Update:

An overdue shout out to Axel - We had our furnace changed out at the beginning of December 2020. Immediately, our new furnace began exhibiting issues that were later attributed to inadequate settings the original manufacturer had built into the furnace. We went nearly one month without a functioning heater, because no one was able to figure out what was wrong, and the furnace manufacturer wasn't readily responding to requests for help or under-warranty replacements due to pandemic-related reasons. Thankfully, Axel was hired on as Absolute Airflow's new warranty technician, and they dispatched him out to us to help take a look. He came to us with 7+ years of experience, and a trained eye specifically for our furnace. In the short time he was hired on, he had already repaired a number of furnaces with similar issues as ours, and he didn't leave us disappointed. After about 2 days of thorough work on our unit, we now have an optimally-functioning furnace that provides strong and uninterrupted heating throughout our entire house. Also, like the rest of Absolute Airflow, he was professional, patient, courteous, and an overall great guy.

p.s. - During the month our heater wasn't working, Absolute Airflow was kind enough to lend us a space heater. It wasn't central heating, but it was better than nothing, and we appreciated the thought and gesture.

My toilet got clogged in the evening and soon after, my shower and sink wouldn't drain either. I contacted absolute airflow that night to see if they could fix it right away (I only have one toilet in the house). Unfortunately, they couldn't come until the next day in the afternoon.

They scheduled a visit between 6-8pm, but were able to fit me in earlier and showed up at 4:30pm. It turned out to be a clog in the sewer main line. The gentlemen who helped were very friendly and worked quickly! They gave me a great deal and my entire bathroom was running perfectly afterwards.

Their prompt response time, great customer service, and amazing work would warrant a 5 star review!! My only complaint was having to go a day without a working toilet.

From beginning to finish, John, and all representatives, from Absolute Airflow, were consummate professionals - knowledgeable and willing to take the time to thoroughly assess my current HVAC, explain the workings and benefits of replacing my HVAC, as well as presenting additional options. I chose to replace my 27 year old furnace and I opted to add the Airscrubber which has proven to be a great investment towards my health - no more constant nasal congestion when I'm at home! Also, no more hot or cold spots in my condo - the airflow is evenly dispersed! I wish I had replaced my HVAC sooner! John even checked in with me a week later - literally physically stopped by to make sure I was happy with my purchase! This adds to my level of confidence that I made the smart choice in choosing to work with Absolute Airflow because they genuinely care about their customers.

Absolute Airflow was quick to respond and send Adrian to check on my HVAC the same day. Unfortunately the company does not work on hydronic furnace system so Adrian wasn't able to properly diagnose the issue. Adrian was very professional and upfront. He even cleaned up the area after. I would definitely recommend this company if you encounter any problems with your gas furnace.

I contacted Absolute Airflow through Yelp, and they responded within an hour. They were able to provide me a quote to unclogged my shower due to my long hair clogging the drain. They were able to fit me in the same week. They also called to move up my appointment time, and they came on time. The plumber unclogged my shower within minutes and showed my the massive clump of hair. I asked him to look at our second shower to see if that one needed to be unclogged because my kids said it was draining slowly. However he showed me there were two settings and to place it on the higher setting. So I'm glad he was honest that the second shower did not need to be unclogged!
