I reached out to a couple of plumbing companies on Yelp, but David was the only one that provided an honest assessment after reviewing the pictures he requested. I didn't use this company's services because we decided it would be better to just replace our dish washer after the recommendations David made over text messages. I will definitely use their services in the future when another issue arises.

I used Yelp to put out a request to get my the faucet in front of my house replaced. David reached out to me and requested some additional information and pictures which he requested. After sending them he gave me a reasonable quote and we set up a date for service through the Yelp messaging app.

The technicians came on time that David confirmed with me. They wore masks and did the job clean and quickly. They even took the time to explain the valves and what they were installing.

They also did a pressure test and said I had great pressure but the flow wasn't consistent. The recommended I give a call to the water company to have them check that because they said my piping was good.

I will be using their services for any future plumbing needs.

Had a bathroom sink clog and a leak under the sink. Called them this morning. Took them a few hours to get back to me, but they came over within 2 hours of the call. For a beautiful Saturday, I can't complain about that. They gave me a fair price, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Friendly, efficient and worth the wait. This review is long overdue. David has come through for us on multiple occasions and is the only plumber we will call.

When we first moved into our house in fall of 2017, I was attempting to disconnect a garden hose before the first freeze of winter. The hose came off, and brought the spigot and a length of pipe with it! We had water gushing into the exterior wall, behind the siding, and learned we had no interior shutoff valve. The best I could do was shut the water off to the whole house. I started calling plumbers but nobody could come out for several days. Not a great situation when the whole house is waterless. One plumber was sympathetic, said he couldn't do it for a week, but recommended I give David a call. That said something right there, he's the plumber other plumbers would recommend. David requested I text him photos of the broken spigot and he was able to come out the next day with the right parts. He talked me through exactly what he had to do to get to the broken pipe, which meant cutting through some drywall in the basement ceiling. We knew there was a heating duct somewhere in the area of the broken pipe, and David was very careful to avoid cutting into the duct. He installed an interior shutoff valve so that in future winters I can just turn off the hose spigot from inside the house. The job was done well, it fixed the problem, and as others have noted the whole area was left cleaner than when he started.

David's been back out to the house twice more, once to address a minor gas leak and most recently, to install a Navien tankless water heater. We couldn't be happier with the water heater, it replaced a 13 year-old conventional gas water heater that finally gave up. We knew the water heater was on its way out, so I got in touch with David before it finally died to start planning for its replacement before it became an emergency. Once again, everything was done professionally and in the time estimated. David was very careful about planning out where the exhaust and inlet pipes would have to run and we had no issues when the plumbing inspector came out. David talked me through the basic settings and the annual maintenance of the tankless water heater, which I appreciated.

Our hot water tank stopped working on Tuesday. It was 11 years old. We didn't know who to call. I did what everyone would of probably done and googled local plumbers. The one in town never answered and never returned my call. I then called Absolute Precision Plumbing & Heating. David answered my call and I explained to him that we didn't have any hot water. He went through the process, he had me turn off the gas and the water to the tank. He went through every detail and asked for pictures. I texted him all the pictures he wanted. He gave me a price quote and I asked him for his honest opinion on price. He said every plumber would be around that price give or take about $50-$85. He was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. My wife insisted I call another plumber. So like the great husband that I am I obliged. I spoke with another company and they just blurred out a price without even asking me any questions. The price was indeed less. I explained to my wife that I felt extremely comfortable paying a slightly high premium to a guy that can go through every detail and explain why. So we stuck with Absolute Precision Plumbing & Heating. The next day David texted me that he was on the way. My wife was home and spoke to him. She asked him why did he choose to be a plumber. He replied that he was good with his hands and he loves plumbing. He happened to be the owner and he said he hires people who love plumbing. If you don't have passion and love for what you do then why do it. He was extremely professional and made sure the water pressure output was up to code. He exceeded all expectations and this is the kind of people we need to support. So if you need any plumbing call Absolute Precision plumbing and heating. Called with a request for a plumber and after talking to me and hearing my situation they actually told me to send some pictures of my tub as it was something i was trying to tackle myself but ran into a road block. I texted some pictures and they walked me through the install of a new shower cartridge without having to send anyone over for a costly repair. They were incredibly patient and generous with their time. They could have easily sent someone over and charged me but these guys are clearly honest and customer oriented. Cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be using them in the future for anything we need.

They were fantastic I needed a plumber ""same day"" because my refrigerator compressor broke and I had a new refrigerator delivered today (Good Friday). I'm having a lot of people over for Easter and had to have a functioning refrigerator. My refrigerator couldn't be installed today because the shutoff valve for the water line was broken. I was able to arrange to get my fridge delivered tomorrow morning , but only if I had the shutoff valve fixed today. I called Absolute Precision Plumbing, and after explaining the urgency they came within an hour and replaced the valve at a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend Absolute Precision Plumbing.
