I've used Ken and his service several times at our house in the past year. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or a/c service. We've got some diy plumbing, and Ken has been out to help us fix a few issues, including a leak in our kitchen sink and another in our bathroom sink. Ken also spent time walking me around my new home when I first bought it to help answer some of my basic questions about the plumbing and possible issues to fix, near term or down the road. And when we had our boiler go out on us last winter at night, even though he didn't work on our boiler type, Ken responded to my call in minutes and referred me to a serviceman who helped fix the issue. Truly above and beyond.

We also used Absolute Precision for our ac service this season, they came out as scheduled and took care of the service, while again taking the time to explain the work being done and what else may be needed.

Ken is always responsive when I call, he is extremely courteous and the consummate pro. Highly highly recommend!

After reading a lot of great reviews on this company, I was excited to have found them. Ollie the dog looked great too. I called for a service but never got a call back. I figured maybe he didn't get the message. So I called again - two more times. No call back. In my opinion, it's pretty rotten to not call someone back even if you aren't interested in the job. It's really just common courtesy and really good business practice. It kind of makes me wonder if all the great reviews were from relatives. I called another company and they came right in and also gave me a price for a new central air system. Too bad this guy didn't call me back. Then again, if he treats a potential customer like this, what is he going to be like if I have a problem after I've spent $1,000's?

I've used Absolute Precision on two occasions and was very satisfied with their service both times.

1) My hot water heater wasn't working and they assessed the situation and replaced it on the same day.

2) My top floor HVAC unit wasn't blowing hot air during the winter and they came to my house twice until they identified the problem and cleaned the heat sensor which made the system consistently blow hot air and work properly again.

I've been impressed with Absolute Precision's customer service and their technicians responsiveness, hard work, and professionalism on both occasions.

I would highly recommend Absolute Precision if you ever need their water heater removal/installation or HVAC services.

We just moved into a home that sat empty for a while. The central air would not turn on, the tub spout diverters were ceased up in two bathrooms, a drain was clogged and we needed new hoses for our washing machine. I called Absolute Plumbing and spoke to Ken. Ken was very helpful and sent out one of his guys the next day. Bradley from Absolute Precision Plumbing arrived right on time. Ken and his team were great; I had a leaking kitchen faucet and due to the damage it was causing on the lower ceiling had to turn the water off so it was very inconvenient not having water in the kitchen; I called Absolute at 5PM on a Thursday (the day of a big blizzard) and they were there at my house at 8AM Friday morning and were done by 10AM; great service, very courteous, responsive, reasonably priced and worked through a Home Depot part missing issue with me and got my water running with no issues; will continue to use them in the future.

A week before Christmas, I woke at 4:00 AM to blaring smoke detectors. A pipe on our heating system had burst, and the basement was full of steam and hot water. Brad was there by 8:30 AM to repair the damaged pipe and replace the faulty parts on our ancient boiler. A couple of weeks later, Ken and his crew put in a new high-efficiency gas boiler with domestic hot water supply for a fair price. Their work was excellent, and they've been back to check on minor details in the weeks since. Yesterday, I needed a sensor moved to accommodate other repairs in the basement, and Brad was there to do the work within a couple of hours. If you're looking for excellent work at a fair price, these are your guys.

When my boiler failed, the best decision I made was calling Ken at Absolute Precision. With only three days until Thanksgiving, and a boiler ready to let go at a moments notice (provides both heat and HW), I was in a pickle. Ken was able to get the required equipment, squeeze me into the schedule, and perform the replacement the day before Thanksgiving. They do great work in a timely manner, act professionally, and left the job area cleaner than when they arrived. I'm a customer for life.
