I purchased a $500 faucet online and contacted Absolute Plumbing to come and install it. I was bluntly told that ""they don't install material they haven't provided"". I'll admit, that's an expensive faucet, and I did a lot of research to make sure I was getting the best price and warranty. It came from Amazon.com (trusted source), it was new and sealed - not something that I bought from Ebay. They didn't even ask, they just turned me down right away and a fairly rude manner.

Understood... but you've just lost a customer that has been using your services at least 3 times a year. You can say no, but there are better ways to turn down a customer who has been loyal for 3 years.

I called Courtesy Plumbing instead (scared of hearing the same snippy response), and I am really happy to have found those guys. They came the next day, were very professional and the installer was as nice as one can get.

We used absolute plumbing for our new shower, and they did a great job! From the basic rough in plumbing to hooking up a steam generator, Jose and Sean were accommodating and hard working throughout the project. We even ran into a few issues along the way that they were able to resolve without any increase to the original estimate. Definitely recommended!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the customer service of this company. I called because of a leaking water heater. I paid $980 for the replacement. During the replacement, the employee had an accident which caused 40 gallons of water to spill all over my garage which had many storage boxes. When I asked the employee what happened he was more interested in saying that it wasn't his fault and that there was NOTHING he could do about it. I called the manager and asked if he could send extra help out to help me clean up the garage, he said there was no one available and that it wasn't their fault if a water heater explodes. I told him that was not the case that his employee had some sort of accident. NEVER did he offer me a discount for his service and instead he generally acted like I was somehow being a nuisance for wanting customer service. I understand that accidents happen which I told the manager. I just wanted help in cleaning out the garage. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone.

I just called this company to ask about getting an estimate. They were secretive about just HOW they might find a slab leak and what they would do about it if they found one. Basically, it's $200 to do a slab leak search - assuming the old lady who owns the house is correct and it IS a slab leak.

I was so unimpressed, I'd just as soon call someone else. Anyone else. The county is full of rude young men who think they can run over older people. And some of them will come check out the wet carpet for a reasonable price.

They came on time, fixed my toilet bowl valve (needed to cut the pipe) and were done in 30 minutes, quick and simple. The plumber was very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend to others.

Awesome job! This morning we woke up with no functioning bathrooms in our house, nightmare! Sean from Absolute was great, efficient, and thorough! When Fidelity home warranty failed to find us a plumber that could fix our issue today, we called Absolute mid day and they had someone out here in about an hour! I'm so grateful!

I've used these guys 4 times now. Jose and Raul are great. Jose came out at midnight when our polybutylene pipe busted outside our main valve. Poor guy dug a trench, pulled up bushes and put new copper piping in to replace it. Raul came another time to replace some angle stops and recently installed our plumbing for our new kitchen. One thing I like about these guys is that they have a lot of experience. Raul went to replace our 2nd story wax ring, but was concern about the gaps around the flange. He was worried about potential water leaking down into our first floor in the future if the wax ring ever failed. We had those gaps closed off and we are confident any 2nd floor water will stay on the 2nd floor. These guys go above and beyond their plumbing job.

We are very disappointed of our first services by Absolute Plumbing. Before our appointment, I emailed Jose the photos of the existing faceplate and faucet, he confirmed that is Moen model and he has them as their truck stock parts. However when Jose came for the job, he stated that he does not carry the faceplate as it is an expensive part, thus he cannot replace the broken faceplate for us. As a result, we paid for full service call but receiving only partial services in 10 minutes. Jose should have told us prior to his visit that we could purchase a faceplate beforehand. Now the broken faceplate is still there and this is a very unprofessional way to deal with clients.

Something stuck in our toilet. We called and made an appointment. The appointment time was 8 to 9. The estimate given was 125$.

The guy never showed up until 9:30. Finally he showed and gave the estimate as 165$. When I asked for 10% discount, he did not accept at first but finally agreed. He was finally able to take the object out of toilet but he would never allow me to see what he was doing. I wanted to learn it so that I could save the money next time by doing it myself. Anyways, the problem is, all the stains he left in the toilet bowl with the plumbing snake. The toilet looks horrible now. I wish he did a clean job or at least cleaned the toilet bowl after work. I wouldn't recommend this place.

A week ago Monday, our kitchen faucet gave up the ghost. The hot water handle made a breaking sound and hot water spewed out at full throttle. We turned out water off to our condo from the outside and I got online.

From the many very good reviews, I decided to call Absolute Plumbing. I left a message and within minutes, received a return call from Jose.

Jose said that I needed to buy the replacement faucet set as they do not go shopping with the customer. That was understandable. He suggested where to go--Lowe's as he said they have more variety in fixtures--and the next evening I went. As a safeguard, I purchased a faucet unit identical to mine. I also picked up two more that were more appealing and made sure that I could return two of the three purchases with no problem. My appointment was for that Thursday between 8 and 9am.

Raoul contacted me at 9am to let me know that he was running about 15 minutes late.
He arrived when he said he would. He was very pleasant, upbeat and I could see that he was very experienced. He examined the two more appealing faucet sets and pointed out why one would outlast the other, taking the time to show me how they were made etc.

Within an hour, Raoul replaced my faucet. It took more doing than he'd anticipated as one valve was old and stubborn, but he was very reassuring that all would be well.

He advised that a pipe should be replaced and I pointed out why. I was happy to do that.

The labor bill was just under $200.00 and they guarantee their work I am very pleased with Raoul's handling of the job. I highly recommend this plumbing company!
