From start to finish it was positive - from scheduling / estimated arrival update with Brian in the main office to the technician appointment with our plumber Ameer. Ameer is awesome! He helped troubleshoot a water heater issue with an older unit. Instead of assuming it needed to be replaced he tried to diagnose the electrical connection first. Very thoughtful, honest, and conscientious. Appreciate such a great company to call with plumbing issues.

Highly recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing! Responsive, affordable, and efficient! Ameer cleared the block in the pipe system that caused the water drainage on the washing machine back-flow. He explained what caused the block to accumulate over time & very patient with my questions. Absolute Pro Plumbing is a full service plumbing company that we will go to for future service. I do not recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing because Brian did not answer my numerous calls and text messages regarding the San Jose City permit required for the installation of my gas water heater. The permit was a requirement from the beginning. I would not have had work done without a permit. He had told me the permit was ordered with inspection May 12 at 9AM. The inspector did not show up on May 12. By calling the City of San Jose I learned the inspection was never scheduled because the permit was NOT paid for. The permit was cancelled. Brian ignored my calls. A friend called Absolute and the call was answered immediately while my calls soon after same day were not answered. In one of my messages I asked for the name of the manager so that I could get this resolved. There was no response. Text messages and phone calls were ignored for weeks. I subsequently ordered the permit and the inspection was May 31, 2023. There was a problem with the installation that I fortunately could correct . The earthquake straps had been left too loose. I used pliers to tighten the straps. With tightened straps the gas water heater installation was approved. The city inspector said I should NOT have paid in full for the job until it passed inspection. The gas water heater was installed JANUARY 5, 2023. This has taken nearly six months to complete.

Ameer is the best! He's helped us out a couple times over the last few years, including replacing our water heater and unclogging a stubborn toilet. Plumbing situations are always stressful, and every time I've reached out to him, Ameer has been super responsive, kind, and has found a way to fit us into his busy schedule very quickly. He kept me updated by text to let me know when he was on his way, and each time we've worked with him, he has been incredibly efficient and thorough. Highly, highly recommend.

Ameer is responsive, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Our main sewer line had a bad clog on a Sunday, so it rendered the houses toilets unusable. We called Ameer and he was able to inspect within 2 hours and finish the job by Monday late evening! He's an amazing Pro and would recommend him for future jobs. 11/10

Brian was quick to schedule an in house estimate for a pipe leak in the crawlspace and Ameer showed up on time and diagnosed the issue by entering the crawlspace. Upon further discussion on the quote which was reasonable, they fixed the leak to my satisfaction the next day. Ameer also did a through look around in the crawlspace to ensure there was no other leak. They were very professional and I would recommend them for any plumbing services

I have not used them but I requested a quote after my sink area experienced water damage. They responded really quickly for the estimate request but took awhile after I informed them that there might be mold (can't blame them since they are just plumbers). However ""Brian"" did follow up and recommended next steps, which is more the what ""Jake"" from ""State Farm"" did (claim denied).

5 stars for the following up even though I didn't use them and quote was reasonable.

So if you have water damage due to pipe burst/leak, you will need a plumber to determine cause and length of damage to file a claim. The plumbing report can determine if your claim will be valid (learn this the hard way), you need a plumber that is honest (which I believe they are, since they followed up even though they did not get the job).

The plumber Amir is great and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is that the cost is a kind of high. I didn't have time to seek second opinion, and they are indeed provide the prompt service I need.
