Amazing service! I called for an appointment at 9:45 am. They sent a plumber out within 15 minutes. Our drain was cleaned and unclogged, bill paid and plumber on his way at 10:45 am.

Eric, was personable and efficient. It was raining and I appreciated that he put on booties before coming into our home.

Absolute Plumbing provided excellent customer service. Scott cleared out the stoppage from the clean out. He was very thorough and even cleaned up all the spillage from the clean out. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

A couple of months ago my main sewer line was backed up. I called Absolute Plumbing and Drain and scheduled time the very same day. Rod came out and fixed everything in no time. Service was prompt and excellent.

I had another issue this morning where a water line pipe broke. I again called Absolute Plumbing and Drain and received the same prompt and excellent service from Scott.

I will definitely call these guys again if I run into any plumbing or drain issues in the future.

Called Mark Wilson who was referred to me by a friend. I live in Santa Cruz and my renters are in Concord. My renters tend to need things ASAP and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Mark had one of his guys get out there ASAP and he only billed me for one hour of work, did not overcharge! Phew I am a happy customer. Not only that but he contacted my renters himself to arrange the time to come out there so I didn't have to. Nice job and thank you for not overcharging me.

We've had Absolute Plumbing come out a few times to clear our sewage line. They are very fair in their price. Absolute Plumbing came out late on a Friday evening to unclog our sewage line from the house out to the street. Their technician, Scott, was super helpful when we discovered our water coming into the house was yellow with bits of rust (ugh!). We thought it might be a water supplier issue, but Scott spent a extra half hour sleuthing out the problem. Turns out, it was the hot water coming from our very old (19 years) water heater! There were bits of moisture dripping down from it. Thanks to Scott we'll get it replaced before we get an unexpected flood and lack of water! - Chris & Katie

Highly Recommend you call Absolute Plumbing!

Spent a better part of the morning calling different plumbers in my area and found Absolute to have a caring staff that actually made me less fearful of the dreaded costs of plumbing,
Had a rather large, at least to me it was,leak in my bathtub/shower that needed immediate attention. Mark at Absolute was very helpful and gave me an appointment
. Needless to say, I got an appointment time just a few hours of my call. Scott called me when he was about ten minutes away and showed up ready to work! He was very courteous, and explained in terms I could understand what the problem was and what was needed to get the job done.

He finished the repair,and still had a little time to take a quick look at my kitchen sink and told me what I needed to get done. I will most definitely be calling Absolute to return to fix it and any future plumbing needs for my home

I called on a Saturday to get a quote on a new water heater as mine is suddenly leaking. They claim to be open 7am to 7pm. The guy tells me ""we don't give quotes over the weekend. We will come out and replace it, but we will not quote you a price for doing so."" Who would say...sure, come on out and do the work and I will just pay you whatever you decide is owed at that time? Watch out for anyone who refuses to give you a quote!

These are the guys you are looking for. They answer their phone, show up when they say they will, communicate extremely well and you can tell that they are trying to please you, instead of just going through the motions. Highly recommend.
