Hey this company is great! I called frantically on a Saturday late afternoon. OMG !!!!!My air conditioner wasn't working! The lady who answered was great. She was efficient and to the point on how and when we can correct my air conditioner problem. Then first thing next AM the tech arrived. Right on time. His name was TJ- he got right up there figured out what was wrong and was very informative in explaining to me what happened and how to correct it. He was fantastic. All in all ...... you made things as great as things could be in a not so great 118 degree experience. Thanks so much

We just had Kaze of preferred services arrive as scheduled to handle a plumbing issue. If we could give him more than five stars we wouldn't stop at 6. If more service individuals were like Kaze no one would hesitate to call for assistance with an issue. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and an overall great appearance s defined in one word , Kaze.

Preferred was absolutely amazing!!! Preferred's techs Javier and David came out promptly and did an absolutely wonderful job. I was especially impressed with the quality of work and service excellence they provided. I love my new system, and it's a blessing not to have to worry about staying cool this summer. I definitely recommend them, and will be using them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs I have in the future!!!

Last month I wrote a review regarding a water heater repair at my Palm Springs condo.
It was gratifying to find that the owners of Preferred Services contacted me promptly to discuss the issues presented in my review.
Apparently, there was a misunderstanding that this was to be a warranty repair so they quickly contacted the manufacturer for an adjustment on the billing.
In addition they stated that they review customer satisfaction concerns with the service technician who performed the service and I assume that my earlier review will be given that attention.
