Our AC was leaking due to bad engineering of the drain from whoever installed it when we bought the house. Robby initially thought it has to do with the lack of secondary safety switch, so I was quoted for the installation of the switch. On the day of the job, Robby spotted the main drain was designed poorly, so he re-routed the main drain free of charge. Result was great, Robby and his team was helpful and friendly during the job. Would definitely do business again if anything happens.

Omar & Adrian were FANTASTIC!! We had another of the ""big firms in the valley"", who advertise a lot in Palm Springs, and they failed to respond to the specific request and my ""amateur"" diagnosis I had done by searching the web. They charged $400 to do, basically, NOTHING!

Omar understood exactly what I was explaining, went directly to the wiring problem and rewired the NEST thermostat and the termination point on our package unit. Only charged the $99 service call since is was a straight-forward fix!! And, they were very friendly and courteous!!

BWR is now our new go-to for all HVAC problems (we have one large package unit and 2 ""split"" units). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had the owner of the company come out after our AC unit wasn't cooling very much. This company was very responsive, confirmed the appointment a day before and we're very transparent with everything, weighing the pros and cons of all available options. Brian and his team are fantastic. I've used them at two different homes and he was reasonably quick to come out during heat waves for our issues.
