So, I'll tell you my saga...

I had been smelling gas in my bedroom off and on for a while. The first time I called PG&E was 2010, they couldn't find anything, I thought I was crazy... finally had a day last week where I could actually smell the gas. Called PG&E, they came right over, yes lady, you have a leak! Yay, gas was turned off, everything is now safe.

Now I needed to get it fixed. Talked to a Amir here, he said, ""We can fix it, but you need to get the leak detected first. We can't fix it until we know where it is"". Sounded reasonable, so I called a leak detection company - ""We can't get anyone there until next Monday"". Ok, called the next one, and the next one and the next one, finally found one that would come the same night.

""Lady, you have 70-year old galvanized pipe, we can't fix it, have to do a full replace. I'll have my boss get you a bid"". Ok, also sounded reasonable - at this point, my gas has been off for 48 hours - no hot shower (it's amazing how much we take that for granted!). I wanted a couple of other bids, so I called a couple of other places. Amir had been the first person to give me any kind of straight answer, so I asked him for a bid as well.

Amir's bid came in the lowest, and he could start the soonest, I gave him a shot. Amazing work, asked all the right questions, got things done and inspected, didn't assume that I was stupid because I'm a woman, just generally all-around pleasure to work with. I'm so happy with the job.

Jason was fantastic! Even though he was very busy, he made the time to install the firepit gas line as well as coming back to install the burner. He was able to accommodate schedules even though there was a problem with the original burner size. He is very professional and dedicated to doing an excellent job.

When we got a new gas oven and range, we needed to have the gas valve moved about 20"". Jason was able to come out two days later, and worked rapidly and efficiently and got the valve moved over. He also installed a kitchen faucet I had been lazy about doing myself, and noticed a small leak in the bottom of one of our sink basins that needed a quick repair. He was in and out of my house in a few hours, and I was very pleased with his work.

Jason was a pleasure to work with and is everything a homeowner can hope for in a contractor. He was responsive, knowledgeable, fair in his pricing and dependable. He installed a new gas line to my kitchen as part of a kitchen remodel. Jason, the primary proprietor of Absolute Pro Plumbing, is a knowledgeable and fair professional. He was highly recommended by a colleague for whom Jason had modified and renovated her residence's plumbing system without cutting any corners and in a timely fashion for a very reasonable fee.
His work at our offices (located in Fremont, CA) , where septic fumes was preventing normal operations, was exemplary. He spent over an hour to thoroughly check possible causes and proceeded with the needed repairs and modifications in short order. And to top it all of he guaranteed that the problem will not rear it head again! In short Jason takes ownership and delivers quality work and results.
