In the middle of a kitchen remodel and of course my plumbing referral had gone mia! I went onto yelp and found absolute plumbing. Bill responded with a quote immediately and then recommended he stop in to take a look at the job and make sure everything was in order. He showed up an hour later and quickly assessed things and actually pointed out an issue with our cabinet install which allowed us to save time and get it fixed ASAP. The next day bill showed up and completed the work in a few hours. Our new kitchen setup looks amazing and our new disposal is working like a dream. Thank you again Bill!!!!

I don't often leave reviews, mostly because I'm super busy, but my experience this morning with Bill was notable.

I reached out to several plumbers for estimates, thinking I needed to completely replace the valve for our tub/shower knob. Bill was the only one that pointed out that I could easily order a new knob to fix the problem myself, if I wanted to. He didn't charge me for this brief assessment, even though it meant that I didn't need to hire him.

I appreciate him suggesting low cost options, given that we'll be completely renovating our bathroom in the next year and I just needed something to work until then. He didn't need to do that- I'll definitely be calling him back I do need work done.

Ameer was recommended to me by the person who installed my water heater. I called Ameer regarding a leak under my house. He arrived by the time he quoted me, and graciously walked me through where the leak was happening and why. Though the leak is from a previous repair by another company, I'll be sure to contact Ameer when I need plumbing work done.

Our whirlpool water heater's burner was not functioning correctly...
the burner which was ""recalled"" was expressed mailed to us immediately.
We had contacted 3 of the whirlpool's contractors to schedule installation.
After the 3rd day of not receiving any return calls,we contacted Bill at
Absolute Plumbing. Bill returned our call immediately and installed our replacement burner that same afternoon.

Absolute Plumbing gave us our hot water back!

It is so rare to find such honesty and integrity in a person as I experienced with Bill.The plumbing in my jacuzzi tub was leaking. I spoke with a few plumbers and was told that they would have to cut into my tub to find the leak and it could cost a lot.
Bill said to send him pictures. He then called me and walked me through how to find and fix the leak. I followed his instructions and fixed the leak. I am a complete stranger and he helped me out out of the honesty from his heart and didn't ask me for a penny. I don't recall experiencing someone giving like this for a long time without asking for anything in return. Bill, you are so rare in this dog eat dog world we live in. Thank you.

We had been struggling to find someone to solve and understand what exactly was going on with all 3 of our bathrooms, and finally reached out to Bill. Right on time, Bill showed up and took care of some serious foundational problems that occurred since the contractors were building the bathrooms. It was such a relief and I will never hesitate to call Bill again, and refer him to friends.

Bill just installed a high efficiency American Standard Champion 4 toilet with handicapped accessories for my mother. It's the toilet with a Yelp following. You can flush 10 fat Hot dogs down it at a time. Even a bucket of golf balls. He's been here many times and we trust him implicitly. Does clean impeccable work as always. Would never even think of using another plumber. Thanks Bill, Again!
