We had a terrible experience. They told us removing two screws on the toilet to remove it and then run a snake down the drain costs $400. BUT if you buy a new toilet! the whole experience costs between $550 and $1,000. ALL WE NEEDED WAS A TOILET UNCLOGGED. My husband removed the toilet in less than five minutes, bought a snake at home depot for $40 and we were done cleaning up in an hour. what a ripoff these people.

My experience today was so bad it makes me think their good reviews are fake. The charge was high but not unreasonable, $500 to unclog a backyard poolside drain using a camera and hydro pressure. But now the drain is still clogged, they got paid, shrugged it off and went away.
On the first visit they forgot the camera that would fit into the line. The only hydro work they did was unnecessary; lines that I told them I'd already cleared. They identified the blocked line where I told them it was. They were back today, but did not find the blockage, they told my wife, and left. Often you can't reach them because the voicemail box is full. When I did get a return call this evening it was unbelievable--highly agitated, incomprehensibly accented and ultimately, yelling.
I can't reconcile their ineffective work, disorganization and confusion, lackadaisical attitude toward fixing the problem and nasty, aggressive customer manner with their web reviews, hence the suspicion above.

A couple weeks back, we lost our water supply to her 1950s house. This was due in part, to my own attempt at repairing a leaking valve. I had somehow broken the house Water main, And all my attempts at repair we're failing. I am not a bad plumber. But I'm not a great plumber either. I called several plumbers, but I was impressed with absolute plumbing and drains reputation, their professionalism on the phone, and the price. They had a technician out very quickly, and Larry their technician, quoted me an excellent price for the repair with a 30 day guarantee. He got right to work, and did an excellent repair job. Unfortunately I forgot to mention to Larry, that I have a well on the property. Because of this there is a backflow preventer on my main water line that always keeps pressure on to my house. So his repair failed after a few hours. He came back twice more, before he discovered the backflow preventer. My apologies to him for this. His final repair, West of course, perfect. He did not hesitate to return when I had a problem, and I was contacted by the company several times, to see if everything was OK. I like that kind of professionalism. I had of the questions they were happy to answer that were unrelated to the repair they did.In the long run, they saved us money, maybe the plumbing better than it was, and a pleasant and professional and courteous. From now on absolute plumbing is my only plumber. Great job guys, I highly recommend you to anybody who reads my reviews.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. Total bummer! Gave Absolute Plumbing a call and they said they could be at my house the next morning between 9-11 am and would call shortly before arriving. I got a call right before 9 am and the plumber arrived at 9:15 am. The plumber was polite and professional. He took approximately 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and snaked my drain line. Problem solved! The price was reasonable as well ($168.88). They informed me of the price ahead of time (which I appreciate)....no bait and switch. Would definitely call them again.

Stay Away! This company charges outrages labor charges and the owner is very rude. For starters, my technician showed up 1.5 hours late and no one at the company acknowledged this fact or even apologized. I expected a discount on the labor but that didn't happen. I needed a new garbage disposal and was charged over $300 for the job including parts and labor. The part was only $100 so they charged me over $200 for 24 minutes of work (the owner actually yelled at me that it was 24 minutes when I claimed the technician was only working for 15 minutes). So, $200 for 24 minutes equates to a $500/hour labor charge. I called the company and the owner immediately raised his voice at me and said I had the option to say 'no' if I didn't like the estimate. Well, the problem with that is that I really needed the work done and his technician had already taken up my entire Saturday by being 1.5 hours late. I wasn't in a position to say no, go buy a new garbage disposal myself and then get someone back out to install it. I kept trying to talk to the owner but he wouldn't allow me to speak. I finally asked him to ""listen!"" and he then proceeded to yell at me for 5 minutes claiming he doesn't have to listen to me ""because he's not one of my kids."" I was told someone would call me about a discount for being 1.5 hours late but no one has called. Now when I call, they send me to voicemail. A completely unprofessional company that gouges clients. I really hope this message helps keep some customers away.

Way over charged for their services. They were called to replace a handle on my commercial toilet - fairly simply job and I had 2 handles replaced within 1 hr. The labor rate came up to over $300/hour. They initially charged me almost $400 per hour but when I called - they indicated they made a mistake and knocked it down - still over $300/hour.
I will never use them again based on their ripoff rates.

I have to let everyone know what a great experience I had with Absolute Plumbing, especially Larry who worked on my home.
The situation was that my main water line coming into my home was leaking due to an old, corroded fixture leading from the copper in the ground to the main valve that leads into the house. After trying stop gaps and other fixes (shark bites, epoxies) nothing was working and I was losing dozens of gallons a day to leakage. I was faced with either digging down about 4 feet by 3 feet to get access to the water pipe, or call a plumber and have them look at it. I bit the bullet and called Absolute on a Saturday around 10:30am. Destiny was the dispatcher and was very polite and professional, and told me someone would be out between 1 and 3. By 12:30 Larry had arrived.
Larry fabricated a solution within about 20 minutes, but needed to go back to HQ to get a compression gun, but quoted me $325, which seemed fine for getting my water back on and not losing a swimming pool every day.
Larry came back and fitted the fix, but then the valve that was fitted broke off out of the concrete slab! Larry was a pro and got a chip hammer (think small jack hammer) to make some room in the concrete and revealed the pipe in the wall. When he had soldered a new piece in, we noticed leaking inside the wall above the joint he was working on (which was on other side of my bedroom and would have been a disaster if it sprung a serious leak).Larry replaced that piece as well, which turned out to be part of my hose bib and tied into my irrigation system.
We ran into every problem you can think of during this whole process and had to remove some exterior wall pieces, and could not get one of the joints to solder due to water in the pipes-it took two and a half cans of gas and a whole can of flux and a reel of solder, but it got done.
All in all it took 8 hours! And in this time the owner of Absolute came out to assist and apologized for the delay. They even told me as the sun went down that if I wanted I could lock up and they would be there until it got fixed. Luckily soon after 8pm everything was working, water was back with no leaks. In all this time I thought I was amassing a small fortune in hourly charges (I'm thinking 5 figures). But the guys told me they would only charge me what they originally quoted, plus some extra for the additional fittings and supplies.
All I can say is they did a great job, that took literally all day. If the guys at Absolute are reading this, you are awesome, and give Larry a raise! That man deserves it!

Very pleased with the service. Darwin came out, assessed the problem and completed the work needed. He was able to remove a clean-out cap that another plumbing company was unable to remove. Would recommend Absolute Plumbing.

Great receptionist. Easy and quick to schedule a plumber. Larry came out and was the best person I've met in a long time. Found the problem that another plumbing company didn't find. He was terrific. I'm a Realtor and will recommend them to my clients.

Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate experience with Absolute Plumbing a few months ago.
They did an installation of a new shower pan. Then I bought the house. The shower immediately leaked through the walls into the kitchen on the floor below. It was a lot of water. Not knowing why my shower was leaking I called my home warranty who came onsite and said the plumbing below the shower pan was absolutely terrible. The pipes were caulked because they did not meet together properly. The caulking was leaking profusely. The home warranty would not cover the repairs of an inherently faulty system.
Then I called a plumber to fix it so that we could shower.
After finding out from the seller who did the poor plumbing job, he pointed me to Absolute Plumbing. He said they had guaranteed the work. I called and spoke to Paige who said she would escalate to her manager and get back to me. This happened 3 times. I never heard back.
I'm not sure how to make things right or what I should have done differently - but I do know that Absolute plumbing's horrible plumbing job cost me $1,800 on the very first day I moved into my new home. They also failed to get back to me 3 times when I called.
