I had a hot water slab leak water was coming out from under my slab. This was extremely stressful Since I had just put in new floors. Let me tell you from the very beginning I was very impressed with Allan's Professionalism. He was very upfront with what needed to be done gave me options to consider and didn't mind a lot of questions.
His customer service was outstanding and it's some thing that you do not see in this day and age I was very impressed. The job got done on schedule and he followed up with me and personally inspected the job. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed

It's in the name ""Absolute Best"". It was a pleasure working with Alan and his company. Always honest, on time and provided the best quality job. I'm thankful that I was able to find them to fix a job that was done incorrectly and had charged twice as much. ABS was able to fix it up to standards for less.and in time. Wished I would have call them first.

These guys are fantastic. We had 3 leaking above-ground sprinkler valves. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, for the best price among the 5 plumbers I got quotes from. They did a fantastic job replacing the valves, though overnight we discovered one of the parts cracked (the manufacturer's fault if that's not clear). Alan came right away upon hearing I was having a problem and installed the new part I picked up free of charge. Really great service, highly recommended. Even if these guys didn't offer the lowest quote, I'd go with them again in the future.

The water main pipe burst just aft of the meter at my house. Alan came over right away and fixed it for us. While he was here, I asked him to tighten down the kitchen faucet because it was loose and he replaced another galvanized section of pipe on the main water line next to the house (so the same problem wouldn't happen to us in the future). He did this extra work at no additional cost...wonderful customer service and attention to detail! Alan went above and beyond, was very responsive, on-time, and personable. He stands behind his work and charges a very fair price. I called multiple plumbers around town who could not get to my house right away or who charged double to triple what he did. I trust his work and will call him with any future plumbing needs.

The worst service ever, I contacted this guy for a simple water regulator replacement, and he did the worst job ever. He was very careless and messy, he had no idea what he was doing, and after all of that the new water regulator started to leak from the bottom, then the pressure went up to 85 PSI by itself after a day.

I contacted another company to fix his terrible work and they showed me what a terrible job he did, I contacted him multiple times but he is ignoring my text messages, I already disputed the charge on my credit card.
