The technician from this company came was very knowledgeable, polite and well mannered, but the estimate given on behalf of the company was outrageous and behind any reasonable service job they will do. So despite the positive aspect of tech person I would not recommend this company for any service problem of air conditioning job.

A day before we were going to start the work I got a call saying they decline our job because they won't make enough money on our project. Greed? Lack or professionalism? Sloppiness? Not sure how to label it. Now we are back to interviewing and waiting weeks to install AC in summer heat. I wish there was a lot more to just write an honest review about how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. Don't waste your time and go with a better company

Daniel and Pablo were the guys that installed our HVAC unit. They very professional, honest and thorough with their work. They take pride in what they do. I rarely write a review but these guys deserve an excellent review. I am recommending these two guys. I will give them 10-star if i could.

They are an incredible group of professionals. We started with George and the ended up with Bama and a few others. All the way to Kenny who dealt with payment, this group is easy to work with - does what they say they're going to do, and then exceed expectations. The communication is clear from day one and they couldn't be better at making a terrible situation at least tolerable during the work...and then viola! They do fix the issue. Hoping to not have to use again beyond maintenance. But overall great job and I can see why they're so highly rated.

It started with Kyle Rudolph. He surveyed our old A/C and explained what was needed and the cost. He was friendly, educated and did not talk down to us. Their price was easy to accept. Kyle even told me they could install the next day. Walter, Celestino and Tanner arrived bright and early the next morning. They hopped right into the attic and removed our old unit and didn't come down till the job was done. I could not believe how quickly they worked. When finished, the new unit was wonderful and they cleaned their mess to perfection. All were courteous and professional. Great team. Great Company. Thanks for making our mid-summer breakdown easy to handle and short lived.

Tanner Lazicki is great, he came on Saturday morning on time and help to do all the works of our air conditioner. He is very patient and show us how the equipment works, the interior stuffs, the internal system, made us have a very good feeling. He even get into the higher loft to check if anything to be improved, the first time I get to know that loft! He took pictures and explain to us. We would recommend him and absolutely airflow for no doubt!

We needed an emergency repair for a leak under the sink. I called this company later in the day and they kept in contact to see if they could make it that day. Unfortunately due to prior jobs, they said they would be here the next morning. They were prompt! First thing in the morning they arrived and checked everything out. Found the leak. We also asked about a few other things and they looked into those as well. James gave us a thorough explanation on everything and showed us what was wrong. They had everything taken care of in a few hours. I would highly recommend this company. Highly professional, very knowledgeable and expert customer service.

The landlord bought a new Air Conditioning System from Absolute Airflow and Jose, Norman, and Angel did a great job with the installation! They were really professional, nice, and helpful in explaining the installation process as well as how to use the AC after they were finished. The technicians of Absolute Airflow are knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. What we enjoy most is Absolute Airflow's amazing customer service! Joseph was the technician who came for maintenance, he was well dressed, professional and on time. Today I had a second opinion done by Absolute Air and the Technician Joseph was absolutely terrific, he walked me through the details of getting my A/C up to day 1 specifications which weren't shown by Dynamic Air previous day (Maintenance) He did a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside unit and I have the pictures as a proof of how the previous day cleaning was not performed properly by other company (Dynamic Air) I'd pick Absolute Air over Dynamic Air any day, sure it's $20 more but worth it. I also received a detailed report of my unit and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
