These guys were amazing! Diagnosed the issue and fixed a broken pipes. They had to cut into my wall but did it neatly so it was easy to fix. They guarantee their work for a full year. Friendly and the price was far less than I was expecting. If I EVER need a plumber again, I will call Absolute!

I'm late writing this, but a few weeks ago I had an issue with leaking under my sink. I had called around the area to a couple other companies and they one quoted $80 and another $280 for an estimate which would be included in repair cost if I hired them, which I was fine with. Then I called Absolute Best Plumbing and not only did they offer a free quote, but were able to come out pretty quickly.
When Tom arrived he took a look and told me that what I had was such a common issue, and would be easy to fix myself. It was a simple connection issue regarding the sprayer hose. He explained to me what part I would need, found it and sent it to me over text, and explained exactly what steps to do to fix it. He even offered to walk me through the steps over the phone if I needed assistance while fixing it. I can't thank him enough for not only doing a kind service by not taking advantage of the situation for his financial gain, but going above and beyond to make the situation right. I am a single parent so this meant a lot to me. Imagine if I had paid $80 or $280 for a $10 part and a 10 minute fix! If I need repairs in the future that I can't fix I will definitely be giving these guys a call.

Blown away at the level of customer care. Every other company tried to sell me a toilet. Thank you Jared for being so helpful. I know you could have left me hanging, but you truly are a good person. This company was the only one who cared what the actual problem was, instead of using my situation as a sales opportunity. Highly recommend this company to all. New Year's Day, 8AM, phone promptly picked up! Tom asked me to text me my address, so that he could let me know arrival time. He called me a few hours later, showed up wearing a mask, and was great with my dogs! He promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all at a reasonable rate for a holiday. He even loaned a blower to help dry the area where leakage had occurred.

I have to thank my lucky stars this company exist. My youngest stuck a toy cell phone down the toilet and I called everyone trying to find a reasonable quote. My man Jared came and helped us out and didn't give up. He took the time and got it out!

Can't recommend this company enough. Tom and crew are awesome. We've used them for a few jobs in the past and have them lined up for more work. We recently had a small job scheduled but their crew was delayed due to an unexpected issue with another job. Rather than cancel or reschedule, they still showed up after hours and got the job done with a great attitude.

These guys are great! They reponded quickly, arrived on time, were professional and polite and checked out my problem--even though the leak had mysteriously stopped! I contacted them to let them know I no longer seemed to have a leak, but they were near my house and checked it out anyway. I really appreciated their help, and will certainly call them again if and when my water heater starts leaking again!

BEWARE for anything other than basic jobs! If I could rate our experience with Zero stars I would. I have never left a negative review on anyone's work until now. Longer story made as short as possible. Tom was supposed to re-plumb the whole house and install a new shower in bathroom (that he offered and said without a doubt he could do). As soon as the work started everything started going bad. No communication, left the house a mess every day, did not clean up anything nor did they try to protect the brand new floors in the hallway that they walked down (which they left a gouge in). First issue was a leak (that I found) in their fitting which wasn't soldered correctly but that was just a minor issue. Once he started on the shower (that he helped pick out and approved) nothing went right. He installed the pan without checking the walls, then said the walls were flimsy and blamed us for not getting better walls. We couldn't return them because he already installed the pan. Had to get a new set of walls and basically start all over. Ripped out the new sheet rock to install the new walls. They didn't line up. Started installing the shower doors....they put them in wrong and said that the manufacture sent them a set that was missing parts....I found the instructions and found it wasn't missing parts, but they put the parts on wrong. He was going to leave the door with a 1/2"" gap at the bottom where the water leaked out because "" the glass was cut with a taper"".....No, the problem was that they installed them wrong, and he said the instructions they had didn't show the pieces they installed wrong but somehow I managed to find it in minutes. Finally got them in so that it was serviceable, and started sealing everything up. The caulking is horrendous! Looks terrible, not cleaned up at all, had to be redone multiple times. Tom would say he's having his guys come polish some stuff up, but then they would ruin the caulking so he would have to redo it then the same thing happened. Then the new walls didn't line up with the doors, a quick measurement would have figured that out, so now the doors stick well above the wall which they just tried to fill with more caulking and looks horrible... Then after all this, he finally gets it in... On the last day, he says, "" Alright, everything is in and finished...but I have some bad news ,we just found a leak (the second one)"". He tells us there is a leak in his fittings inside the wall behind the shower....That they ""couldn't test"" it before they sealed the walls up? Then Tom tried to blame my parents for it all and why it took so long (the job was bid for two weeks but this lasted almost a month) ....even though they tried to ask him questions and ask him what they should get every single conversation... After that we walked away from having Tom work on our house cause it was getting ridiculous...Now we are having to pay thousands more for another company to come redo and fix all the work that we paid Tom to do. Do yourself a favor and call Sheraton instead. Much more professional, actually took the time to cover the floors and put down mats so they didn't ruin anything. I see there are a lot of positive reviews here but they must have been small jobs and basic fixes. I would not recommend Tom for any larger jobs like ours.
