This is the 2nd time we have used the services of Absolute Best Plumbing. The name is a perfect description of what to expect from Tom and his crew. I couldn't get a bolt loose on a toilet seat I was replacing. Tom managed to squeeze my request to replace the seat into his schedule the same day. The crew was here when I was told they would be here and the job was completed without any issues. They are definitely the ""go to"" plumbers in the Chico area.

All joking aside, I encountered a front yard underground pipe leak mere days after purchasing my home. My frugal self attempted to repair the leak on my own - bad idea. Fortunately, Yelp pointed me in the direction of Absolute Best Plumbing. I can confirm that this company lived up to their namesake.

I found Tom and crew to be efficient and professional. They initially stopped by and he let me know (free of charge) how to fix the leak myself with a $10 Home Depot plumbing part and a little elbow grease. As grateful as I was for the complimentary advice, I opted to have his crew perform the fix as I was worried I'd end up causing more harm than good had I attempted to continue fixing myself. It's rare to see a small business owner dish out free advice so I was very appreciative of that.

Tom and crew were able to professionally and promptly repair the leak. I found them to be friendly and polite. The pricing was fair and the payment process was simple. I appreciated how they provided a one year warranty, too.

In a town of many plumbing companies, I'm grateful to have chosen Absolute Best. They got the job done and provided me with peace of mind.

I had a problem with the ancient sewer line for my house. A very well known company had come out to work on the line and only partially replaced the line and had much difficulty in getting the job done which did not include replacing the entire line. Soon enough , I needed the rest of the line replaced and E's had to know that just a partial replacement wasn't going to last . For those interested sewer line material back in the 60's was essentially wood fiber, adhesive and coal tar pitch prone to collapse over time.
I fortunately found Absolute Best Plumbing by searching online and thought I would take a chance and get an estimate. Talking to Tom during that estimate had me confident that he was the man for the job. Price competitive, fast repair , and no issues after the job was done. I know who I will count on for any other plumbing issues.

Tom has been out multiple times to help us with issues in an older house that we are renting. I just had Tom & Meyer do a complete replumb under my house and let me tell you they are the best people to work with. Their work is superior to none. I was referred to them by a friend of mine and let me tell you they will be the only plumber I use in the future. The next time you need any plumbing work be sure to make them your first call.

Had trouble with both toilets, one totally unusable. Turned off the water to broken toilet. Called next morning and got an appointment . He and his apprentice came, knew what was needed and both toilets operable. He was in the middle of large installation out of town but didnt hesitate to fit me in. Very friendly and explained problems in layman's terms.

Extremely happy and i now have the plumber i will always call for any future needs.

I was so pleased with the response and the work done. Our Water Heater went out Saturday morning and I called Absolute Best Plumbing at 8:30 AM. By 12:00 PM they were working on replacing the unit. By 3:00 PM they were done. Very professional in all aspects of the work. They even replaced several items that were not included in the initial estimate, for no charge. I will definitely call them first if I have another plumbing need.
