My kitchen sink backed up and I didn't know what to do. I called this team because I was desperate for professionalism and plumbing help. From the start, this team put me first. I spoke with Paula who quickly educated me with what a 'clean out' was and told me what their technician can do to help me out. She told me their hourly rate and it was around the average rate everyone else was quoting me. Then the technician came, Collin S. He had a hard time with our ptrap because it was placed so low but he was able to get the job done. He snaked the line and found grease build up to be the culprit. When he tested for leaks he found that our ptrap needed changing and he quickly explained and offered to change it out. He completed all his work within the hour! Thank you Above All Plumbing, you have earned a place in my to go to contacts for plumbing issues. I highly recommend this team for your plumbing needs!

We hired Above All plumbing several times before to unclog the main sewer pipe due to recurring blockage from a large tree in our front yard near the sidewalk. They fixed the problem every time. Since we cannot remove this tree from our sidewalk (it is considered a property of the city of Newark), this would be an ongoing problem for us. This week, we decided to have to main sewer pipe replaced to fix this problem for the long term. We used Above All plumbing again since they have been a reliable vendor for us. This is a large 2-3 day plumbing job and the crew was on time every day. The workers were very professional and got the job done on time. I am impressed with the quality of their work and the worker's work ethic.

On time and friendly!

We have hired Above All Plumbing on multiple occasions. They had successfully fixed a leaky pipe for us and had replaced appliances and fixtures. This time, they are helping us kick start a remodel. So far, they have completed our whole house repipe, clean out installation and have meticulously installed a high end water filter. It is best to hire their professionals for plumbing jobs. We learned this the hard way. Previously, we had hired a general contractor to correctly mount the existing toilet. This general contractor was less expensive than most plumbers. But, he left a leakage under the toilet and that has ruined our floor. Now we are scheduling Above All Plumbing to fix that. Also, their sheet rock and painters do a seamless job!

Our HOA contracts these guys for some reason that just after two phone calls is beyond my understanding as to why someone would want these rude folks as a vendor. Kim - is exceptionally rude as she was the person I talked with.

If you give a window to your customers and 40 minutes before the appointment call with an excuse ""plumber can't make it because he is out since last night on an emergency water main break"" - it almost equals to dog ate my home work and then refuse give an hour window again and increase it to two hours arbitrarily; it just shows the shady practices this business is involved in.

I wouldn't recommend these folks. Stay away. You have been warned. There are much deserving plumbers out there who will want your business, be on time, reasonable and polite in the way the conduct their business.

There plumbers are a joke! Just met 2 plumbers that were incredibly rude , unhelpful and most likely on drugs. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Until they start background checking the terrible plumbers

They don't honor their warranty and their fees are on the high end range. I called Above all Plumbing to unclog a toilet, It took the guy two hours to run a cable, we were unpleasantly surprised the bill was on the high end but at least the toilet was running and we had a 60 days warranty. After a week we noticed the toilet is clogged again. Me happy happy I have the warranty I call them but the lady already started saying if you used too much toilet paper it's considered misuse of the toilet and the warranty is void. it was clear that they were not planing to honor the warranty. Sure enough when the second guy came he said this is probably a different problem and I will have to pay again. Needless to say i was very disappointed and decided to go with a different more affordable and reliable plumber.
The reason I called them is because several years ago I had great work done at affordable price. I am not sure what happened to them since then but they are going in the wrong direction.

We called Above All Plumbing to have a clogged kitchen sink cleared. Our service technician, Junior, was great. Very personable and professional. We called during the evening, when the overtime rate is in effect, and it's very reasonable. Definitely do give them a call if you're having plumbing issues.

Very pleased with the service from Above All Plumbing. They were the only place willing to take on an emergency water heater replacement on an early weekday morning, arriving within about 1 hour of my initial call. Service was completed within a few hours.

This company gets 5 stars because when an issue came up with the water heater after the installation, they responded IMMEDIATELY to resolve it; techs arrived within 20 minutes!

I used this company for a second time thinking I would have a good service experience and was mistaken. It must be really hit and miss with repair men because my first experience was great and this was not. I had an appointment between 12 and 2, I took time off work at and at 10 minutes to 2 they call to tell me he would be an hour late. At 3 I call to find out what was going on. They said he was on the way. At 3:30 he showed up and then couldnt fix my problem. They charge time and a half after 5 or 5:30 but no consideration was given to them being an hour and a half late to the end of the two hour window they gave me to begin with. So I decided that I wasn't going to pay them overtime for their mistake. They left and I feel like I was overcharged by half an hour for the technician to write up his report and I shouldnt have paid it. I am just highly disappointed that my issue wasnt fixed and that they were unapologetic to being an hour and a half late and now I have to find another company to fix the problem that they were unable to fix.
