Honestly, finding a great, honest plumber is really hard. With Allen, from Absolute Best Service Plumbing, I didn't have that problem.

His pricing is competitive, his service is the absolute best. It's not just a name, it's legitimate. Him and his dad were amazing. They answered all of my questions, were super nice and courteous which is surprisingly hard to find in this industry, call around and you'll find out how rude plumbers can be.

Allen was the opposite. Super approachable, easy to talk to, and he explains what he's doing without losing you in jargon or overcomplication.

I gave them five stars because of everything above. We did a complete repipe on our plumbing and he started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. He communicated with us the whole time each step and what to expect. We knew when the water would be cut off and we knew how much to expect to pay. No hidden charges and no gotchas.

I really liked how they cut even on the drywall, because we've had plumbers before who just sliced and diced the wall and it was super uneven which costed us more to repair later.

I really appreciated his professionalism, and his great customer service. He is the absolute best service plumber in Lancaster and Palmdale.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed and the service was fast and very affordable. Alan explains was was being done, how it works , and all the advantages of converting to tankless. I called just before closing time and he gave me a quote and was at house next morning to start work and after finished had the entire area cleaner than before. i highly recommend this company to everyone and will use in future if need arises.

My water heater was ten years old and needed to be replaced. I called several plumbers for estimates which they provided over the phone. However, Alan provided the over the phone estimate plus came out to the residence to confirm his estimate. I went with a tankless water heater after doing research and conversing with Alan. The benefits out weighed then going back to tank water heater, in addition Alan provided the gas company rebate incentive for going energy efficient. Alan and his technician came out at the date and time promised. They completed the task as agreed plus provided receipts for all materials. Alan went over and beyond to take care of two outside water bibs that needed replacing without extra charge since was already on property to handle one major job. Greatly appreciate his price and honesty. I know we all get busy in our jobs to respond immediately but Alan does respond when he is free from his job to reach back.

Husband changed water filter, water started pouring, gushing out. I called Absolute, their tech said he'd be at our house within 30 minutes. Made it in 30 minutes. Shut off our water, detected that husband broke the filter, took out the old filter, the flooding stopped if it wasn't for him. Saved us from a disaster. He was responsive quick, new what he was doing. We found our new plumber. Also showed us how to shut off the water to the house. And the charge was reasonable, very affordable.

Absolute Best Service Plumbing and their technicians are amazing. We had our main water line burst early Sunday morning. After finding out that it wasn't covered in our insurance policy and dwp saying it was their problem, and rota rooter giving me a price that seemed like them pulling and scam I was recommended to Alan and his company. He swiftly took up the job and came right away Monday afternoon. Completing the job fast, accurate and professionally, I can say my family and I are happy to be back home with running water and not a huge debt to worry about. This actually worked out great. I gave the phone number call and a nice gentleman answered the phone and said he was busy and could not come by. I could understand that. He asked me to text him pictures of my leaky shower valve and he would text me back with a price for parts and labor. I never heard back from him. I called two days later and there was no answer. Went on YouTube and watched a video that taught me how to change out the valve myself. Thanks to your bad service I learned how to fix my own shower valves and saved a ton of money. Thanks

My water heater went out and I called a few other other plumbers, but Alan came out the day I called. He was so understanding of my predicament. We discussed repair vs. replacement. He was well informed on the pros and cons of tankless and standard water heaters. He informed me of the current rebates and the future of water heaters. I decided to go tankless. He was so helpful and was willing to work on a Saturday to help me with the installation. It took a few times, and his persistence to get the settings right. He really listened to my concerns and really worked with me. It is working great now. I would definitely recommend Alan's plumbing service. He will be my first call in the future.
