We just moved into a home that sat empty for a while. The central air would not turn on, the tub spout diverters were ceased up in two bathrooms, a drain was clogged and we needed new hoses for our washing machine. I called Absolute Plumbing and spoke to Ken. Ken was very helpful and sent out one of his guys the next day. Bradley from Absolute Precision Plumbing arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and easy to have in our home. He was tidy and worked efficiently. Bradley was able to fix everything! Thank you Absolute!

Ken and his team were great; I had a leaking kitchen faucet and due to the damage it was causing on the lower ceiling had to turn the water off so it was very inconvenient not having water in the kitchen; I called Absolute at 5PM on a Thursday (the day of a big blizzard) and they were there at my house at 8AM Friday morning and were done by 10AM; great service, very courteous, responsive, reasonably priced and worked through a Home Depot part missing issue with me and got my water running with no issues; will continue to use them in the future.

A week before Christmas, I woke at 4:00 AM to blaring smoke detectors. A pipe on our heating system had burst, and the basement was full of steam and hot water. Brad was there by 8:30 AM to repair the damaged pipe and replace the faulty parts on our ancient boiler. A couple of weeks later, Ken and his crew put in a new high-efficiency gas boiler with domestic hot water supply for a fair price. Their work was excellent, and they've been back to check on minor details in the weeks since. Yesterday, I needed a sensor moved to accommodate other repairs in the basement, and Brad was there to do the work within a couple of hours. If you're looking for excellent work at a fair price, these are your guys.

When my boiler failed, the best decision I made was calling Ken at Absolute Precision. With only three days until Thanksgiving, and a boiler ready to let go at a moments notice (provides both heat and HW), I was in a pickle. Ken was able to get the required equipment, squeeze me into the schedule, and perform the replacement the day before Thanksgiving. They do great work in a timely manner, act professionally, and left the job area cleaner than when they arrived. I'm a customer for life.

Ken and his employees are true professionals, and are exactly what you are looking for when it comes to heating, plumbing service. ( can't say cooling, didn't use them for that ..yet). From our first discussion to the final installation of my 2 new heating and hot water systems, they were on time, ahead of schedule, and as clear to deal with from communication to information. Our A/C unit recently began leaking water and was flooding our basement. We called Central Heating and Cooling, who had previously serviced us, but I was told that since we do not have a service plan with them, they could not send someone out for 3 weeks, which was clearly unacceptable. I searched Angie's list for other HVAC companies, and saw that Absolute Precision was highly recommended, and I can certainly see why. Of the companies I contacted, they were not only the only ones who bothered to call me back, but they returned my call within 10 minutes, and had a repair guy to our house by 8am the next day. They were courteous, professional, and had the problem fixed within a half hour. They have earned themselves a very loyal customer! They absolutely have all of our future business.

I called Ken Tuesday morning and left a voicemail asking for a quote on possible plumbing issues. He returned my call shortly after and came by the house first thing the next morning! He was awesome! After looking at the ""issue"" and determining that it really wasn't an issue at all he walked me through a few other things I had questions on in my new house! He 100% didn't have to give me his time and advice especially since it turned out we had no work for him but he was so informative and kind! Great company and person! If we ever need anything in our new home we know exactly who to call! So happy to have had the pleasure of talking with Ken and look forward to business in the future.

Well I have put a complaint in as well with the BBB. Ken feels that he doesn't have to call you back. That he can pick and choose who he follows up with once he has your money. I would recommend that you shop around and get several estimates. Don't be fooled by this business and their sales pitch.
