This place is terrible! The management are liars and have no idea what they are doing. They send untrained technicians out to do jobs. The repairman was on the phone with a trainer he had the whole time . Management are liars I asked to speak to one and they lied and said they would fix it and they didn't. They sold me the wrong equipment for my house because they re stupid. I had to have another company come out and redo everything they said i had the wrong size ducts for the system I had and had air restrictions that could have burned out my unit. I do not recommend this company they are theives.

Technician was supposed to be at 7 am to fix a leaking. He showed at 12 noon lying to me that he was at 5 am. That's not true. I've been here all night and all day.
He later told me another lie, saying that he could not keep the 7 am appointment because of family issues.
I dismissed him and hired another person.

Sadly, I have to write a negative review about this company. I have reached out to them multiple times via emails and phone calls to deal with a warranty claim on a tankless water heater that has failed multiple times and was installed improperly. I cannot get a response back. I have sent screen grabs of text message correspondence to the people they asked me to send to, I have followed up repeatedly and have not heard back.

This is regards to BWR A/C. I had a new A/C unit installed 2 years ago, for 3 months I called BWR and told them it wasnt cooling the house. They'd sent out techs but still wasnt cooling my house. After 3 summer months of unusually large electic bills and warm house, Brian came out and fixed new A/C unit.
In December 2022 I had water damage due to poor install of condensor bracket on roof. Roof repair was $700. August 2023 more water damage due to secondary drainage pipe left sitting on attic floor.
BWR sold business to Absolute Airfow.

I am so happy with my HVAC service! Jay Magana arrived with a smile and positive vibe. I explained my issue with the A/C and he right away explained what the issue might be. Which was a pleasant surprise after having had a different HVAC company come and after 3 hours were not able to figure out what was wrong with my A/C. Jay was quick to get to work and did not make a fuss about having to crawl up to the attic to check the furnace. He kindly explained what the issue was and what needed to be repaired and got to work. My A/C is back on and with this heat, Jay was definitely a lifesaver. Definitely recommend Jay, good customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! The Customer Service representatives are also very helpful, friendly and provided updates about the service. Valuable service!

The service and customer service from this company is second to none. Very friendly and professional staff. Duncan, the technician who worked on my house A/C Unit, was very knowledgeable and very polite. He checked every aspect of the air conditioner unit and after spending almost three hours, there was no charge. I recommend this company without hesitation.

I called them today and I was told technician will show up from 3:00 to 4:00.
Then I got a call from them that the technician will arrive from 4:00 to 6:00.
Then they called me at 5:00 and told me the technician can not make it because...
Not reliable at all.

we had a leak last night so we called absolute because of their good yelp reviews . Aiden came over this morning right on schedule. Got the job done pretty quick and for a fair price . He was a very nice guy and very professional. I really appreciated the service today . thanks again !
