Cruz was awesome servicing our 2 air conditioners and furnaces. He was very thorough and spent a good amount of time making sure everything was working properly. He also cleaned them so they work more efficiently. I highly recommend this professional young man.

I have issued with my air conditioner vents, water heater and also no water for the dishwasher. Technician John R and Dave M came here and spent a couple of hours and fixed everything. We purchase a new unit a couple of years ago and have had great service from Absolute Airflow. Today, Cruz came out to complete maintenance on our AC and he was great to work wit. He met me at the door with a smile on his face and walked us through the process. He was very detailed and meticulous as he walked through our home to check the air temp and duct output. This review comes 4 years after the install of my unit. I paid over $16K for a new AC unit to be put in my house. I was talked into having the AC unit itself which used to be in the hallway closet to the attic. Sounded like a great idea, so I agreed. My AC unit recently wasn't blowing cool air anymore, I called Absolute Airflow to come out because it was still under warranty. They had a tech come out and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and it needed the filter changed and it needed basic maintenance. The guy left and said he would call it in and have dispatch help with scheduling someone to come out to change the air filter. I never got a call back or anything and it has been a week. Luckily I called another company to come out and help me. They went up to the attic and said ""Wow, who installed this unit for you? This is one of the worst installs I have seen in a long time"". I have never been up in my attic to take a look and the guy took pictures and showed me all the things that were wrong with the install. There were even rags placed up there because water was coming out of the unit. There were currently a ton of leaks everywhere (which the tech from Absolute Airflow didn't even mention when he was here). These criminals installed the AC unit and purposely made it so that you would have to call them just to change the filter. They took advantage of people who knew nothing about AC units and that I could have changed the air filter myself if it was placed correctly in the hallway. I had to ask around to people I knew that normal people change their own air filters every few months. I knew something was wrong when during the install the guy that was here was on his phone and he had no clue what he was doing, I heard him from my kitchen on the phone. They sent in some new guys the day after. I should have gone with gut that these people do not know what they are doing! Please do not waste any of your money on this company. Tony came out a week later after making the appointment for tune up for $20 he told me that my capacitated was bad it was going to cost me 800 and some odd dollars to fix it and it was very dirty dog hair. I had to get acid wash now mind you I am looking at air unit outside. There was maybe a half inch of dirt in dog hair on the coil spiderweb were throughout the rest of the unit that is not really dirty enough for a $650 acid watch there was no tuneup done to the outside unit never check the thermostat in the house looked at the unit inside the house asked me did I want him to start work? People just don't have $650 on hand I said, give me a couple weeks. Let me see what I can do, I googled how to replace the item on YouTube. I ordered the part from Amazon under 20 bucks changed it myself. That sounds like way too much up charging for me. I guess I'm a DIYer now thank you

Ruben Rivera was our technician yesterday for our yearly service for our air conditioner and furnace. I want to give him 5/5 stars for his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of the product, explaination of all that he was doing, etc. I would highly recommend Ruben anytime! We've been having issues with our water, so we called Absolute Airflow, and they were able to get us an appointment the next day. The technician, Andrew, came by to inspect our water and the system. He recommended adding a water filter (carbon and softener) for our water issues. There were delays with building our water filter (different company makes the filter), but Andrew was very communicative with the whole process, such as heads up with the delay, when to expect completion/installation, etc. Andrew was very thorough with the installation and made sure our water was clean. He checked up on us even after normal business hours. I highly recommend Absolute Airflow, and you should ask for Andrew for any of your home needs. Even though the service might be a bit pricey, it's so worth it for the level of customer care.

I very rarely write Yelp reviews but I have to let you all know how bad my experience was. I signed up for the cleaning membership program where they come out to your home and clean your AC every 6 months. My home is new! AC works perfectly. A few weeks after they visited, it broke. It took them several weeks, 5 visits, 4 different technicians, to figure it out. I had to take multiple days off from work to be home for this. They were clueless. Finally after it worked, they came back 6 months later and it broke down after they came. They came out and f couldn't fix it. I called multiple times to follow up, no response. I called to ask to speak to manager. NO RESPONSE. I called and asked again to speak to a manager... no response. I waited over a week to write this review giving them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out the device they installed was the issue but they didn't figure it out- I had to get another company (APEX) to come out and fix the problem- easy fix, took him 5 minutes to get it to work. Stay away from absolute airflow. Nothing but a scam of a company. Calling my credit card company to cancel any bills from them.
