This actually worked out great. I gave the phone number call and a nice gentleman answered the phone and said he was busy and could not come by. I could understand that. He asked me to text him pictures of my leaky shower valve and he would text me back with a price for parts and labor. I never heard back from him. I called two days later and there was no answer. Went on YouTube and watched a video that taught me how to change out the valve myself. Thanks to your bad service I learned how to fix my own shower valves and saved a ton of money. Thanks

My water heater went out and I called a few other other plumbers, but Alan came out the day I called. He was so understanding of my predicament. We discussed repair vs. replacement. He was well informed on the pros and cons of tankless and standard water heaters. He informed me of the current rebates and the future of water heaters. I decided to go tankless. He was so helpful and was willing to work on a Saturday to help me with the installation. It took a few times, and his persistence to get the settings right. He really listened to my concerns and really worked with me. It is working great now. I would definitely recommend Alan's plumbing service. He will be my first call in the future.

called this company and set up an appt with someone who was in a vechicle not an office. was asked to text my name and address to them and they would confirm my appt. I got my confirmation text later that day. appt was set the next day at 3-530pm. I waited until 540pm before texting them and asking what happen as they were a no show. No call, no text, nothing to let me know they weren't coming. it's been 2 days since my text to this company and still have heard nothing from them. their company name is a joke

My experience with this company started out well then went sour. Called Alan (owner) to reset one toilet and diagnosis another clogged toilet. Charged $150 for new wax ring and resetting of the toilet. No problem except he did not caulk the bottom of toilet to ground and did not clean up completely after. He then looked at the other toilet, it was clogged. The sewer line was involved. Alan said that he would be returning tomorrow with video camera to look at the sewer pipe. The next day Alan did a no call, no show. I do not tolerate this because if I did a no call, no show I would be fired. I tried to contact him, no answer. Although Alan seemed like a nice guy , he is not trustworthy. Alan's word is not solid, therefore how can you tell if he is telling you the truth about your plumbing problem?

My main water line to the meter was old and rusted. Needed to be replaced. The first company said this was a very big job and would take 2 full days. They made it out to be such a big deal with a very high price. He said he would try to clamp it and if it broke the pipe they would start that day to stop the water flow. So I agreed, they clamped it, it broke THEN he kept pushing back the date, it was Fri, pushed to Sat, Sun, then Mon, Tues, finally Weds. Water is pouring out. They fill the hole and leave. Then the office calls and says they can do it on Tues... Ok great. It rains Tues, so they wanted to schedule for Thurs. I said they had to come on Weds, they agreed. Later the day the owner calls and yells at me and cancelled the job. Ok...so I call 2 other plumbers. Absolute plumbing answered the phone and came out that night and gave a very fair price. It took one man who new what he was doing only 5 hours to replace the main line, across the yard, through a brick wall, and under the side walk. He left the it open overnight and came back in the morning to check for leaks and fill it in. He also installed a water pressure regulator for me, neatly done with a on and off valve in a nice easy to open box (that I can handle). I am grateful I have plumber I can count on and trust. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Had a slab leak, ended up repiping house and installing a tank less water heater. I could not be happier with the service ! These guys were clean, respectful, and communicated well through out the process . Thanks Alan
