Another 5-star experience with Jose L at Absolute Plumbing! Today, he 1.) installed a new kitchen faucet, soap dispenser, and air gap for my kitchen sink 2.) adjusted the failed hot water safety system in my guest bath that stopped the shower from getting hot (or even warm) 3.) fixed a front exterior faucet that was leaking. I have a few other items that require me to make some parts purchases first, so I'll attend to those and have him return to finish out. As always, great work done by Jose!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Waited 2 days for plumber to come only to be told that there was an emergency and he could not come on time. Wanted me to wait another half a day. When I asked if the other customer could wait since I already waited 2 days, I was told ""Don't need your how to manage my jobs, you can always call another plumber if you can't wait.""

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not recommend. He will tell you also "" Please call another plumber, not going out.""

And when I told him I would post on Yelp he told me ""Not scared. I pick my customers. No need for Yelp.""

We have been contacting Jose over the years with help on multiple properties and a lot of random plumbing issues. Jose has been able to pretty much fix anything that has come his way from us. I believe his prices are fair and he produces the work that has been promised.

Wow, what a difference! I will FOREVER use Absolute Plumbing. Jose is very Honest and knowledgeable. Over the phone he was a bit short, but all was good when he came and left. I was told by another company I had a $5,000 problem; roots in my pipes, and major construction needed. i was shown a fake video and told lies to get me to start work right away. When I asked Jose came over he told me the truth. There was no major problem, he fixed a small clog in less than 30 minutes. He turned out to be very very easy to talk to and was willing to show me every step of the process as he worked. His above par Professionalism, Absolute Honesty, and willingness to explain is the reason I will go no where else!

I Had an okay experience with this company but I will continue to be on the hunt for a better plumber. The work. he did was alright for about a week but my toilet was backed up again. Seems like he halfway fixed it so he could come back and charge me more. He was a pretty nice guy so I don't want to bash him but I feel like he could have done better.
