Acadian's crew showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools. They were masked as is necessary these days and the work was done quickly. They cleaned up before leaving.
I have called them twice for different work and have been satisfied both times with good work quickly done and at a fair price.

I purchased a bidet toilet seat from Amazon, and did a self install and noticed a leak. It was pretty late, so I turned off the water to the toilet and waited until the next morning to call Acadian.

The lady who answered the phone was really friendly, and said she could have someone come out between 9 AM and noon that day.

I was really surprised they could make it the same day.

Woody gave me a call at around 8:20 and was at my home 20 minutes later, masked up and ready to go.

The toilet was leaking because the original threading was old on the inside of the toilet tank, so he replaced that, and now I don't have to hold down the toilet flusher the entire time the toilet flushes.

I highly recommend Acadian. They were fast and efficient!

I reached out to Acadian Plumbing after finding them on Yelp and they were wonderful! I spoke with the receptionist about my problem and offered to send her some photos of my issue. She quickly passed them along to the owner who called me back in less than 20 minutes. We discussed the issue and arranged for someone to come out - they guys who came were very polite, did great work, cleaned up everything and my total bill was about half of what someone else had quoted me. Hope I do not need to use them again for anything else too soon but definitely will for my next plumbing need!

Had a leaky faucet/pipe in my bathroom. Called another plumber, their estimate was $900 because it would be a 4 hour job. On top of that, they wouldn't be able to fix the leak till the next day. The next day came, but the plumber did not.

Today I called Acadian at 8 AM. I was a bit worried because they charge for their estimate. 10 AM rolls around, the leak is fixed (they even had to drive to get a part), they cleaned up their work, most importantly the total bill was only $240.

I hate dealing with tradesmen because I know nothing about plumbing etc. but with these guys the whole process was quick and painless.

I recently bought a house and during the inspection period, roots were found in my drain pipe. I made an appointment with Acadian Plumbing, and they were here two days later and fixed the issue within an hour. It was easy, affordable, and they gave me advice on how to keep the roots out. Highly recommended.

They were amazing. Excellent work, quick service and at a bargain price. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Had the parts needed in the truck already so no extra time needed to order parts. He finished putting on the new clawfoot faucet in less than 30 minutes. So I asked if he could look at a couple other issues around the house. He was very accommodating and took care of 2 other small issues. Even had the part in the truck for that one too. Definitely recommend.

Acadian Plumbing came to my house to install some faucets and shower heads on February 8 & 9.
The plumber cut an entry passage in the sheetrock to gain access to the shower valve in the master bath, he told me after finishing the valve, that he should have made that cut.
Same guy while changing the faucet in the tub, destroyed all the trim woodwork around the access panel. I had to discover this on my own, he did not tell me anything about it. When I asked him what he was going to do about it, he called his boss, the owner.
The owner came to my house, looked at the tub panel and agreed that the plumber should have stopped when he started having trouble getting the trim off.
The owner, standing in my living room, looked me in the eye and told me that he would fabricate new wood trim and install it. Not a word since...I can only assume that he lied to me and never had any intention of honoring his words.
Now, one of the sink drains they installed has a slow leak, but I have no intention of calling them ever again. I have zero trust in them.

Had a pipe break in the ceiling in our kitchen. Acadian came out within just a couple of hours and fixed the broken pipe. Very professional people. Highly recommend their services.
