I have used Absolute Plumbing many of times. I started using them at my home and I absolutely have nothing bad to say. I recently acquired a rental property and ran into some issues with another Plumbing group, luckily Jose came to our rescue. We needed a camera ran into our lines then to power clean the lines etc etc etc. This rental property just needed a lot of work. I also needed to replace gas lines that we not properly installed to current standards (very old property) Anyhow, that consisted of calling SDGE and the city to come out to check the work. Too many complicated steps to be quite honest with you. Anyways, I call and they answer! That's plain and simple. They have always been able to meet myself or my husband at our rental property. Recently, we called every other day, something was always popping up and they were always there to help. We have used them so much, it is nice to know we have a good rapport with Absolute Plumbing.

I called several different plumbing services and Absolute Plumbing was the only one to offer me an appointment at the time of my call. Sean was the tech who did my repair. As a girl, it was super embarrassing for me to tell him that I clogged my toilet. I had tried plunging but that didn't do the job He was really nice about it and assured me that it happens all the time. He fixed it in no time and I thought the price was very reasonable. I was quoted higher prices at the other places I called. He recommended getting a new toilet because the one I have is very old. He gave a very reasonable estimate for a new toilet installation which I will pass along to my landlord. I was very appreciative of Sean's friendly and quick services.

I was pleased with the fair pricing the plumber gave me for putting in my new tankless water heater. I had gotten a few estimates and the other 2 companies were about 30% more than what Service Now charged me, and I didn't give up anything. The guys were really professional and did a great job putting it in and they took my old water heater out and got rid of it for me. The plumber told me he was giving me a discount because he wanted me to call them in the future, and I definitely will next time.

Absolute Plumbing completed an interior tankless water heater install in my condo in November 2012. The process required exterior venting and, therefore, coordination between me and my HOA. Absolute Plumbing helped me understand all the complexities in an easy to understand fashion. The job was done well and exceeded my expectations. What made the process even better was good communication and excellent responsiveness to my many questions. Additionally, the final price came in exactly as bidded so there were no surprises in terms of costs. Agreed upon arrival times were always met for quoting as well as the install job itself which was much appreciated.

Absolute could not come out until the next day. Our problem
was diagnosed as a clogged aerator -a washer crumbled
and clogged the screens. The only aerator replacement the very
young plumber had was the wrong type and he said he didn't have
a replacement washer. ""Go to home depot"" he advised. The bill
was $97. ""Service call,"" he said. I objected. He called his
supervisor and handed me his phone. The supervisor asked if the
problem was solved. I said ""NO."" The supervisor then talked to
his plumber, who swapped parts out of the aerator he had, and
fixed the problem. The whole $97 operation took 15 minutes.
The plumber needed to borrow a pen.

I purchased a $500 faucet online and contacted Absolute Plumbing to come and install it. I was bluntly told that ""they don't install material they haven't provided"". I'll admit, that's an expensive faucet, and I did a lot of research to make sure I was getting the best price and warranty. It came from Amazon.com (trusted source), it was new and sealed - not something that I bought from Ebay. They didn't even ask, they just turned me down right away and a fairly rude manner.
Understood... but you've just lost a customer that has been using your services at least 3 times a year. You can say no, but there are better ways to turn down a customer who has been loyal for 3 years.
I called Courtesy Plumbing instead (scared of hearing the same snippy response), and I am really happy to have found those guys. They came the next day, were very professional and the installer was as nice as one can get.

We used absolute plumbing for our new shower, and they did a great job! From the basic rough in plumbing to hooking up a steam generator, Jose and Sean were accommodating and hard working throughout the project. We even ran into a few issues along the way that they were able to resolve without any increase to the original estimate. Definitely recommended!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the customer service of this company. I called because of a leaking water heater. I paid $980 for the replacement. During the replacement, the employee had an accident which caused 40 gallons of water to spill all over my garage which had many storage boxes. When I asked the employee what happened he was more interested in saying that it wasn't his fault and that there was NOTHING he could do about it. I called the manager and asked if he could send extra help out to help me clean up the garage, he said there was no one available and that it wasn't their fault if a water heater explodes. I told him that was not the case that his employee had some sort of accident. NEVER did he offer me a discount for his service and instead he generally acted like I was somehow being a nuisance for wanting customer service. I understand that accidents happen which I told the manager. I just wanted help in cleaning out the garage. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone.

I just called this company to ask about getting an estimate. They were secretive about just HOW they might find a slab leak and what they would do about it if they found one. Basically, it's $200 to do a slab leak search - assuming the old lady who owns the house is correct and it IS a slab leak.
I was so unimpressed, I'd just as soon call someone else. Anyone else. The county is full of rude young men who think they can run over older people. And some of them will come check out the wet carpet for a reasonable price.

They came on time, fixed my toilet bowl valve (needed to cut the pipe) and were done in 30 minutes, quick and simple. The plumber was very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend to others.
