Problem and he explained what needed to be done and he started and continued telling me what he was doing and what steps would take place along the way. The job was completed and I would recommend this company to others.

Our first experienced with ABT was a leak at the main water shut off valve outside the house. First technician came out and tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary plumbing at a ridiculous price. All I needed was a brass shut off valve replaced. Instead, he installed PVC, plastic and plastic shut off valve which were all exposed to the sunlight instead of reinstalling copper as before. (Gee, what do you think the sun is going to do to the plastic over time) He used way too much PVC cement and it plugged up all of the faucets and the shower faucet. I called the next day and another technician named Paul came out and removed all the plastic that was previously installed and repaired it correctly. He had to replace the main bath shower valve due to full of blue PVC glue. Thought I'd give ABT another chance. Needed a simple 50- amp oven breaker replaced in my main panel. No diagnosing needed. Simple cut & dry. They sent the same yo-yo out that made a mess out of my plumbing to do the installation. (I guess now he's an electrician) Started off again with a sales pitch with the platinum repair costing $699. No explanation for that cost. Told him ""no way in hell."" Next quote was $388 with no guarantee. Again, I said ""no way in hell."" I knew for them to show up was $75 service charge. I had no problem with that. Told him this was a 10 -minute job and I'm not paying $388 for a 10- minute job and that I'd do it myself. Told him I thought a $150 was a fair price and he could take it or leave it. (He took it) This place ABT is such a scam and rip off and have some unqualified people employed with them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I highly recommend ABT. I had them install a toilet that required bringing the old one down two flights of stairs, and the new one up the same stairs. Great job and very professional and friendly.

I also had a broken pipe in my new place repaired.
I will always use them for my plumbing and other needs. After inspecting my heating and cooling system. After explaining the current issues and showing me pictures of my condenser, I will have them install a new air conditioner.
ABT backs their work and are honest.
Robert is the best! I will always recommend him and ask for him to do a job.

I'd suggest you take your heating & air problems somewhere else. Our HVAC system went out last Saturday & we had one of their technicians come out for an inspection on Monday. Not only were we told that our HVAC unit was beyond repair but that it was also a safety concern. We were fed so much false information & were told that we needed a new unit. They tried to come out to our house later that day with a manager to quote us on a new system which would be in this ""high teens"". We have been without heat since Saturday & our home got into the low 40's today all because we were told that there was not a way to fix our unit, parts wouldn't be available & that they don't work on systems if they are too old. Well today we got a second opinion & all that was done was cleaning off & sanding some parts. Guess who has heat now! We have not had any heat for 5 days because this company had us thinking that we wouldn't be able to afford or finance a new system anytime soon. They do not care about their customers well being only $$$. Their technician said over & over again that he wasn't a sales man but then used nothing but scare tactics on us & wasted our time & money when it was less than a 5 minute fix. There's a reason why heating & air is at the end of their name. I would not recommend this company & am solely posting this so others don't get taken advantage of.

Worst company out there, up sold me the most expensive hot water heater they had ""way too big for my house"" over charged in labor, the venting looked like crap. Had to remove due to being such an inefficient eye sore. Then to top it off didn't honor warranty! Steer clear you've been warned.

It has been eight days and still no response from the manager of the company or the owner who I messaged privately. I am now going to go to American Express and dispute the charges. Something was plugged on our furnace we live on 5 acres and we have locked gates from the time he showed up to the time he left was 37 minutes the bill was $357. Nothing has been written they said they sent me and they went to spam but I checked my spam there was nothing the whole thing is a complete deception they say people will call they say that person's new didn't know what they were saying oh they'll have the manager call nobody has called. I really do wonder if the owner of this company has any idea how his employees are running this business because it is very very unprofessional. I would think 100 times before I ever called his company out.

Arrived 2.5 hours late.
Offered to replace my entire shower plumbing for over $1000 when all I needed was a new shower arm.
Offered to replace my toilet for over $500 when all I needed was a new fill valve ($10 item).
Absolutely ridiculous. I felt like I was on candid camera.

To be perfectly fair, the guy who came out is really friendly.

If you have an electrical issue, Shelby is awesome and is a true expert in the trade. ABT was able to fit me in the same day I called, and Shelby was able to diagnise and fix my issue on the spot. Shelby taught me a thing or two about replacing my bathroom electrical, which was appreciated. I'd recommend ABT for any electrical problems or needs.

Just want to give an update. A local HVAC company will install new motor for me. I am not going to name the company because when I told them what ABT did to me they said they were not surprised at all. He said they have a reputation of sneaky underhanded business practices especially telling people they need whole new systems rather than just fixing the simple problems. Please stay away from them!!!!!
