Needed a plumber for slow drains and fixture replacement. Called ABT, they had a plumber to me within 2 hours. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price was standard, but the timely response and having same day service was wonderful. Would recommend.

Mr. Robert personally came out and did the inspection prior to the repair. He also made sure to come out and inspect the work of his employee. Mr. Robert also worked with me on the cost of the repair- which as a teacher, I appreciated greatly! I would use ABT Plumbing and Rooter again!

Had a major clog with a backup in the main line under the house. Called ABT on a Friday afternoon, and someone came out in less than an hour and snaked the main line, with excellent results. Charged a very reasonable $195 for main line snake. Excellent service, very polite plumber, and most importantly, fixed the problem with minimal hassle. Great job!!

Tonight our water heater valve shot off and flooded the garage. We called Robert at ABT plumbing and he was here within 30 minutes. He was professional and was able to assess the problem. Gave us his best feedback. No charge for the service call (8pm) and will be back first thing in the morning to replace our water heater. He was very respectful and courteous. Highly recommended this company!!

Same day service they were able to come out within the hour and fixed my problem completely, quickly and professionally and even cleaned up after himself when he was done! Highly recommend them!! Price was fair and I'm very happy that my sink drains now!!

Called ABT to snake our main line after calling another company that could not come until the following day. Spoke with Robert who said he could be here in 30-60 minutes. He showed up 35 minutes later and spent nearly an hour doing the job right. Very professional, and spent an extra 15 minutes taking time to get the roots out of our sewer line. Four stars because he was a bit pricier than I expected, but the work is guaranteed for 90 days and the drains are running again. Nice job!

I had high hopes... but then he arrived 35 mins late, didn't apologize or bring it up and quoted me an obscene amount for something seemingly very simple. Very disappointed and now I understand the other reviews.

Found him on Craigslist. At least the useless estimate was free.

He quoted me with a straight face ~$1,200 to put in a water line to a fridge, when the sink is only 5 feet away!

Where do I begin? If you would like to be ripped off and then told you should be thankful they didn't rip you off more, by all means call ABT. They will do the job, not communicate with you and then charge you a ridiculous amount of money to fix their own lack of experience and then when you try to confront them about it they tell you to be thankful they didn't rip you off in a more expensive way.

One of their plumbers showed up, and spent half the time on the phone with their boss asking him what/how to do the job. He managed to break the snake in my drain in the process and did not know how to fix that problem. He told me that the pipe was broken and his manager was going to be coming in about a half hour to continue the job.

When the manager showed up, he had to remove the broken snake before he could fix the clog in my drain.
After he removed the broken snake, he used another snake to remove the clog (a sock that had gone down the drain). All in all it was about an hour to an hour and a half of work. There were no special tools used, just a traditional plumbers snake.

At the end of the day he charged $495 to do the job. $500 to remove a soft object from a drain with a plumbers snake? Are you kidding me?

When I confronted him about the charge he told me that I should be thankful that he didnt try to convince me to remove the pipes and go a more expensive route. He said other plumbers would have ripped me off and I should be thankful he chose to do the ""cheaper"" route. I asked what he charges for unclogging drains. He said it's usually $140 but because this was a foreign object it was $495. A $350 difference to remove something the exact same way as if it were some hair. This is egregious, especially since the first plumber they sent was not competent and had to have his boss come and fix the problem.

I have since contacted other plumbers and was told that they would have only charged their normal rate to unclog drains ($100-$150 range) There would not be an ""upcharge"" for removing a foreign object.

I am not thankful that I was ripped off for only $350 instead of $3000. I'm not happy that ABT ripped me off at all. This is bad business and poor customer service.

They used to be awesome I stayed loyal for 2 years guess that's when they didn't take me for a sucker as if 3/31/17 all the prices doubled for the basic shit clean out drains! $250? Like I am gonna stand over and supervise even though they are all 20 minutes jobs. They got rid of their honest employees I assume! Onto the next their loss!

Robert at ABT plumbing is very accommodating and they have fixed many emergencies at my house. I always call them because they are super fast to respond and very knowledgeable. I have been using them for the last eight years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Plus their charges are very reasonable.
