These guys are great! They reponded quickly, arrived on time, were professional and polite and checked out my problem--even though the leak had mysteriously stopped! I contacted them to let them know I no longer seemed to have a leak, but they were near my house and checked it out anyway. I really appreciated their help, and will certainly call them again if and when my water heater starts leaking again!

BEWARE for anything other than basic jobs! If I could rate our experience with Zero stars I would. I have never left a negative review on anyone's work until now. Longer story made as short as possible. Tom was supposed to re-plumb the whole house and install a new shower in bathroom (that he offered and said without a doubt he could do). As soon as the work started everything started going bad. No communication, left the house a mess every day, did not clean up anything nor did they try to protect the brand new floors in the hallway that they walked down (which they left a gouge in). First issue was a leak (that I found) in their fitting which wasn't soldered correctly but that was just a minor issue. Once he started on the shower (that he helped pick out and approved) nothing went right. He installed the pan without checking the walls, then said the walls were flimsy and blamed us for not getting better walls. We couldn't return them because he already installed the pan. Had to get a new set of walls and basically start all over. Ripped out the new sheet rock to install the new walls. They didn't line up. Started installing the shower doors....they put them in wrong and said that the manufacture sent them a set that was missing parts....I found the instructions and found it wasn't missing parts, but they put the parts on wrong. He was going to leave the door with a 1/2"" gap at the bottom where the water leaked out because "" the glass was cut with a taper"".....No, the problem was that they installed them wrong, and he said the instructions they had didn't show the pieces they installed wrong but somehow I managed to find it in minutes. Finally got them in so that it was serviceable, and started sealing everything up. The caulking is horrendous! Looks terrible, not cleaned up at all, had to be redone multiple times. Tom would say he's having his guys come polish some stuff up, but then they would ruin the caulking so he would have to redo it then the same thing happened. Then the new walls didn't line up with the doors, a quick measurement would have figured that out, so now the doors stick well above the wall which they just tried to fill with more caulking and looks horrible... Then after all this, he finally gets it in... On the last day, he says, "" Alright, everything is in and finished...but I have some bad news ,we just found a leak (the second one)"". He tells us there is a leak in his fittings inside the wall behind the shower....That they ""couldn't test"" it before they sealed the walls up? Then Tom tried to blame my parents for it all and why it took so long (the job was bid for two weeks but this lasted almost a month) ....even though they tried to ask him questions and ask him what they should get every single conversation... After that we walked away from having Tom work on our house cause it was getting ridiculous...Now we are having to pay thousands more for another company to come redo and fix all the work that we paid Tom to do. Do yourself a favor and call Sheraton instead. Much more professional, actually took the time to cover the floors and put down mats so they didn't ruin anything. I see there are a lot of positive reviews here but they must have been small jobs and basic fixes. I would not recommend Tom for any larger jobs like ours.

WOW..... Great service. I will be a return customer and would highly recommend.
I contacted them very early in the morning not expecting a response until later. Tom responded to my message right away & came out to my house shortly after. They were extremely professional, honest and fair. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I will be only using this company from now on.

Tom was the first to respond to my yelp request. Immediately made plan for same day even though it was after his business hours. Showed up on time. Found out problem with our broken water heater right away. Then gave us a part # to call around for a Better price than he could get.. when we went able to find one, he called around and had it sent from Redding the same day and fixed it by that same evening. Nobody can top this guys dedication and reliability. His price was more than fair and his work was done fast! Thanks Tom!!

Good service is easy to recognize. So is great service! Great service includes helping your customer when there's a problem a week or two after a dishwasher installation was done. Tom responded instantly when I contacted him. The small problem was fixed quickly and happily, Tom reminded me that the warranty continues, and off he and Pedro went. ""Absolute Best."" That's the right name for Tom's business.

Tom and Pedro showed up in less than an hour on a holiday and fixed a serious leak on our main pipe. Admittedly, I caused the leak. They cut a small hole in the sheet rock and patched the leaking pipe in probably 20 minutes. Great price for an emergency call! Humble and cool local business. Looking into doing some upgrade in the future and I will definitely be calling Tom. Thanks Tom and a happy 4th of July!

By far the best service I've ever received. Literally the name says it all. I had an issue with drainage with my bathtub and it turns out my pipes were bad and he was able to replace and help me fix it same day. The worker was very genuine and helpful and you can tell he really cares about helping and even gives you tips. Very awesome work and highly recommend.
