We had a couple bad experiences with local businesses prior to calling them. They were on time, knowledgeable and honest with their assessments/ recommendations. We haven't had any work done yet (so I can't comment on that) but they have earned the call when we are able to move forward with our project.

The one star doesn't reflect the plumbers or their knowledge. My experience with the actual guys in the field was awesome. My problem is the business practice and ethics of the office. I had 2 awesome tecs come out. They were up front and honest suggested the best thing to do was put a camera down the lines and see what's actually going on. I agreed, however, they didn't have a camera on their truck. Which is frustrating because upon calling and making this appointment i requested the hydro-jet drain cleaning, which the lady answering the phone advised the camera and hydro jet usually go hand in hand and quoted me about $600-$700 for both. So the camera is scheduled the next day between 3-5. Phone rings at 4:40 confirming I still want the camera. ""Yes"", then the lady continues to ask for the payment over the phone. ""What""?? She then proceeds to tell me how it's their practice to secure the finances before the truck with the camera comes because often times people cancel. I again, tell her I'm home and not canceling. She puts me on hold and asks her ""foreman"" if the customer can pay when the actual truck shows up to do the work (which is what I requested"". The foreman says ""no"" and just like that they lost a customer and literally didn't even care. I've never heard of paying anybody before the actual person is their to do the work or for me to even lay eyes on them. This is a horrible business practice, and they lost a pretty big job being the fact that I have collapsed pipes in front of the house. Maybe it was just too big of a job for them?

Absolute Plumbing did just a great job for us last week we had a problem toilet and a problem shower handle and they came right out and handle the everything I'm very happy with them I've used them before I fully recommend that you use them very responsive very professional. Larry and Sydney did a great job!

Thank you! I had a broken line in an interior wall, necessitating a complete shutdown of water service. I called three plumbing companies with this emergency. One was too busy. The other took a message and finally called back several hours later. Absolute plumbing immediately understood the situation, worked me into the schedule for an appointment within 1 - 2 hours. They arrived on time, quickly determined and explained the necessary actions and estimated cost. Work was done efficiently with care taken to minimize disruption and disarray. They were personable and professional as well. I definitely recommend them!

I would not recommend this for anyone, the technician were very dishonest , they dragged on their time to do the work because they charged by hours. They sent two plumbers to fix my drain and I had to pay two of them by hours, customer should not be responsible of their training.

Larry came to my house fixing water leaking from upstairs to the kitchen ceiling this morning, he did it professionally and explained I should turn on & off all valves every half year prevent they locked up. Absolutely recommend them to my friends and business clients.
