BWR Heating & Cooling, Inc was very efficient. My air conditioner failed during the summer. I troubleshooted the issue to shorted out compressor windings. They came to evaluate the same day that I called in the summer, was able to provide a competitive quote on the spot with schedule, and kept me informed 24/7 with their automated system. I also received personal phone calls for appointment reminders. Less than a week, my entire A/C unit was replaced under 4 hours by a crew of 4. Very professional. A+! Definitely recommend!

I appreciate Rodney and Brian coming over to help diagnose and repair my cooling issue. Rodney was new to the company, but brought with him over 15 years of experience. I appreciate Brian (owner) for still coming out on calls and working alongside his employees to get the job done right. The best thing about BWR is that they are honest with their customers. It would've been easy to say, my forced air unit is dead and I need a entirely new unit. Would've probably been a lot easier to install a new unit as well. But the professionalism and expertise that BWR technicians possess is worth more to them then whatever makes the job easier for them. Rodney did an awesome job diagnosing the problem and knew right away the steps necessary to complete the repair. Brain was straightforward with me and laid out all the options that I had. Thank you BWR! Although it means that somethings broken when we meet, it's always a pleasure having you guys over and doing business with you.

Brian with BWR was very honest and informative. He showed me in detail what was going on with my air conditioner and provided fair options with a breakdown of prices. Called BWR yesterday cause the air conditioning was not working. It was the first time i turned it on this year. I was freaking out thinking i need a new unit. Brian came out and fixed it for a fraction of the price. What amazing and honest service. Give these guys a call!!!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give this company an negative 5 stars if possible. We entered a contract with Brian Weaver of BWR almost 2 years ago. We contracted them to replace all ducting and remove asbestos in our home and install an air-conditioning unit. It was not until we started a kitchen remodel several weeks ago did we find out that Brian known as BWR never fulfilled his contract as he never replaced the ducts and did NOT remove the asbestos. We have now been living with asbestos blowing in our house for the past almost two years!!! When I asked Brian what went wrong, he said contact his lawyer. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!

In response to Mr. Weaver, we are not disgruntled we were ripped off by a dishonest, negligent and sloppy company. We encountered numerous problems from the inception of the install and we had to call several times about HERS testing, lack of airflow etc. We have NOT been able to use our unit so I'm confused why Mr. Weaver makes this statement ""that now runs beautifully"". This is completely false. Just another one of his many misleading statements. Please take note, he does admit truthfully, that he failed to fulfill his contract and it wasn't until our contractor opened the ceiling that his negligence was discovered.

BWR is the perfect example of why you should Always support your community's small businesses!! You're not just an order#. From picture confirmations through out the whole process (so you know who's showing up at your door) to quick txt, email or call backs to any questions you have BWR office staff & installation crews are professional and thorough. They answered all our questions even the ones we did not know to ask like rebates!! If you're in the market for a new heating/cooling system look no further. BEST $$ & Service in Southern CA!!

I went through American Home Shield and BWR was assigned to fix my mother's split unit in FEBRUARY. Brian came out and looked at it and did not give me an update. Time and again I had to ask him what was going on and what is the status. Time and again he blamed the girls at the office and for the companIES that lost the part or was backordered (and yet never came). Feb, March, April, May, June, July. I had to chase him down weekly (my fault for not complaining to the American Home Shield earlier) to see what was going on.
Finally, last week I called AHS who escalated it to Contractor Relations and I really hope they pull BWR from their list of contractors. Brian is a very DISHONEST face of this company. If you cannot fix something in 6 months, why keep me on the hook? What does that get you? Just say you can't fix it and let someone else do it. I don't get it

Just had Brian replace our thermostat and just in time because it's been cold. He completed the job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling service. I'm having him return to some electrical work. Yes he does electrical work too.
