BWR in Norco, great company. We met the owner Brian at the Home & Garden Show a few months ago. We were going to be doing home improvements in the next few months and were looking for information. We had three companies come out to the house for quotes and Josh from BWR was the only person, who I might say isn't small, to crawl up into the attic and make sure he could do the job. He said "" I'm not going to tell you that I can do the job without going up there and making sure that I can get in that space and do what I say I can do"". We had a smaller guy that wouldn't even look in the attic and I'm not going to hire someone that's willing to cut corners for the sake of a few dollars. So thank you Josh, Kenny, and Milo for doing a spectacular job with our a/c and not cutting corners. Bring on the summer heat in Corona, your friend's the Miller's!

Amazing service start to finish! I have some severe lung issues and with the amazing service of their whole team, we were even able to improve the air quality in my home. A whole new A/C and Heat system, careful attention to detail, and a very professional team. I highly recommend BWR!

BWR came over to assess discontinued heater and decided to unplug AC without telling us prior to that BWR wanted to have my husbands ssi# and bday to see if he qualified, meanwhile no quotes have been given yet. The owner said the AC and heater run together, when we purchased the home the house inspector and gas company declared the heater is the only problem so it was turned off but the AC was turned on. A second AC/Heating co. came over a few days after BWR and stated the AC is separate from the heating and he would turn on AC for us. This second company NOT BWR never asked for a ssi or bday after completing service and communicated their services in a professional manor.

I have used BWR on several occasions. My air conditioner was out out during the hottest time of the summer and he made it here expeditiously. The owner personally attended the service call and was very personable and professional. The repair was completed successfully and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend BWR for ANY of your heating or cooling needs. If you don't have a repair to be done they can do maintenance work as well which I have discovered keeps my units working more efficiently.

My A/C went out last Saturday. My husband and I have a home warranty and decided to utilize them to fix the problem. However, they advised it would take two business days to hear from a service company about scheduling an appointment. Meanwhile the temps were in the 100's. My house was 90 degrees inside. Needless to say it was miserable, so we decided to contact Total Comfort who had been servicing our unit over the last year. They previously quoted us a high amount to replace the condenser and I decided not to waste the money until we heard from our warranty. So, we made it through the weekend and we get a call from Lee's Heating and Air on Monday, and who have horrible reviews on Yelp. I wanted nothing to do with them. So I asked a friend if she had anyone she recommended and that is how we came across Brian and BWR. He came out Monday, gave me a reasonable quote and didn't try to sell me a whole new system. I had my new condenser installed by Wednesday. He was professional and didn't waste my time trying to up sell me. His team that installed the unit were friendly and quick. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the quality and quickness of BWR's service. Also, Lori from the office was very helpful and nice. Thank you Brian and BWR for saving me weeks of discomfort!!! I plan to give him all my future business.

I have to thanks Brian for doing a very great job for us! He responded for help as quick as possible. Two days ago was a nightmare for us without AC! My AC suddenly the fans outside stop working. It's only come out warm air. I called so many places but they all were very busy since this is the hottest summer week so far. But he came in the next day as our convenience and fixed the AC within 30-60 minutes. Finally we get some cool air and happily for the summer! I would recommend Brian to anyone! He is very honest and care to the customers.

BWR is simply the BEST! We were told by another air conditioning service company that we needed to replace our A/C units. Come to find out, we just needed a minor replacement part. These folks are trustworthy and reliable, with friendly and professional technicians. We've used them two times since, with two different technicians, and our experience has been the same.
