done quickly. They cleaned up before leaving.
I have called them twice for different work and have been satisfied both times with good work quickly done and at a fair price.

I called these folks and they wanted $125 to come and do an estimate. I'm trying to get a couple of bids for a job and that seems like a lot to me. I might've said yes to $50. The $125 is credited if they do the work but if not, you're out the $.

Yes, you're going to go write a bid and not get the work sometimes (I know I've been in this kind of business) but that's part of the deal.

We had our washing machine start to back up and leak water everywhere due to a blockage in our piping. I called Acadian and they were able to send someone out that day! We thought we wouldn't be able to wash clothes for at least a week! The guys came out and were awesome and professional as always. They took care of the problem and the pricing was very reasonable. Taz and Nathan came out and they are very honest, professional and trustworthy and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Glad we have a great reliable company we will use from here on out! We've used them before and have been impressed every time. Definitely worth giving them a try.

We live in Metairie and after calling a few plumbers Acadien responded quickly. We got service the same day. Our problem involved a leaky toilet bowl. The diagnosis was quick and the price was normal for this region. The parts needed were immediately available, a lot of professional knowledge displayed and courteous service throughout. Very professional staff from scheduling the appointment to the day of the service call. Fast and efficient in fixing my toilet. Costs were reasonable and tech was transparent with price as he asked permission to move forward with additional work. Service tech adhered to covid precautions and cleaned up work area.
