Gerardo came to our house because of a complaint that our coil was dirty from an inspector. Of course it was not true but I was impressed by his knowledge of air-conditioning systems and he knew exactly what to do.

AC went out on Sunday and these were the first guys able to come out. Armando was amazing, he diagnosed, and educated me and talked me through my options. They didn't tell me there was a 75 dollar charge before coming out to diagnose, so minus 1 star for that but honestly was happy to pay it because of the tech being so helpful during this super stressful time.

Found AC doctors on Yelp last summer when my AC unit stopped working at our Tempe house. They were actually a second opinion because the first AC company came out and told me I needed an $800 part to fix it. Something just didn't seem right so I called AC Doctors for a second opinion. They came out that same day and got my AC working while they were there. Apparently I didn't need an $800 part and the condenser had just froze up. How do ya like that. Thank goodness I called them. They will be my first call from now on for any AC work on any of our houses. Would definitely recommend.

Called to have AC looked at for one zone being hot while the other two were working fine. The first tech that came out insisted that our ventilation was built incorrect and our house was ten years old. Second AC tech along with the first came back and still insisted the ventilation was wrong and needed to be built correctly. When discussing the issue the techs went outside and immediately came back in to double check the damper valve that the first tech on the first visit said was working fine. After a few minutes in the crawl space the two tech came down and said the motor was bad. At this time all credibility was gone. Quote was given to shotgun out the motor with no proof bad or good. In my opinion either the two techs had no clue what they are doing or trying to scam us on the repair. I would not recommend this company because they cannot be trusted

I was very happy with my technician Anthony Esposito today doing a routine maintenance service job for me. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me and show me pictures. He performed the work quickly and replaced the parts I was most in need of and didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off or having any unnecessary work done. He was honest and transparent about the condition of my unit and let me know what to be aware of in the future. I would recommend Anthony and I will request him to be the technician to come back to do yearly inspections on my unit. Thanks so much!

I interviewed four A/C contractors.
One seemed too busy to negotiate, the second missed their appointment, the third gave me a bid WAY TOO HIGH, and when I told the salesman, he said that was the wrong price and he would send another bid. What he did to lower the bid (in small print) was to lower the tonnage on the unit. if you want your air conditioner to work appropriately you measure the tonnage by the square feet in your house, not your budget.
this group gave a fair bid, Negotiated options, showed up when promised, and cleaned up when they were finished. So at the kick off, we are very happy. I can't give you a report on service, till I need it. But thus far they've got two thumbs up in my book.

My compressor on my AC unit blew out. There was a lot of recommendations from people on my neighborhood for AC doctors. For it being the weekend, AC doctors sent someone to diagnose the problem real quick. As soon as they knew what the problem was, they were already scheduling a work crew to come out and fix the problems. Pablo and Jesus came a couple days later with the part and fixed our AC system. Both guys were prompt, friendly and very understanding. AC blows cold again. When there is a next time. I will use these guys. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I called on a Friday after being out of town 10 days to a OLD broken AC that was on its last breaths. My house was 95 degrees and I had to get the situation under control. Ian came right out first thing in the morning before anyone else was able to. He presented to me with a fair set up, a workable finance plan, with a unit and parts that were immediately accessible, and had my house up and running with a new unit the next day. AC Docs installation techs (two great brothers) Luna and David were prompt, professional, and made sure everything was in proper working order when the job was complete. They never skipped a beat! Thank you AC Doctors, for relieving a HUGE head ache I've had for years! Highly recommend, thank you again!

My A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the year so far. Scott Rose from A/C Doctors showed up two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment after calling to verify that I was at home. He is polite, professional and fast. He had my A/C back up and running in just a few minutes. I highly recommend their service.

I had been having AC issues since we had moved into our house. Trying to get a maintenance guy from the company we go through was insanely difficult as they did not make it a priority (we live in AZ so the heat gets bad and we have a pet). As soon as I heard from AC Doctors, they had someone out there within a couple hours. Ian Biddle was FANTASTIC! I was out of town so Ian was met by my mom. He kept her super informed the entirety of the appointment and was able to fix the issue no problem. He had helped to fix a couple issues from the previous guy and let me tell you, he did it in a timely manner as well! I was extremely happy to know my AC was going to be fixed as we came in town that night. Grateful for the amazing work by Ian!
