Called with a request for a plumber and after talking to me and hearing my situation they actually told me to send some pictures of my tub as it was something i was trying to tackle myself but ran into a road block. I texted some pictures and they walked me through the install of a new shower cartridge without having to send anyone over for a costly repair. They were incredibly patient and generous with their time. They could have easily sent someone over and charged me but these guys are clearly honest and customer oriented. Cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be using them in the future for anything we need.

They were fantastic I needed a plumber ""same day"" because my refrigerator compressor broke and I had a new refrigerator delivered today (Good Friday). I'm having a lot of people over for Easter and had to have a functioning refrigerator. My refrigerator couldn't be installed today because the shutoff valve for the water line was broken. I was able to arrange to get my fridge delivered tomorrow morning , but only if I had the shutoff valve fixed today. I called Absolute Precision Plumbing, and after explaining the urgency they came within an hour and replaced the valve at a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend Absolute Precision Plumbing.

I asked Absolute Precision to come to give us an estimate to fix a steam return pipe that was improperly pitched and was causing problems. David worked with my father-in-law, who was with us at the time, to figure out the details, and ended up giving us an estimate that was lower than we expected. David kept in touch through email, and then came back promptly to do the job. His craftsmanship was neat and precise--the job looks great and the tricky pitch issue has been corrected! I'm truly impressed with Absolute Precision and would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. Had a plumbing issue at 4pm on thanksgiving and Absolute was the only one that would answer the phone. They came promptly and went out of their way to fix the issue and let us know if any other issues in the house. Really take their time and don't rush. Also they show up promptly! Will be our go to guys from now on.

I would definitely recommend Absolute Precision to anyone. Our only toilet was leaking through the ceiling and we wanted to get it fixed ASAP before having people over for Thanksgiving. I called David and he assured me that it was most likely the wax ring and not a pipe. After making my appointment for the next morning, David arrived on time and had booties with him so he wouldn't dirty my home. I appreciate his honesty, cleanliness, professionalism and price. I called various plumbers prior to finding Absolute Precision on Yelp and either they were unresponsive or just rude! I will definitely continue to use David and Absolute Precision for any future uses!

Here I need to say really thanks for David, and he is really nice and professional service for my water leak issue in my mater bathroom. I got the Absolute Precision guys round to do a routine check/clean of my boiler and also to check a couple of leaky radiators.

They provided useful advice before even giving me a quote which shows they are happy to help, even without the guarantee of money.

They were on time, courteous and clean workers. They gave me a really clear explanation of what I needed to do afterwards and we're very patient with my questions (even though I had my hands full with a cranky baby).

Afterwards they have been helpful with questions.
