Brian with BWR was very honest and informative. He showed me in detail what was going on with my air conditioner and provided fair options with a breakdown of prices. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and soon after his arrival he corrected the problem within a short amount of time. I definitely recommend this professional company for any heating and air conditioning needs and believe you will be glad you did.

Called BWR yesterday cause the air conditioning was not working. It was the first time i turned it on this year. I was freaking out thinking i need a new unit. Brian came out and fixed it for a fraction of the price. What amazing and honest service. Give these guys a call!!!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give this company an negative 5 stars if possible. We entered a contract with Brian Weaver of BWR almost 2 years ago. We contracted them to replace all ducting and remove asbestos in our home and install an air-conditioning unit. It was not until we started a kitchen remodel several weeks ago did we find out that Brian known as BWR never fulfilled his contract as he never replaced the ducts and did NOT remove the asbestos. We have now been living with asbestos blowing in our house for the past almost two years!!! When I asked Brian what went wrong, he said contact his lawyer. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!

In response to Mr. Weaver, we are not disgruntled we were ripped off by a dishonest, negligent and sloppy company. We encountered numerous problems from the inception of the install and we had to call several times about HERS testing, lack of airflow etc. We have NOT been able to use our unit so I'm confused why Mr. Weaver makes this statement ""that now runs beautifully"". This is completely false. Just another one of his many misleading statements. Please take note, he does admit truthfully, that he failed to fulfill his contract and it wasn't until our contractor opened the ceiling that his negligence was discovered.

BWR is the perfect example of why you should Always support your community's small businesses!! You're not just an order#. From picture confirmations through out the whole process (so you know who's showing up at your door) to quick txt, email or call backs to any questions you have BWR office staff & installation crews are professional and thorough. They answered all our questions even the ones we did not know to ask like rebates!! If you're in the market for a new heating/cooling system look no further. BEST $$ & Service in Southern CA!!

I went through American Home Shield and BWR was assigned to fix my mother's split unit in FEBRUARY. Brian came out and looked at it and did not give me an update. Time and again I had to ask him what was going on and what is the status. Time and again he blamed the girls at the office and for the companIES that lost the part or was backordered (and yet never came). Feb, March, April, May, June, July. I had to chase him down weekly (my fault for not complaining to the American Home Shield earlier) to see what was going on.
Finally, last week I called AHS who escalated it to Contractor Relations and I really hope they pull BWR from their list of contractors. Brian is a very DISHONEST face of this company. If you cannot fix something in 6 months, why keep me on the hook? What does that get you? Just say you can't fix it and let someone else do it. I don't get it

Just had Brian replace our thermostat and just in time because it's been cold. He completed the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling service. I'm having him return to some electrical work. Yes he does electrical work too.

GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU BWR HEATING AND COOLING!!!!!! My A/C Unit went out and I called BWR after looking at their reviews. I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The owner Brian showed up and repaired the capacitor quickly and efficiently. The price was great and I really appreciated Brian explaining the issue as well as giving me great advice on a new unit as I had shared we were interested in getting one next year. I would definitely recommend BWR and will be calling them for any future needs.
