I bought a 30 year old house and when I moved in I had issues with the gas line and some water leaks. Being new to the area I was nervous about working with shady or flaky contractors. I got so lucky with Kareem at Absolute Rooter. He was able to modify my gas line to fit my new oven. The same day my washing machine water line sprung a leak - he came back the same night and fixed the issue so that I could start my laundry (I was waiting for the washer/dryer for weeks so was desperate). I really appreciate how responsive and dependable this company is. Thank you!

Back in July I started my hunt for a plumber to move an existing water line to the perimeter of my yard to make room for a pool we were having put in. I had received 5 estimates when I met Levon from Absolute, and the hunt for the right plumber stopped there. His professionalism and communication were on point. The job was done in a timely manner. And he let me know that if we had any issues with the line he moved during our pool dig, that he would come fix it at no cost. I didn't get this in writing, but today he came through on his word. The copper pipe was lifted and dented during the excavation and I sent Levon a text. He responded immediately and two days later, my pipe was repaired at no cost to me. Who even does that these days?! Amazing customer service. We will be using Absolute for all our future plumbing needs.

We had a sudden and severe break in our sprinkler line from the water main, and the city shut off our water at the main. I called Absolute Rooter and they were able to get a team out that afternoon. They were able to locate the leak and put in a temporary fix so our water could be turned back on. Then they came out the next day and did the complete repairs. We were quoted a fair price and paid exactly what was quoted. The work was excellent, high quality, we are completely satisfied. The team were professional, friendly, and communicated with us frequently throughout the service. I highly recommend Absolute Rooter & Plumbing.

This outfit leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Because I used a water blatter that broke inside drain pipe to unclog blockage he said he had to jack hammer up tiles tiles to get to blockage. I rented a electric snake auger and bam everything cleared out. I'm not saying their scammers but definitely get a second opinion.

The technician that came out was informative and friendly, and most importantly honest. I would like to emphasize that the company is honest. I asked for cameras to go down my toilets to see if there was a clog since the toilets keep backing up repeatedly. He could've done that, and instead he said that he knew it wasn't some thing with the plumbing that it was just the toilets were too small. I really appreciated that. I asked him to give me a quote for replacing the toilets and he said he would send it by the next day. Several days later I call to let them know that I never received the quote. I was informed someone would call me back or send the quote that day. That never happened either. I've called again since then with no return call. I needed this quote to submit to my property manager in a timely manner and ended up getting billed from my property manager since I could now not prove that I was not at fault. They also won't replace the toilets for me until I get a quote by a professional company. So while they are honest and probably good with their work based on the other reviews, they were not reliable and I was very disappointed in that.

Levon and his team were awesome! I found him on Angie's list and he called me after submitting the request right away. Levon was very professional on the phone and in person. He wore a mask and shoe protection in the home. Levon was very polite, knowledgeable, and finished the repairs quickly!

I had an electrical project where PG&E needed to move my gas meter.
Long story short is I had problems with a previous plumber who connected my house to the meter not to code. PG&E would not approve the work so I could not move forward with a new electrical panel install.

Absolute Rooter showed up to provide a quote and after I showed them my issue, and told them that the installation needs to pass county and PG&E codes they said no problem.

It was getting late in the evening and I said lets get started thinking they would start the next day.

They started right that night and did a fantastic job.
They also found several leaks and incorrect pipes that were used and fixed everything so my gas system would pass both inspections. No wonder my gas bill kept going up. I thought it was just PG&E raising my rates.

A few days of work to get the system up to code and it passed with no issues.

These guys were great at communicating, showed up when they said they would and kept me up to date on anything they found and needed to be corrected.

I will definitely hire them for any plumbing needs in the future.

He came to my restaurant to unclog the floor drain. The guy kept working on it for more than an hour. He did not charge me at all because he couldn't finish the job.
