Our heater stopped working, temp is currently about 37 degrees at night. AC doctors send out a team of Tony and John. The found multiple issues and explained what needed to be done. Parts were ordered and work was taken care of the very next day. Heater is working perfectly!

Just had a new unit installed by Hermen and Edgar they were professional and had my unit installed in no time, I have nothing but good things to say about AC Doctors they have always provided top notch service, I would recommend them to anyone.

I hired them in May, 2022 based on all the great reviews, but I would give them negative stars if I could. I specifically wanted my fan motor replaced and I told the lady on the phone that the fan motor was screeching. The tech came to my house and did nothing, but of course, collected his service fee. He also told me the following collection of idiot utterings and lies:
1.) ""The fan motor was not replaceable"", (A lie; Many youtube videos show how easily it can be done. The hard part is sourcing and ordering the correct fan motor.
2.) ""If I press down hard on the frame it did not make as much noise."" No mention of a vibration isolators, or stabilizers for the frame. (What???)
3.) ""The units are old."" (wtf, I know exactly how old my units are, I don't need to pay people to come to my house and tell me they are old.)
4.) ""You need a whole new system."" Mind you, this system has no leaks and is still pushing out cold air.

This essentially was a hard core sales pitch that I had to listen to and then essentially pay for. I DO NOT recommend this company. I am angry with companies who send techs out with the expectation of a service and no service is given. I am not happy that he did nothing but waste my time and money.

Todd with AC Doctors was out to my hous to do a preventative maintenace check of my HVAC unit. He found some issues with both my AC and Heater and showed me proof with pictures or by bringing the part to me from my unit.

Besides his honesty he was professional and I would recommend Todd and the AC Doctors to others!

My AC unit at my rental apartment broke, and stopped cooling my place. I contacted my property management company and they sent out a tech to look at the unit and recommend whatever repairs were needed.
After the repair was approved, I was informed that I would be getting an entirely new unit.
The guys that showed up were very efficient and professional. They removed the broken AC unit, and installed the new one without any issues at all. I work from home, and had no issue with noise or disruptions to my work day, while they installed my new AC unit.
Thanks in particular to Logan, Jr. and Xavier. Thank you guys for your professionalism and efficiency.

While they were prompt and able to come out the same day to fix our A/C, I am VERY upset with the amount charged. They claim a service fee of $75 which is waived if you have them do the repair.

I should have given them the $75 and replaced the $15 dollar capacitor myself because they charged me $388 to replace it and that price is after waiving the service call charge. SO, the service charge ended up being OVER $370...... for less than 30 minutes.

How do they justify this? I will never use them again and recommend that you don't either. What a rip off.

Gerardo came to our house because of a complaint that our coil was dirty from an inspector. Of course it was not true but I was impressed by his knowledge of air-conditioning systems and he knew exactly what to do.
