Absolute Plumbing is absolutely amazing!

Working with Bill is as smooth as my newly filtered water flowing through the faucet. I contacted Bill two weeks ago for a quote to install a whole-house filtration system, Aquasana. Bill was prompt in his response and came out to provide an estimate. He took his time explaining to me how his plans were and made some recommendations for the placement of the system.

He came to my home this morning to start the installation process. He completed the project within the estimated time and budget. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!!

I received a call from my water utility company, stating that last month I had been using over 800 gallons of water per day and either I had a leak or was using excessive amounts of water. I tried to trouble shoot the problem, and it looked like I had a main water leak, I got 5 bids to have my main water line replaced. When I called Bill from Absolute Plumbing, he was very responsive and came out to give me a bid on re-routing my main water line. His bid was in the middle of the pack and I decided to use him because his pricing seemed reasonable and his great reviews on Yelp.
I thought I would again test the shut off valve to the main water line one more time (maybe this time I used more strength to shut off the valve) and I notice very little leaking and less of a spin on the meter. I called Bill and told him, that I am noticed very little leak and maybe it is not my main water line. Bill said he would come out that day (since he was close to my house) and try to trouble shoot the problem. Bill was very skillful and diligent in finding the leak. It turned out the leak was my irrigation valve. PROBLEM SOLVED! He saved me thousands of dollars. All I can say is that Bill from Absolute Plumbing is honest, good, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!!!! Thank you Bill

*EDIT* in response to the comment below from the owner, this review was left for a service call I had made a few weeks prior. When I did call, there was no ""out of office"" message or anything to indicate that they weren't available.

Bill was a great find. HIGHLY recommended. He's knowledgable of plumbing as it relates to our Eichler, and has decades of experience and mastery of all things plumbing. We had him out 3 or 4 times now for various installations, repairs, and advice. Remodeling our newly purchased home has taken quite some time, and every time we've needed a plumber I've been so relieved to have a trustworthy, reliable, and affordable professional in Bill. We will continue to use him as long as we can and cross our fingers he doesn't ever fully retire!!
