What an excellent company! We just had Colin leave our office space in downtown Niles in Fremont. He took our toilet from our old office in Fremont and brought it to our new office and installed the toilet. He had to make a few cuts around the tile to get the wax seal just right. He also helped install the vanity and hooked up the faucet and tightened a few parts that were leaking. Although there were a few challenges with this job because the new office space is in a pretty old building Colin was able to figure out a few work-arounds and make the project work. He was very professional and cleaned the bathroom/his work space when he finished. I have used above all plumbing on multiple projects and each time I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. You will not be disappointed if you choose above all plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Tankless Water Heater installed.

I found Above All Plumbing, to be prompt, courteous and responsive. The team that did the job lead by ""Junior"" was on-time every day, worked with precision. Ensuring a clean finished project. At least twice a day Rick the owner of the company would come and assist with the install and see to it that everything was meeting his standards of quality. I have already booked the team at Above All for my next project and have futures projects in mind for them.

One note on the tankless heater, if you do not install the recirculating pipe which adds cost to the project you will find that first thing in the morning it could take 30-60 seconds to get hot water to your farthest fixture. With that being said, in the last week since the project was finished our family has never had to suffer through the first world problem of a lukewarm shower or flat running out of hot water!

I was referred to them by my usual plumber, who was just swamped and could not get to me for two weeks. They came out the same day I called to look at the water heater which was not working. Told me what needed to be done and that it would be overtime for him to do it now since he would have to go back and get the proper water heater, so we decided to do it the next day. He mentioned calling in the morning to make sure we get in. Here is where it went all wrong. Called in the morning but they did not have my work order yet it was still being reviewed and would be emailed out to me for approval. By midday, I was told that it would be the end of the day for it, so this now means I would have to wait another day to get it fixed. With a house of 6 people taking cold showers was not going well. So I ended up calling another plumber that came out and looked at the job, ordered the tank and came back and installed it and did all the code upgrades that were needed. Good thing I did not keep waiting since it is now the next day and guess what still no work order! The one thing I can say is that they were always pleasant to talk to, but I think their process is broken. There should not be a reason for a person to come out one day and view the work and then not be able to come back the next to complete it if your to busy say so but don't keep people strung along. I now have two plumbing companies I will work with but not this one. Oh, and I am out the initial $126 for them to come out and look at the job since I went with someone else that could get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

Okay, I am justing my review after I had the owner of the company call me to apologize and discuss what had happened. He took all responsibility and is trying to make it right. Being a small business owner myself in the past, I can understand his situation. So I will give them another try with my next plumbing needs and write a new review of that experience. So many times, you do not hear from owners, and I appreciated his honesty and open discussion.

Again let me reiterate the service person, and the people I dealt with at the office were pleasant, it was the process which I think failed them, but it seems like they are addressing and trying to make things right. I will give them another try in the future.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. My husband and I had the worst experience attempting to work with the Above All Plumbing team. Like others who have submitted reviews, the administrative staff was responsive at first when setting up the initial consultation but after that weeks would go by between conversations and the limited communication we did receive were both rude and vague. When we had questions about our bid no answers were provided and even when we tried to give the team the benefit of the doubt and at least schedule one aspect of the job that we desperately needed done (and they said we could schedule separately at first) they wouldn't agree to actually schedule a time in the end to complete the repair without first scheduling an entirely separate, more expensive project. What finally sealed the deal for us though was when we reached out to them and said that we would be taking our business elsewhere and neither Michele nor Kim made any attempts to apologize and keep our business. I'm thoroughly disappointed and shocked by the serious lack of customer service we experienced.

Horrible, horrible. Do not call these people at all. The office staff Michelle super rude in the phone. They were good on the day I called they came right away and then I needed the quote. It's been a week when we were told the quote would be in our inbox by that evening or the next early morning. Tomorrow will be a week since we have been waiting for the quote. In the mean time we are having to shut off our hot water line from the water heater every time we need to shower or wash dishes. DO NOT CALL THEM THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. Very disappointed they were highly recommended to me by another plumbing company that only does commercial plumbing. Oh well found someone else and they have better stars than here so thanks for wasting my time and for not caring and doing nothing at all.
