I began my journey in the construction field at a young age. When I was around five, my father, who was a building contractor, started bringing me along to job sites. With time, he gave me more duties and responsibilities. I began as a go-for and progressed to leading crews by the time I turned 18. You could say that construction and service run in my veins.

WE had a ""leak"" from our HVAC unit in our home a while back and ABT plumbing came to the rescue. (My husband was just about to rip out the wall). It was a simple fix and our wall stayed intact. They were professional and timely and the ""scary"" repair bill ( we all know the anxiety that comes before you make the call) was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you ABT!!!

Last Saturday evening our home's air conditioning went out. The compressor would come on but the compressor fan would not. I called every place I could find that operated on Sunday and ended up getting a response from ABT. The technician arrived a couple hours later than originally anticipated but he kept me informed of delays (which I appreciated). The real issue arose when he started troubleshooting the unit. Some of his .. ""discoveries"".. in determining what was going on had me suspicious. After about 20 minutes of him, I'm guessing taking voltage and other meter readings, he informed me that my fan motor was shorting to its casing. I'm not trained in HVAC technician but I am a trained electrician and the fact that neither the unit circuit breaker, fuse, or service panel breaker was tripping had me wondering how he arrived at a short being the problem. Once he made the determination though he set about producing a quote for me. He came up with $995. When I asked how replacing a fan motor costs almost a grand he told me that he also recommends changing the contactor - because it was clattering, the start capacitor - because its old, the motor - because its the underlying issue, and the fan blades - because they're rusted. I asked to see the line item breakdown of the quote and he told me that their services are flat rate and showed me the package deal in his company's hand book (that conveniently had sections (i think) for everything he said needs replacing. I say ""I think"" because the description of work was difficult to understand. The description used terms like ""exhaust rejuvenation, some other rejuvenation, and yet 'another rejuvenation still. This blew my mind. What the hell is a rejuvenation? If you mean ""replace a fan motor"", say ""replace fan motor""! I told the technician that for $1,000 I'll be getting a second opinion. The second company came out today. The problem was a bad run capacitor. The contactor, fan motor, and fan blades were perfectly serviceable. $175 and my house is cool once more. I will not be calling ABT again.

My hot water heater went out and they made sure I had a replacement installed on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. They also worked with my home warranty company to make sure I would get reimbursed later. Above and beyond to get us taken care of.

Saved my bacon!! They were able to respond and replace my leaking water heater in the same day!!! Matt was prompt, polite and worked in a very organized manner!!! Thank you Matt.

Thank you ABT Plumbing! I was stuck in a heat wave with no water to the house. There were unwashed dishes, hampers full of dirty clothes, no showers and loaded up toilets, (which was the worst), and did I mention we were in a heat wave? I called many plumbers that were either not available on weekends or were already booked up. I called ABT and Paul responded immediately which was a surprise because is was the weekend. When he came out he discovered that the piping under my house was not only broken but it was not up to code. He repaired the mess, bringing it to code and we were able to get water again. I would recommend this company. I was so happy with the results and the professionalism that I am having them come out to look at my air conditioner and other plumbing needs for the future. Thank you Paul and ABT for being available on weekends and having fair rates. I would recommend this company to others.

Thank you to ABT for coming out and connecting my additional leach line for my septic system. ABT came out and looked at what they needed and then cab=me back out within 30 min to connect the leach line before the rains came. The county came out inspected and said great job.

Thanks Paul for coming out and fixing my faucets. Great job and great service.

Prompt and courteous service. Needed a water heater installed and heard back from them the same day. Came out in the rain with a free estimate. Far better experience than with the Big Box. Although the estimate wasn't in our budget, we will keep them on the short list for future jobs.

ABT was available with one phone call to the dispatcher. The service tech called me back and coordinated to meet me after work. Brandon was professional and put down plastic sheeting to keep my carpet clean when he snaked our drain line. He was on-time and polite. He then educated me on the use of enzymes to help our aging drain metal drain lines and protect our septic system. Brandon asked me to run the washing machine and stayed around to confirm the line was clear. I highly recommend ABT!

I love these guys. I have a very problematic plumbing set up and they have got everything working wonderfully! They have come back several times to make minor adjustments without charge. They have come on weekends and in the evenings, and when I make an appointment, they show up on time and work swiftly and efficiently. They are all great guys and so professional, but Paul has been especially helpful. I will always use them and would recumbent them to anyone.
The best part is my problematic plumbing issues have been solved so I hope I don't need to call them again any time soon.
