We hired Absolute Airflow for a maintenance inspection of our furnace and air ducts. Spencer came out and was so professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around nice guy. He took care with our home, and extremely thorough with the maintenance and detailed with the inspection. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Absolute Airflow. He was very straightforward and willing to discuss options. Our furnace is working great!

I called Absolute Airflow to replace the bulb in the scrubber they installed a couple of years ago. Scott came over and wanted to do a thorough review of my system which was replaced in 2016. Scott took lots of pictures and showed me the pictures and then his boss came to my house and they wrote up a quote of 21,000 to change all my ducts and replace my furnace, etc. that included the cash discount.
today I had another estimate and there is nothing wrong with my hvac system.
Abdolute Airflow was trying to scam me. I am a woman and I'm older. but I'm not stupid. this was a horrible experience.

Very unprofessional. As a member, they were supposed to do a diagnostic test for free but they said it was an advanced diagnostic test and charged me $150 to tell me that something is wrong with my Zoning board and gave me the price of $4550 to order the unit plus labor service and wouldn't guarantee to fix as they were saying it could be something else that they could find out later. Thanks to Airplus of CA that came in and gave me the real price of $850.
When I saw that dishonesty, I canceled my membership with them but after a year they charged me $99! When I called them they told me that they would reimburse me which they didn't and I had to dispute with my bank.
Frankly, I don't believe the reviews are genuine. Dishonest people can quickly put fake reviews as well!!

Very professional, no upsell and gave me plenty of options to choose from. I got a estimate from Marus and he was very straight forward with no hidden costs. The contract will put your mind at ease because everything they promise is in writing. Install was fast and very clean... no cutting corners and I they take pride in thier work.

Absolute Airflow serviced my air conditioner and heating system recently. Eric Sanders was our technician and he did an excellent job. Not only was he professional and kept me informed of the service, but he was very polite. Our heater was not working and he went over and above to find the solution on a late afternoon. When he realized the part we needed, he made sure to get it and install it that day. The local HVAC supply store was about to close for the evening, and Eric asked if they would stay open until he arrived so he could get the part and do the necessary repair. The weather had changed and it was very cold. My husband is recovering from hip surgery and wanted to ensure his comfort. With the heater not working, he made sure the repair was done as soon as possible. In addition, Eric also placed a rug outside the front door, so he would not track in any dirt. He wore booties the entire time in the house, ensuring that my carpet would not get dirty. Well done job, Eric.

Long story short, quoted me $900 to replace a $15-20 part (contactor) on the AC unit and a fuse in the furnace. Tried to sell me a $2500 air sanitizer.

The home builder warranty actually still covered my furnace and AC unit, and they diagnosed and fixed it in 15 min for free. Warranty HVAC guy told me to take a picture of the part and send it to Absolute Airflow, so here it is.

I called this Company to come to my house to fix my A/C 5 ton unit. They sent a Technician out and he told me it's the wrong size A/Unit for my house, he didn't fix my A/C Unit. He said it would cost me a lot of money to repair and in future repairs because it's set up to fail. He didn't fix it, and told me I should get a different A/C Unit, when mine is a Traine and 4 years old only! I called a different Company, they found the problem in no time, and replaced 2 parts, and showed me the parts before charging it out and why? My A/C Unit was up and working Great in No Time At All. Don't Trust Absolute Airflow Company unless you want a Company That You Can't Trust!

I have used Absolute twice and both times they have been AMAZING! The first time Brett was the technician and this time it was Donovan. Both were very professional. They addressed both systems, cleaned and did the maintenance for the up coming season. Donovan spent 3 + hours tearing down my furnace, cleaning and replacing parts that needed updating.

I could not be happier with this company. They were above and beyond my expectations.

In addition to the techs, the customer service rep Ashley kept me up to date with my appointments and when the technician would arrive. She also went beyond her duty by replying to a late night question. More companies should have someone like her.

I had a yearly A/C tuneup and maintenance service yesterday. When the technician showed up at 3:15pm, I told him that I was working and my cat had an emergency yesterday and I had to leave at 5pm to go check up on him at the clinic. At around 4pm, he wanted to walk me through and explained to me the condition of the AC but I was in the middle of work meeting so I told him just do the tune up and write down his recommendations then will go from there. He got upset, put the A/C back and left. He did not charge me for the service. The cat was sick and I had to work onsite today so I took him to my parents house and slept over yesterday and did not come home. Tonight I got home from work and it was warm so I turned on the A/C but only to find out the AC is not running. It is dead quiet. I had no idea what he did but the AC was running fine yesterday because he was testing the airflow and the temperature. I will never work with this company again....
